Payments to ProxyEmpire are generally non-refundable. Before you commit to a plan, you can test the network with our $1.97 trial: a one-time payment for 100 MB of rotating residential and 50 MB of rotating mobile bandwidth that never expires. It lets you check that our proxies work for your use case before you buy.
If something has gone wrong, contact us through the 24/7 live chat or our contact page and explain the circumstances. We review every request individually and issue a refund when the situation calls for it. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.
