Three ways to get a Chilean IP
Rotating residential
Our pool of Chile residential proxies: home broadband IPs from the Atacama Desert to Patagonia. Best for marketplace scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking.
- Region, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
- Pay as you go from 1 GB
Rotating mobile
Chile mobile proxy IPs on Entel, Movistar, Claro and WOM. Best for social media, app testing and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- Region, city, ZIP, carrier and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Rotating datacenter
Fast, low-cost Chilean datacenter IPs. Best for high-volume jobs on sites with light bot protection.
- Chile country-level targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- Lowest cost per GB for bulk traffic
- Plans from 40 GB for $25
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Chile. The nearest static location is Brazil, or use sticky sessions to hold the same Chilean IP on any of the three proxy types above.
Chile at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Search results on Google.cl, prices and delivery dates on Mercado Libre and Falabella, and the ads shown to Chilean users all depend on where a request comes from. Chile stretches from the Atacama Desert to Patagonia, so a shopper in Santiago and one in Punta Arenas can see different delivery times and shipping fees on the same product.
Chile is also a heavily connected, phone-first market. Subtel counted 22.6 million mobile internet accesses in June 2026, more than one per resident, against about 4.9 million fixed connections, nearly nine in ten of them on fibre.
Chilean retailers, banks and ticketing sites also check the network: data-centre traffic is often flagged as a bot, while a Movistar, Mundo or VTR home line looks like an ordinary customer.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | 18.5 million (Censo 2024); about 40% in the Santiago Metropolitan Region | Santiago dominates, but the other 15 regions hold some 11 million people, so city targeting matters. |
| Regions | 16 regions; Γuble became the newest in 2018 | Our region targeting covers all 16, so you can see a page as a visitor in Antofagasta, BiobΓo or Los Lagos sees it. |
| Time zones | Mainland UTCβ4 in winter and UTCβ3 in summer; AysΓ©n and Magallanes stay on UTCβ3 all year; Easter Island is two hours behind the mainland | Not every Chilean region shares a clock, so check when local sales, ads and price changes really start. |
| Currency | Chilean peso (CLP), issued by the Banco Central de Chile; property and many contracts are priced in UF (Unidad de Fomento), a unit whose value the central bank publishes daily | Property sites such as Portal Inmobiliario list many prices in UF rather than pesos, so collect both figures. |
| Internet access | 22.6 million mobile internet accesses and about 4.9 million fixed connections, 87% of them fibre (June 2026) | Most connections are mobile, so mobile IPs blend in on apps and social platforms. |
| Language | Spanish, in its Chilean form | Ads and landing pages for Chile use local Spanish and local slang, so check the version Chilean users actually get. |
| Mobile networks | Entel 35%, WOM 24%, ClaroVTR 21% and Movistar 19% of mobile internet connections (June 2026) | We reach all four networks. |

What our Chile coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Most providers list Chile as a single country checkbox. Here you can run one proxy Chile-wide or pin a session to the region, city and network your target cares about.
All 16 regions, from Arica to Magallanes
The API returns all 16 of Chile’s regions, from Arica y Parinacota in the far north to AysΓ©n and Magallanes in Patagonia.
89 cities, towns and Santiago comunas
Every location the API returns, north to south: 77 cities and towns plus 12 Greater Santiago comunas (districts) such as Las Condes, Providencia and ΓuΓ±oa.
Chile mobile proxy carriers
All four national mobile networks are in our mobile pool, so no major network is missing. Entel is the largest by mobile internet connections, followed by WOM, Claro (which runs its Chilean business together with VTR as ClaroVTR) and Movistar. Virgin Mobile and other small virtual operators run on these networks and cannot be targeted on their own.
Chilean fixed-line ISPs
The big home-broadband networks are covered: Movistar Fibra, Mundo, VTR and Claro, Entel Hogar Fibra, GTD (including Manquehue) and WOM Fibra. So are regional cable operators such as TV Cable Loncomilla and Intercable, and small wireless and fibre providers such as Optiwisp, Wifired and Netdelsur: more than 30 networks in all.
Why the network mix matters. Chilean home broadband is concentrated: Movistar, ClaroVTR and Mundo each hold more than a fifth of fixed connections. A pool that covers every big fibre network plus regional operators matches what Chilean sites expect from real households, instead of one easy-to-spot provider.
What teams use Chilean proxies for
Common workloads on our Chilean network
Marketplace scraping & price monitoring
Track prices, stock, instalment offers and shipping costs on Mercado Libre Chile, Falabella, Paris, Lider and Jumbo exactly as Chilean shoppers see them, in pesos and region by region.
Google.cl SERP tracking
Check Google.cl rankings, map packs and ads from Santiago, ValparaΓso or ConcepciΓ³n, instead of one generic “Chile” location.
Social media & app testing
Run Chilean accounts, follow Spanish-language conversations and test apps from mobile IPs on Entel, Movistar, Claro or WOM, so sessions look like a local phone rather than a server.
Property & car data
Collect listings from Portal Inmobiliario, Yapo and Chileautos to follow rents, sale prices in UF and used-car values comuna by comuna.
Travel & ad verification
See LATAM and Sky Airline fares as travellers in Chile see them, and confirm that campaigns aimed at Chile run in the right cities and placements.
Browser & anti-detect profiles
Give each browser or anti-detect profile its own Chile IP address, from a Santiago home line or an Entel phone, so manual checks look local.

Free Chile proxy lists vs paid Chilean proxies
Why free lists rarely work on Chilean sites
Search for a free proxy Chile list and you will find plenty, but most entries are open servers already abused by thousands of users. They go offline within hours and are blacklisted by the Chilean marketplaces, banks and apps you want to reach. A cheap residential proxy trial costs less than the time lost on dead IPs.
| Free Chile proxy lists | ProxyEmpire Chilean proxies | |
|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres | Real Chilean homes and Entel, Movistar, Claro and WOM SIM cards |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP disappears | Always-on pool, with rotating or sticky sessions |
| Blocks | Usually blacklisted on major Chilean sites | Looks like an ordinary local visitor |
| Targeting | Country at best | Region, city, ZIP, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint |
| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |
| Cost | Free | From $1.50/GB, with a $1.97 trial |

Chile proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Chilean proxy, and what makes it residential?
A Chilean proxy is a Chile proxy server that gives you a Chile IP address, so websites treat you as a visitor from Chile. A Chile residential proxy (proxy residencial in Spanish) goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real Chilean household’s connection, on a network like Movistar, Mundo or VTR, instead of a data centre. That makes it far less likely to be blocked.
Can I target specific regions, cities or Chilean ISPs?
Yes. You can target all 16 regions, 89 cities, towns and Santiago comunas, and more than 30 Chilean ISPs, from Movistar and Mundo to regional cable companies. Residential and mobile proxies can also be targeted by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint. Datacenter proxies are targeted at country level.
Do you offer Chile mobile proxies?
Yes. Rotating mobile proxies are available on Entel, Movistar, Claro and WOM, the four national networks. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block.
Do you have Chilean datacenter proxies?
Yes. Rotating datacenter proxies with Chilean IPs start at $25 for 40 GB and go down to $0.35/GB. They are targeted at country level and suit bulk work on lightly protected sites; for Mercado Libre or Falabella, use residential or mobile IPs.
How much do Chile proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans, rotating mobile at $2.00/GB and rotating datacenter at $0.35/GB. Chilean targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I buy Chile proxies without a subscription?
Yes. Pay As You Go lets you buy a single GB of residential traffic for $3.50 and top up only when you need more. Unused bandwidth rolls over.
Can I use a Chile proxy in my browser?
Yes. Add the endpoint and your login to a proxy extension, your system’s proxy settings or an anti-detect browser profile, and sites load as they do for a visitor in Chile. The proxies speak HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5, so they also work with any scraper or HTTP library, with no concurrent session limit.
Can I keep the same Chile IP address?
Yes. Rotating residential, mobile and datacenter proxies all support sticky sessions, which keep the same Chilean IP across requests. Static residential IPs are not offered in Chile; the nearest static location is Brazil.
Why not use a free Chile proxy?
Free proxies are slow, blocked on most major sites and often run by operators who log or resell your traffic. For work, a paid residential proxy is safer and far more reliable.
Is using a proxy in Chile legal?
Proxies are a standard tool for price monitoring, SEO and ad verification in Chile. What matters is how you use them: respect websites’ terms of service, and follow Chile’s personal data rules whenever you collect personal data: Law 19,628 today, and Law 21,719, which updates it, from 1 December 2026.
