Accessing paypal.com itself through our network is a different matter: PayPal, Stripe, banks, crypto exchanges and other financial and government websites are blocked on all proxy types by default. Where to buy proxies with PayPal: what to check
How to spot a proxy provider worth paying
A real checkout, not a personal transfer. Reputable proxy providers that accept PayPal take it through a proper checkout, with an invoice. If a seller asks you to send money to a personal PayPal address, or to use “friends and family”, walk away: you get no invoice and no easy way to dispute the payment.

Subscriptions, top-ups and refunds
How billing works after you pay with PayPal
A plan paid with PayPal becomes a monthly subscription that renews on the same day each month, handled by Paddle. You can switch plans or cancel from Subscriptions in the dashboard at any time; cancelling doesn’t remove bandwidth you’ve already paid for. If you’d rather not subscribe, use Top Up to buy a one-off custom amount of bandwidth instead. Read more about how the billing cycle works.
Payments are generally non-refundable, which is why the $1.97 trial exists: test the network on your own targets first. Which proxies can I buy with PayPal?

How do I pay for proxies with PayPal?
Create an account, pick a product and plan, and choose PayPal in the checkout. You’re taken to PayPal to log in and confirm, and your bandwidth or IPs are added to your balance as soon as the payment goes through.
Is there a fee for paying with PayPal?
No. We don’t add a surcharge for PayPal; you pay the plan price, plus VAT or sales tax where it applies. The only payment method with an extra fee is crypto, at 5%.
Can I pay for a monthly proxy plan with PayPal and cancel it?
Yes. Plans paid with PayPal renew monthly through Paddle, and you can cancel or reactivate them in one click under Subscriptions in the dashboard. There’s no contract, and bandwidth you’ve already paid for stays in your account.
Do I need KYC to buy proxies with PayPal?
No. You don’t need to verify your identity for the trial or for normal plan purchases, whichever way you pay. KYC is only needed if you ask us to open access to a website or port that is blocked by default.
Can I use ProxyEmpire proxies to access PayPal?
Not by default. PayPal, Stripe, banks, crypto exchanges and other financial and government websites are blocked on all proxy types. In some cases we can open access to a specific site, but only after you pass our KYC check and we have reviewed your use case. Contact us on the live chat to ask.
Can I buy SOCKS5 proxies with PayPal?
Yes. Every ProxyEmpire product supports HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5, so any plan you buy with PayPal works as a SOCKS5 proxy in browsers, anti-detect profiles, scripts and apps. Authentication is by username and password.
Can I buy a dedicated or private proxy with PayPal?
Yes. ISP proxies give you a residential IP that stays the same for as long as you keep it, from $3.50 for one IP down to $2.00 per IP a month. Dedicated mobile proxies are reserved for you, with IP rotation on demand.
Will I get an invoice, and is VAT added?
Paddle issues an invoice for every PayPal payment and renewal, from its UK or US company depending on your billing location, and you can edit your billing details at any time. Our prices exclude VAT; whether tax is added depends on your country and whether you buy as a business or an individual.
