Kyrgyz IPs from real homes and SIM cards
Kyrgyz proxies on real home broadband and on Beeline, MEGA and O!, all three of the country’s mobile networks. Our Kyrgyzstan proxies reach Bishkek, Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karakol and six more cities, with rotating or sticky sessions and targeting down to the ISP.
Kyrgyzstan proxy servers priced per GB, not per IP. Unused bandwidth rolls over.
Choose your Kyrgyzstan proxy type
Two ways to get a Kyrgyz IP
Rotating residential
Kyrgyzstan proxy server IPs on real home broadband in Bishkek, Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karakol and six more cities. Best for scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking on Google.kg.
- Region, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
Rotating mobile
A Kyrgyzstan IP address from a real SIM card on Beeline, MEGA or O!, all three of the country’s mobile networks. Best for social media, app testing and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- Carrier and ASN targeting
- City targeting in Bishkek
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Kyrgyzstan. Use sticky sessions to hold the same Kyrgyz IP on either proxy type above.
Kyrgyzstan at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Kyrgyzstan is a mountainous Central Asian country of about 7.4 million people, and its web runs in two languages. Kyrgyz is the state language and Russian is an official language, so shops, banks, news sites and mobile operators often publish both versions. What a visitor sees, in which language and at what price, can depend on where the request comes from.
Location inside the country matters too. Bishkek, the capital, had about 1.14 million residents at the 2022 census, and Osh is the main city of the south. Classifieds such as Lalafo let buyers filter listings by location, and delivery terms, stock and offers can differ between Bishkek, Osh and the towns around Lake Issyk-Kul.
Kyrgyz sites also check the kind of network a visitor is on. On well-protected sites, data-centre traffic is flagged as a bot straight away, while a Kyrgyztelecom or ElCat home connection, or a phone on Beeline, MEGA or O!, looks like an ordinary Kyrgyz customer.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | About 7.40 million on 1 January 2026; the last census was held in spring 2022 | A compact market, so city and network targeting matter more than raw pool size. |
| Regions & cities | Seven regions plus two cities with regional status: Bishkek, the capital (about 1.14 million people in 2022), and Osh | Both cities and six of the regions can be targeted, so you can compare what north and south see. |
| Currency | Kyrgyz som (KGS), issued by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic | Local shops and classifieds list prices in som. ProxyEmpire plans are billed in US dollars. |
| Language & script | Kyrgyz (кыргыз тили) is the state language and Russian is an official language; both are written in Cyrillic, Kyrgyz with extra letters such as ң, ө and ү | Check keywords, ads and landing pages in both the Kyrgyz and the Russian version of a site. |
| Time zone | UTC+6 all year, with no clock changes | Schedule daily price checks and “today only” offers on Bishkek time. |
| Mobile networks | Beeline, MEGA (formerly MegaCom) and O! | All three networks are on ours, so mobile traffic looks like an ordinary Kyrgyz subscriber. |

What our Kyrgyzstan proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Whether you search for a Kyrgyzstan proxy or, in Russian, “прокси Кыргызстан”, most lists stop at the country. Here you can also pin a session to the region, city and network your target cares about, using the same API our dashboard uses.
6 of 7 regions, plus Bishkek and Osh
Kyrgyzstan has seven regions (oblast) and two cities with regional status, Bishkek and Osh. The API returns six of the regions and both cities. Naryn Region in the centre of the country is the one region not available today.
Osh can be targeted as a city in its own right and through Osh Region. Batken Region is targeted at region level only, as none of its towns is listed separately yet.
All 10 targetable cities and towns
Every city in the API is listed below. Each can be targeted on its own:
Bishkek and Osh are the two largest cities. Karakol and Cholpon-Ata sit on Lake Issyk-Kul, Uzgen and Kara-Suu are in Osh Region, and Belovodskoye (Chuy Region) and Kyzyl-Suu (Issyk-Kul Region) are villages. Some tools and databases spell Uzgen as Özgön and Belovodskoye as Belovodskoe.
Mobile carriers
These are all three of Kyrgyzstan’s mobile networks, so no network is missing. MEGA is the network formerly called MegaCom, and many people still use the old name. In our network data the carriers appear under their company names: Sky Mobile (Beeline), Alfa Telecom (MEGA) and Nur Telecom (O!). Mobile IPs can be targeted by carrier, and by city in Bishkek on all three networks. Bishkek is the only city on mobile today.
Fixed-line ISPs
The national operator Kyrgyztelecom is covered, along with ElCat, AkNet, Megaline, Saima Telecom (Saimanet), Transfer and Homeline. Smaller networks such as Skynet Telecom, IPNet, Extra Line, AsiaInfo, Inform Communications, Anfeya and Telecommunications Company Dun are there too, plus MEGA’s own network. That makes 15 separate Kyrgyz ISPs you can target by name.
Honest counts, real addresses. Ten cities and 15 ISPs will not suit a job that needs hundreds of distinct Kyrgyz locations, and mobile city targeting is limited to Bishkek. They do suit most teams: seeing what visitors in Bishkek, Osh or Karakol see, and testing apps and ads on each of the three mobile networks.
What teams use Kyrgyz proxies for
Common workloads on our Kyrgyz network
E-commerce price monitoring
Track prices, stock and delivery terms on Sulpak, Globus Online grocery delivery and Lalafo, exactly as shoppers in Bishkek or Osh see them.
Local SEO & SERP tracking
Check Google.kg rankings, map packs and ads from the city you care about, for Kyrgyz and Russian queries.
Classifieds & property data
Collect listings from Lalafo, House.kg, Mashina.kg and Doska.kg to follow rents, flat prices and used-car values in Bishkek, Osh and Jalal-Abad.
Ad verification
Confirm that campaigns aimed at Kyrgyzstan appear in the right language on the placements you paid for, from news sites such as Kaktus.media and 24.kg to mobile apps.
Social media & app testing
Run Kyrgyz accounts and test apps from mobile IPs on Beeline, MEGA or O!, so sessions look like a local phone rather than a server.
Travel & regional pricing
See how hotels, tours and airlines price the same trip for visitors in Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, including stays in Cholpon-Ata and Karakol on Lake Issyk-Kul.

What you actually get from a free Kyrgyzstan proxy

Kyrgyzstan proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Kyrgyzstan proxy server (KG proxy)?
A Kyrgyzstan proxy server gives you a Kyrgyzstan IP address, so websites treat you as a local visitor. A Kyrgyzstan residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real household’s connection on a network such as Kyrgyztelecom or ElCat, instead of a data centre.
Is there a free Kyrgyzstan proxy from ProxyEmpire?
No. ProxyEmpire is a paid, authenticated proxy service, not a free web proxy site or proxy list. The lowest-cost way to try it is the $1.97 trial, which gives you real Kyrgyz residential and mobile IPs to test before you buy a plan.
Can I target specific Kyrgyz regions, cities or ISPs?
Yes. Residential proxies cover Bishkek, Osh and six of the seven regions, ten cities and towns (including Bishkek, Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karakol and Talas) and 15 local ISPs, including Kyrgyztelecom, ElCat and AkNet. You can also target by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint.
Do you offer Kyrgyz mobile proxies?
Yes. Rotating mobile proxies run on all three Kyrgyz networks: O!, Beeline and MEGA (formerly MegaCom). You can pick the carrier and target the city of Bishkek. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block.
Do you have Kyrgyzstan datacenter proxies?
Not at the moment. Rotating datacenter proxies are not offered with Kyrgyz IPs, so Kyrgyzstan is covered by residential and mobile proxies. Datacenter IPs are available in nearby Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
How much do Kyrgyzstan proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans and rotating mobile at $2.00/GB. Kyrgyz targeting is included at no extra charge, plans are billed in US dollars, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I keep the same Kyrgyzstan IP address?
Yes. Residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions that hold the same Kyrgyzstan IP address across requests instead of switching on every request. Static residential IPs are not offered in Kyrgyzstan.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
Every Kyrgyz proxy server endpoint supports HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any scraper, rank tracker, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Is a free Kyrgyzstan proxy list good enough?
For a one-off look at a page, sometimes. For regular work, no. Free entries are slow, often turned away, may not be in Kyrgyzstan at all and are run by operators who may log your traffic, with no way to choose the city or network.
Is using a proxy legal?
Proxies are a standard networking tool. What matters is how you use them: respect each website’s terms of service and follow the rules that apply to you and to any personal data you collect.
