Choose your Colombia proxy type
Three ways to get a Colombian IP
Rotating residential
Home broadband IPs from Barranquilla to Pasto. Best for marketplace scraping, price monitoring and local search checks.
- Department, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
- Pay as you go from 1 GB
Rotating mobile
Mobile IPs on Claro, Tigo, Movistar, ETB and Partners Telecom. Best for app testing, social media and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- Department, city, carrier and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Rotating datacenter
Fast, low-cost Colombian datacenter IPs. Best for high-volume jobs on sites with light bot protection.
- Colombia country-level targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- Lowest cost per GB for bulk traffic
- Plans from 40 GB for $25
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Colombia. The nearest static location is Brazil, or use sticky sessions to hold the same Colombian IP on any of the three proxy types above.
Colombia at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Search results, marketplace listings, delivery options and the ads shown to Colombian users all depend on where a request comes from. A shopper in Bogotá and one in Medellín or Barranquilla can see different sellers, shipping times and stock for the same product.
Colombians reach the web on home lines from Claro, Tigo, Movistar, ETB and dozens of regional fibre and cable providers, and far more often on mobile. That is the traffic a Colombian site expects; a foreign data centre is not.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | About 53 million (DANE projection for 2026) | A large Spanish-speaking market with several big cities, not just the capital: Bogotá, Medellín, Cali and Barranquilla are all in our pool. |
| Territory | 32 departments and the Capital District of Bogotá | We cover 27 departments plus Bogotá D.C., so you can compare what a visitor in Antioquia, Valle del Cauca or Atlántico sees. |
| Capital | Bogotá | The largest location in our residential pool and a city target for mobile IPs. |
| Currency | Colombian peso (COP), issued by the Banco de la República | Check how prices, instalment offers and currency formats appear to a local shopper before you compare them. |
| Language | Spanish | Local search results, ads and landing pages use Colombian Spanish, so check the version local users actually get. |
| Time zone | UTC−5 all year, with no clock changes | Schedule daily checks and time-limited offers on Bogotá time. |
| Internet access | 10.49 million fixed connections (about 6.2 million on fibre) and 49.6 million mobile internet connections, first quarter of 2026 | Mobile connections outnumber fixed ones almost five to one, so check mobile views as well as desktop ones. |
| Mobile networks | Claro, Tigo and Movistar (both now owned by Millicom), Partners Telecom (formerly WOM) and ETB | We reach Claro, Tigo, Movistar, ETB and Partners Telecom. |
| Country domain | .co; many local sites use .com.co | Local editions such as mercadolibre.com.co are built for visitors in Colombia, so check them from a Colombian IP. |

What our Colombia proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Run one proxy Colombia-wide, or pin a session to the department, city and network your target cares about.
27 of 32 departments, plus Bogotá D.C.
The residential pool runs from La Guajira and the Caribbean coast through the Andean departments and the coffee region to Nariño and Putumayo in the south, and east across the plains to Meta, Casanare and Arauca. Amazonas, Guainía, Vaupés, Vichada and the island department of San Andrés and Providencia are not in the pool at the moment.
119 locations you can target
The API returns 119 cities, towns and smaller places. These are the 72 main ones, grouped by area; the rest are smaller towns in the same departments.
Colombia mobile proxy carriers
Every national mobile network is in our mobile pool, so no major network is missing. Claro is the largest by mobile lines; Tigo and Movistar, now both part of Millicom, come next, followed by Partners Telecom and ETB. Virtual operators such as Virgin Mobile and Móvil Éxito run on these networks and cannot be targeted on their own. Mobile sessions can be narrowed to Bogotá D.C., Antioquia, Atlántico, Bolívar, Santander or Valle del Cauca, with city targeting in Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Cartagena and Bucaramanga.
Colombian fixed-line ISPs
The residential pool spans national and regional networks alike: Claro, Tigo, Movistar and ETB; DirecTV; municipal and regional operators such as EMCALI in Cali, Metrotel in Barranquilla and Emtel in Popayán; and smaller fibre and cable providers such as Intercol, Legon, Dialnet, Fibernet TV, Giga Fibra and Siscohuila: more than 60 networks in all.
Why the network mix matters. Colombian sites expect visitors from the big national operators and from dozens of local fibre and cable companies. A pool that covers the national operators, the municipal networks and small regional providers looks like real households, instead of one easy-to-spot provider.
What teams use Colombian proxies for
Common workloads on our Colombian network
Marketplace scraping & price monitoring
Track prices, stock and seller offers on Mercado Libre Colombia, and on retailers such as Falabella, Éxito and Alkosto, exactly as Colombian shoppers see them, city by city.
Local SERP tracking
Check Google rankings, map packs and ads as searchers in Bogotá, Medellín or Barranquilla see them, instead of one generic “Colombia” location.
Property & car market research
Collect listings from Fincaraíz and Metrocuadrado, and from TuCarro, part of Mercado Libre Colombia, to follow asking prices for homes, rentals and used cars city by city.
Ad verification
Confirm that campaigns aimed at Colombia run in the right cities and placements, with the right creative, on desktop and on Claro, Tigo or Movistar phones.
App & localisation testing
Test how delivery apps such as Rappi, checkout flows and Spanish-language pages behave for a Colombian user, and reproduce issues that only local visitors report.
Browser & anti-detect profiles
Give each browser or anti-detect profile its own Colombian IP, from a Medellín home line or a Claro phone, so manual checks look local.

Colombia proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Colombian proxy (CO proxy)?
A Colombian proxy is a Colombia proxy server that gives you a Colombia IP address, so websites and apps treat you as a visitor from Colombia. A Colombia residential proxy (proxy residencial in Spanish) goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real Colombian household’s connection, on a network such as Claro, Tigo or ETB, instead of a data centre. That makes it far less likely to be flagged.
Can I target specific Colombian departments, cities or ISPs?
Yes: 27 of the 32 departments plus Bogotá D.C., 119 locations and more than 60 Colombian ISPs, plus ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint. Datacenter proxies are country-level only.
Do you offer Colombia mobile proxies?
Yes, on Claro, Tigo, Movistar, ETB and Partners Telecom, with department targeting in Bogotá D.C. and five departments and city targeting in Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Cartagena and Bucaramanga. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them hard for websites to flag.
Do you have Colombian datacenter proxies?
Yes. Rotating datacenter proxies with Colombian IPs start at $25 for 40 GB and go down to $0.35/GB. They are targeted at country level and suit bulk work on lightly protected sites; for Mercado Libre and other protected targets, use residential or mobile IPs.
How much do Colombia proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans, rotating mobile at $2.00/GB and rotating datacenter at $0.35/GB. Colombian targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I buy Colombia proxies without a subscription?
Yes. Pay As You Go lets you buy a single GB of residential traffic for $3.50 and top up only when you need more. Unused bandwidth rolls over.
Can I keep the same Colombian IP?
Yes. Rotating residential, mobile and datacenter proxies all support sticky sessions, which keep the same Colombian IP across requests. Static residential IPs are not offered in Colombia; the nearest static location is Brazil.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any browser, scraper, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Is there a free Colombia proxy that works?
Free Colombia proxy lists exist, and an entry may work for a quick look at a page. For regular work they fall short: entries are slow, short-lived and often flagged, many are not in Colombia at all, and you cannot tell who runs the server or what it does with your traffic.
Is using a proxy legal?
Proxies are a standard networking tool for price monitoring, SEO and ad verification. What matters is how you use them: respect each site’s terms of service, and if you collect personal data about people in Colombia, follow Law 1581 of 2012 on personal data protection and any other rules that apply to you.
