Three ways to get a Peruvian IP
Rotating residential
Home broadband IPs from Tumbes to Tacna and from Callao to Iquitos. Best for marketplace scraping, price monitoring and local search checks.
- Department, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
- Pay as you go from 1 GB
Rotating mobile
Mobile IPs on Claro, Movistar, Entel and Bitel, all four national networks. Best for app testing, social media and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- Department, city, carrier and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Rotating datacenter
Fast, low-cost Peruvian datacenter IPs. Best for high-volume jobs on sites with light bot protection.
- Peru country-level targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- Lowest cost per GB for bulk traffic
- Plans from 40 GB for $25
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Peru. The nearest static location is Brazil, or use sticky sessions to hold the same Peruvian IP on any of the three proxy types above.
Peru at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Search results, marketplace listings, delivery options and the ads shown to Peruvian users all depend on where a request comes from. A shopper in Lima and one in Arequipa, Trujillo or Piura can see different sellers, shipping fees and stock for the same product, and a Peru IP address from the right city is the only reliable way to check.
Peruvians reach the web on home lines from Movistar, Claro, Entel, Bitel and dozens of regional fibre and cable providers, and on their phones. That is the traffic a Peruvian site expects; a foreign data centre is not.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | About 34.2 million (INEI, 2025 national census) | A large Spanish-speaking market with regional centres well beyond the capital: Arequipa, Trujillo, Chiclayo and Piura are all in our pool. |
| Capital | Lima; Metropolitan Lima has about 10.1 million people, close to 30% of the total | Lima is our largest location, with district-level targets such as Miraflores, Santiago de Surco and San Juan de Lurigancho. |
| Territory | 24 departments and the Constitutional Province of Callao | We cover every department plus Callao, so you can compare what a visitor in La Libertad, Cusco or Loreto sees. |
| Currency | Peruvian sol (PEN), issued by the Banco Central de Reserva del Perรบ | Check how prices, instalment offers and “S/” price formats appear to a local shopper before you compare them. |
| Languages | Spanish; Quechua, Aymara and other native languages are also official where they predominate | Search results, ads and landing pages are overwhelmingly in Peruvian Spanish, so check the version local users actually get. |
| Time zone | UTCโ5 all year, with no clock changes | Schedule daily checks and time-limited offers on Lima time. |
| Mobile networks | 39.64 million active mobile lines (second quarter of 2026): Claro 33%, Bitel 25%, Entel 23%, Movistar 19% | We reach all four networks, and 62% of lines are outside Lima and Callao, so regional mobile views matter. |
| Country domain | .pe; many local sites use .com.pe | Local editions such as mercadolibre.com.pe are built for visitors in Peru, so check them from a Peruvian IP. |

What our Peru proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Run one proxy Peru-wide, or pin a session to the department, city and network your target cares about.
All 24 departments, plus Callao
Every department is in the residential pool, from Tumbes on the northern coast through the Andes to Puno and Tacna, and east into the Amazon in Loreto, Ucayali and Madre de Dios. The Lima department is split into two targets, Metropolitan Lima and Lima Region; Callao has its own.
59 locations you can target
The API returns 59 locations: 49 cities and towns plus 10 districts of Lima and Callao. All are listed below, grouped by area.
Peru mobile proxy carriers
All four national mobile networks are in our mobile pool, so no major network is missing. Movistar is now run by Integratel Perรบ, formerly Telefรณnica del Perรบ. Virtual operators run on these networks and cannot be targeted on their own. Mobile sessions can be narrowed to Lima (Metropolitan Lima and Lima Region) and 11 more departments: รncash, Arequipa, Cajamarca, Cusco, Huรกnuco, Ica, La Libertad, Lambayeque, Loreto, Piura and Puno, with city targeting in Lima, Arequipa, Trujillo, Chiclayo, Piura, Cusco, Iquitos, Juliaca, Cajamarca, Huรกnuco and Ica.
Peruvian fixed-line ISPs
The residential pool spans Movistar, Claro, Entel and Bitel; fibre operators such as WIN, WOW Perรบ and Mi Fibra; and smaller regional cable and fibre companies such as Cable Selva Central, Cable Andina, Fibra del Sur, Econocable, Latincable, Fastnet Perรบ and Nextnet: more than 50 networks in all.
Why the network mix matters. Peruvian sites expect visitors from the big national operators and from dozens of local fibre and cable companies across the regions. A pool that covers the national operators and small regional providers looks like real households, instead of one easy-to-spot provider.
What teams use Peruvian proxies for
Common workloads on our Peruvian network
Marketplace scraping & price monitoring
Track prices, stock and seller offers on Mercado Libre Perรบ, and on retailers such as Falabella, Plaza Vea, Oechsle and Promart, exactly as Peruvian shoppers see them, city by city.
Local SERP tracking
Check Google rankings, map packs and ads as searchers in Lima, Arequipa or Trujillo see them, instead of one generic “Peru” location.
Property & car market research
Collect listings from Urbania and InfoCasas, and used-car ads from Neoauto, to follow asking prices for homes, rentals and vehicles district by district.
Ad verification
Confirm that campaigns aimed at Peru run in the right cities and placements, with the right creative, on desktop and on Claro, Movistar, Entel or Bitel phones.
App & localisation testing
Test how delivery apps such as Rappi, checkout flows in soles and Spanish-language pages behave for a Peruvian user, and reproduce issues that only local visitors report.
Browser & anti-detect profiles
Give each browser or anti-detect profile its own Peruvian IP, from a Miraflores home line or a Bitel phone, so manual checks look local.

Peru proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Peruvian proxy (PE proxy)?
A Peruvian proxy is a Peru proxy server that gives you a Peru IP address, so websites and apps treat you as a visitor from Peru. A Peru residential proxy (proxy residencial in Spanish) goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real Peruvian household’s connection, on a network such as Movistar, Claro or WIN, instead of a data centre. That makes it far less likely to be flagged.
Can I target specific Peruvian departments, cities or ISPs?
Yes: all 24 departments plus Callao, 59 locations including 10 districts of Lima and Callao, and more than 50 Peruvian ISPs, plus ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint. Datacenter proxies are country-level only.
Do you offer Peru mobile proxies?
Yes, on Claro, Movistar, Entel and Bitel, with department targeting in Lima and 11 more departments and city targeting in Lima, Arequipa, Trujillo, Chiclayo, Piura, Cusco, Iquitos, Juliaca, Cajamarca, Huรกnuco and Ica. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them hard for websites to flag.
Do you have Peruvian datacenter proxies?
Yes. Rotating datacenter proxies with Peruvian IPs start at $25 for 40 GB and go down to $0.35/GB. They are targeted at country level and suit bulk work on lightly protected sites; for Mercado Libre and other protected targets, use residential or mobile IPs.
How much do Peru proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans, rotating mobile at $2.00/GB and rotating datacenter at $0.35/GB. Peruvian targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I buy Peru proxies without a subscription?
Yes. Pay As You Go lets you buy a single GB of residential traffic for $3.50 and top up only when you need more. Unused bandwidth rolls over.
Can I keep the same Peru IP?
Yes. Rotating residential, mobile and datacenter proxies all support sticky sessions, which keep the same Peruvian IP across requests. Static residential IPs are not offered in Peru; the nearest static location is Brazil.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any browser, scraper, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Is there a free Peru proxy that works?
Free Peru proxy lists exist, and an entry may work for a quick look at a page. For regular work they fall short: entries are slow, short-lived and often flagged, many are not in Peru at all, and you cannot tell who runs the server or what it does with your traffic.
Is using a proxy legal?
Proxies are a standard networking tool for price monitoring, SEO and ad verification. What matters is how you use them: respect each site’s terms of service, and if you collect personal data about people in Peru, follow Law 29733 on personal data protection and any other rules that apply to you.
