Choose your Russia proxy type

Four ways to get a Russian IP

Most popular

Rotating residential

Home broadband IPs from Moscow and St Petersburg to the Volga, the Urals, Siberia and the Far East. Best for scraping, price monitoring and Yandex tracking.

$1.50/GB and up
  • Region, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
  • New IP per request or sticky sessions
  • OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)

Rotating mobile

Mobile IPs on MTS, MegaFon and T2, plus T-Mobile, SberMobile and regional operators. Best for social media, app testing and the strictest anti-bot systems.

$2.00/GB and up
  • Region, city, ZIP, carrier and ASN targeting
  • OS fingerprint targeting
  • Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session

Rotating datacenter

Fast, low-cost Russian datacenter IPs. Best for high-volume jobs on sites with light bot protection.

$0.35/GB and up
  • Russia country-level targeting
  • New IP per request or sticky sessions
  • Lowest cost per GB for bulk traffic
  • Plans from 40 GB for $25

Unlimited residential

Residential IPs billed by connection speed instead of per GB, with unlimited bandwidth. Best for large, steady scraping and monitoring jobs where per-GB costs add up.

$1,500/month and up
  • 8,900+ daily IPs in Russia
  • 100 to 1000 Mbit, unlimited bandwidth
  • Russia country-level targeting
  • From $200 for a 1-day pass; 1-hour trial on request

Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Russia. The nearest country where static IPs are available is Poland; or use sticky sessions to hold the same Russian IP on any of the three proxy types above.

Russia at a glance

Why a local IP changes what you see

Russian websites show Russian visitors a different internet. Search results on Yandex, prices in roubles on Wildberries and Ozon, delivery dates on Yandex Market and the listings on Avito all depend on where a request comes from. A request from a foreign server often gets different prices or a stricter bot check.

Location inside Russia matters too. The country spans eleven time zones, and marketplaces work out stock and delivery by region, so a product page opened from Moscow can show different availability from the same page opened from Novosibirsk or Khabarovsk. Yandex also ranks results by the searcher’s region, so one query can rank differently in Moscow, Yekaterinburg and Krasnodar.

Russian sites check the network as well. Data-centre traffic is flagged straight away on well-protected sites, while a Rostelecom or Dom.ru home connection, or a phone on MTS or MegaFon, looks like an ordinary Russian customer.

Fact Figure Why it matters for proxy work
Regions 81 in our network, from Kaliningrad Oblast in the west to Kamchatka Krai in the east Region targeting follows Russia’s regions, so you can see a site as a visitor in Tatarstan or Primorsky Krai sees it.
Time zones Eleven, from UTC+2 in Kaliningrad to UTC+12 in Kamchatka; no seasonal clock change Delivery cut-offs, “today only” offers and ad schedules follow local time, so check them from the right region.
Currency Russian rouble (RUB, β‚½), issued by the Bank of Russia Prices, delivery charges and promotions are shown in roubles to Russian visitors.
Language & script Russian, written in Cyrillic; several republics also have their own official languages, such as Tatar in Tatarstan Keywords, ads and landing pages need checking in Cyrillic, as locals see them.
Mobile networks MTS, MegaFon, Beeline and T2, plus brands such as Yota, T-Mobile and SberMobile Our mobile pool covers MTS, MegaFon, T2 and several smaller brands, so mobile sessions match the networks most Russians use.

Russian mobile carriers

  • MTS
  • MegaFon
  • T2
  • Rostelecom
  • T-Mobile
  • SberMobile
  • Letai (Tattelecom)
  • Motiv
  • Vainah Telecom

Three of Russia’s four national networks are in our mobile pool: MTS, MegaFon and T2 (formerly Tele2). So are Rostelecom, T‑Mobile (formerly Tinkoff Mobile), SberMobile, Letai in Tatarstan, Motiv in the Urals, Vainah Telecom in the North Caucasus and a few small local networks. Beeline, the fourth national network, is not a mobile option at the moment; Beeline home broadband is in the residential pool. Yota runs on MegaFon’s network and is not a separate option.

Fixed-line ISPs

The national providers are covered: Rostelecom, MTS, Beeline, MegaFon, Dom.ru (ER-Telecom), MGTS in Moscow and TransTeleCom (TTK). So are strong regional networks such as Ufanet in Bashkortostan, Tattelecom in Tatarstan, Novotelecom in Novosibirsk, Intersvyaz in Chelyabinsk, Obit in St Petersburg and Vladlink in Vladivostok, plus hundreds of city and district networks: more than 500 separate ISPs in total.

Why the long tail matters. Russian home broadband is split between a few national brands and hundreds of small city networks. A pool spread across both looks like ordinary Russian households and lets you check a site from the networks your real customers use.

What teams use Russian proxies for

Common workloads on our Russian network

Marketplace price monitoring

Track prices, stock and delivery dates on Wildberries, Ozon and Yandex Market exactly as Russian shoppers see them, in roubles and region by region.

Yandex SEO & SERP tracking

Check Yandex and Google rankings, local results and ads from Moscow, St Petersburg or Novosibirsk, since Yandex ranks by the searcher’s region.

Classifieds & property data

Collect listings from Avito, Cian and Auto.ru to follow rents, house prices and used-car prices city by city.

Social media research

Follow creators, communities and trends on VK, Odnoklassniki and Dzen as a Russian user sees them, from home or mobile IPs.

Ad verification & localisation

Confirm that campaigns aimed at Russia run where you paid for them, and that Cyrillic ads and landing pages display correctly on desktop and mobile.

Jobs & local business data

Gather vacancy and salary data from hh.ru and business listings from 2GIS to compare markets across Russian cities.

Free Russia proxy lists vs paid Russian proxies

Why a free Russian web proxy rarely works

Free Russia proxy lists and Russian web proxy sites are easy to find, but most entries are open servers abused by thousands of users. They go offline within hours and are blacklisted by major Russian sites.

Russia proxy FAQ

Straight answers

What is a Russian proxy (RU proxy)?

A Russian proxy, or proxy for Russia, gives you a Russian IP address, so websites treat you as a visitor from Russia. A Russia residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real Russian household’s internet connection, on a network like Rostelecom, MTS or Dom.ru, instead of a data centre. That makes it far less likely to be flagged.

Is this a Russian web proxy or Russian proxy site?

Not in the type-a-URL sense. A Russian proxy website opens pages for you inside its own window; we give you a Russian proxy server endpoint that you set in your browser, scraper or app, so everything you run gets a Russian IP. Setup takes minutes, and it works for whole sessions and apps, not just single pages.

Can I target specific Russian regions, cities or ISPs?

Yes. You can target 81 regions, 600 locations and more than 500 local ISPs, from Rostelecom and Dom.ru to small city networks. Russian residential proxies and mobile proxies can also be targeted by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint. Datacenter proxies are targeted at country level.

Do you offer mobile proxies in Russia?

Yes. Russian mobile proxies are available on MTS, MegaFon and T2, as well as Rostelecom, T-Mobile, SberMobile and regional operators. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to flag. Beeline is not a mobile option at the moment.

Do you have Russian datacenter proxies?

Yes. Rotating datacenter proxies with Russian IPs start at $25 for 40 GB and go down to $0.35/GB. They are targeted at country level and suit high-volume work on lightly protected sites; for well-protected sites, use residential or mobile IPs.

How much do Russian proxies cost?

Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans, rotating mobile at $2.00/GB and rotating datacenter at $0.35/GB. Russian targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.

Can I keep the same Russian IP?

Yes. Rotating residential, mobile and datacenter proxies all support sticky sessions, which keep the same Russian IP across requests instead of switching on every request. Static residential IPs are not offered in Russia; if you need a permanently fixed IP, static residential proxies are available in nearby Poland.

Which protocols and tools are supported?

HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any scraper, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.

Why not use a free Russian proxy?

Free proxies are slow, flagged on most major sites, and often run by operators who log or resell your traffic. For anything work-related, a paid residential proxy is safer and far more reliable.

Can I use Russian proxies for business?

Yes. Proxies are a standard tool for price monitoring, SEO and ad verification. What matters is how you use them: respect websites’ terms of service and follow Russia’s Federal Law on Personal Data whenever you collect personal data.
