Paraguayan IPs from real homes and SIM cards
Paraguayan proxies on real home broadband and the Tigo and Claro mobile networks. Our Paraguay proxies reach Asunción and 14 of the 17 departments, with 37 cities and towns from Ciudad del Este and Encarnación to San Lorenzo, Luque and Pedro Juan Caballero. Four ways to get a Paraguayan IP
Rotating residential
A Paraguay proxy server on real household lines, from Asunción and Central to Ciudad del Este, Encarnación and the Chaco towns of Filadelfia and Loma Plata. Best for marketplace scraping, price monitoring and local search checks.
- Department, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
- Pay as you go from 1 GB
Rotating mobile
Mobile IPs on Tigo and Claro, the networks behind about two thirds of Paraguay’s mobile lines. Best for app testing, social media and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- Carrier and ASN targeting
- Asunción region and city targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Rotating datacenter
Fast, low-cost Paraguayan datacenter IPs. Best for high-volume jobs on sites with light bot protection.
- Paraguay country-level targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- Lowest cost per GB for bulk traffic
- Plans from 40 GB for $25
Unlimited residential
Residential IPs billed by connection speed instead of per GB, with unlimited bandwidth. Best for large, steady scraping and monitoring jobs where per-GB costs add up.
- 10,500+ daily IPs in Paraguay
- 100 to 1000 Mbit, unlimited bandwidth
- Paraguay country-level targeting
- From $200 for a 1-day pass; 1-hour trial on request
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Paraguay. The nearest static location is Brazil, or use sticky sessions to hold the same Paraguayan IP on any of the three proxy types above.
Paraguay at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Search results, marketplace listings, delivery slots and the ads shown to Paraguayan users all depend on where a request comes from. A shopper in Asunción and one in Ciudad del Este or Encarnación can see different sellers, delivery zones and prices in guaraníes for the same product, and a Paraguay IP address from the right city is the only reliable way to check.
Paraguayans reach the web on home fibre and cable from Tigo, Personal, Claro, COPACO and many smaller providers, and above all on their phones. That is the traffic a Paraguayan site expects; a foreign data centre is not.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | 6,109,903 (INE, 2022 census, final results); Central is the most populous department at 1.88 million, followed by Alto Paraná | Both are in our residential pool, with 11 targetable cities in Central and five in Alto Paraná. |
| Capital | Asunción, 462,241 people in the 2022 census | Asunción is a region and city target for residential and mobile, and its suburbs such as San Lorenzo, Luque and Lambaré are separate city targets. |
| Territory | 17 departments plus the capital district of Asunción | We cover Asunción and 14 departments, from Itapúa in the south to Boquerón in the Chaco. |
| Currency | Guaraní (₲, PYG), issued by the Banco Central del Paraguay | Check how prices, delivery fees and “Gs.” price formats appear to a local shopper before you compare them. |
| Languages | Spanish and Guaraní are both official | Shops, ads and search results are mostly in Spanish, so check the version local users actually get. |
| Time zone | UTC−3 all year since October 2024, with no clock changes | Schedule daily checks and time-limited offers on Asunción time. |
| Mobile networks | About 9.2 million active lines at the end of 2024, 144 per 100 people, on four networks: Tigo 46%, Personal 28%, Claro 22%, Vox 4% | Our mobile pool covers Tigo and Claro, about 68% of all lines. |
| Mobile internet | About 5.56 million mobile internet users in 2024, 96% of them on 4G | Paraguayan phone traffic is overwhelmingly 4G, which is what a local site expects from a mobile visitor. |
| Country domain | .py; many local sites use .com.py | Local sites such as infocasas.com.py and stock.com.py are built for visitors in Paraguay, so check them from a Paraguayan IP. |

What our Paraguay proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Run one proxy Paraguay-wide, or pin a session to the department, city and network your target cares about.
Asunción and 14 of 17 departments
The API returns 19 region entries; four departments appear under two spellings, so they add up to Asunción plus 14 departments. Caazapá, Presidente Hayes and Alto Paraguay are not region targets at the moment.
37 cities and towns you can target
The API returns 40 city entries. Pilar, the capital of Ñeembucú, appears twice, and two entries are neighbourhoods rather than towns: Loma Pytã in Asunción and Laurelty in Luque. That leaves 37 cities and towns, all listed below, including 10 of the 17 department capitals.
Paraguay mobile proxy carriers
Our mobile pool runs on Tigo and Claro, which together hold about two thirds of Paraguay’s active mobile lines. Personal and Vox, the other two networks, are not in the mobile pool at the moment. Asunción is the one region and city target for mobile; other mobile sessions are set at country level.
Paraguayan fixed-line ISPs
The residential pool spans the national networks Tigo, Personal, Claro and COPACO, and smaller cable, fibre and wireless providers such as Giganet, Flytec Telecom, Masternet, TV Max Cable and Wind Net: more than 15 networks in all.
Why the network mix matters. Paraguayan sites expect visitors from the big national networks and from local cable and wireless providers. A pool that covers both looks like real households, instead of one easy-to-spot provider.
What teams use Paraguayan proxies for
Common workloads on our Paraguayan network
Marketplace scraping & price monitoring
Track listings and prices on Mercado Libre Paraguay and Clasipar, supermarket shelves at Stock and Superseis, and appliance prices at Tupi and González Giménez, exactly as Paraguayan shoppers see them.
Local SERP tracking
Check Google rankings, map packs and ads as searchers in Asunción, Ciudad del Este or Encarnación see them, instead of one generic “Paraguay” location.
Property, car & job market research
Collect home and rental listings from InfoCasas, vehicle and property ads from Clasipar, and job ads from Computrabajo to follow prices and demand city by city.
Ad verification
Confirm that campaigns aimed at Paraguay run in the right cities and placements, with the right creative, on desktop and on Tigo or Claro phones.
App & localisation testing
Test how supermarket and delivery apps, checkout flows in guaraníes and Spanish-language pages behave for a Paraguayan user, and reproduce issues that only local visitors report.
Browser & anti-detect profiles
Give each browser or anti-detect profile its own Paraguayan IP, from a San Lorenzo home line or a Tigo phone in Asunción, so manual checks look local.

Paraguay proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Paraguayan proxy server (PY proxy)?
A Paraguayan proxy server, or Paraguay proxy server, gives you a Paraguay IP address, so websites and apps treat you as a visitor from Paraguay. A Paraguay residential proxy (proxy residencial in Spanish) goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real Paraguayan household’s connection, on a network such as Tigo, Personal or COPACO, instead of a data centre. That makes it far less likely to be flagged.
How do I get a Paraguay IP address?
Set the country to Paraguay in the dashboard and connect through the endpoint it generates. Every request then leaves from a Paraguay IP address on a home line or a phone, in the department or city you choose.
Can I target specific Paraguayan departments, cities or ISPs?
Yes: Asunción and 14 departments, 37 cities and towns including Ciudad del Este, San Lorenzo, Luque, Encarnación and Capiatá, and more than 15 Paraguayan ISPs, plus ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint. Datacenter proxies are country-level only.
Do you offer Paraguay mobile proxies?
Yes, on Tigo and Claro, with region and city targeting in Asunción. Personal and Vox are not in the mobile pool at the moment.
Do you have Paraguayan datacenter proxies?
Yes. Rotating datacenter proxies with Paraguayan IPs start at $25 for 40 GB and go down to $0.35/GB. They are country-level only and suit bulk work on lightly protected sites.
How much do Paraguay proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans, rotating mobile at $2.00/GB and rotating datacenter at $0.35/GB, billed in US dollars. Paraguayan targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial. Pay As You Go lets you buy a single GB of residential traffic for $3.50, with no subscription.
Can I keep the same Paraguay IP?
Yes. Rotating residential, mobile and datacenter proxies all support sticky sessions, which keep the same Paraguayan IP across requests. Static residential IPs are not offered in Paraguay; the nearest static location is Brazil.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any browser, scraper, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Is there a free Paraguay proxy that works?
Free Paraguay proxy lists exist and may work for a quick look at a page. For regular work they fall short: entries are slow, short-lived and often flagged, many are not in Paraguay at all, and you cannot tell who runs the server.
Is using a proxy legal?
Proxies are a standard networking tool for price monitoring, SEO and ad verification. What matters is how you use them: respect each site’s terms of service, and if you collect personal data about people in Paraguay, follow the privacy rules that apply in Paraguay and to you.
