What is the best proxy for Discord?

How many Discord accounts can I run per proxy?
One. Give every account its own sticky session or static IP, so Discord never sees two of your accounts on the same address. There is no concurrent session limit, and you pay per GB, not per IP.
Can I use a proxy with the Discord desktop app?
The desktop app has no proxy setting of its own. The simplest route is Discord in a browser profile with its own proxy, or an anti-detect browser with one profile per account. On a phone, set the proxy in the Wi-Fi network’s settings.
Will Discord ban me for using a proxy?
Using a proxy isn’t a problem on its own: plenty of ordinary users reach Discord through shared mobile carrier IPs, company networks and VPNs. Accounts get restricted for their behaviour, or because they share an IP with accounts that were. Clean residential and mobile IPs, one per account, remove the shared-IP problem. No provider can honestly guarantee an account will never be actioned.
