Card, PayPal, or bank transfer through Paddle
Paddle is our reseller and payment processor for these payments, and its tax rules apply. They depend on your country and on whether you buy as a business or an individual. See Paddle’s VAT and sales tax policy.
Bank transfer directly to our company
ProxyEmpire is run by a VAT-registered Bulgarian company, so we issue the invoice ourselves.
You don’t pay VAT if:
- you are a VAT-registered company in the EU (outside Bulgaria),
- you are a company outside the EU (for example in the USA, China or Israel), or
- you are an individual located outside the EU.
You do pay VAT at your country’s rate if:
- you are an individual in the EU,
- you have an EU company that isn’t VAT-registered, or
- you have a Bulgarian company, whether or not it’s VAT-registered.
