A dedicated proxy is an IP address that only you use, rented by the month. Nobody else sends traffic through it, so its reputation depends on you alone, which is why dedicated IPs are the standard choice for managing accounts, allow-listed logins, e-commerce stores and long-running automation. There are three kinds: dedicated datacenter IPs, dedicated ISP (static residential) IPs and dedicated mobile lines. To find the best dedicated proxies for 2026 we compared 12 providers on monthly prices for all three. If you want a dedicated residential IP today, see ProxyEmpire’s static residential proxies.
Quick answer

How we compared dedicated proxy providers
Is the IP really yours, and what does it cost a month?“Dedicated” is used loosely in this market, so we first checked that each product gives one IP to one customer. Then we compared the monthly price for a single IP and at volume, the locations on offer, and the terms that change the real cost.

They cost less, but another customer’s activity can still get the IP blocked.

| Users per IP | You only | Usually 2–3 | Many |
| IP reputation | Depends on you | Partly on others | Mostly on others |

|---|---|---|---|
| IP comes from | A hosting provider | A home internet provider | A 4G or 5G carrier |
| Price here | $0.98–$2.25/IP | $1.80–$5.00/IP | $109–$250/month |
| Trust with strict sites | Lowest | High | Highest |
| IP changes | Never | Never | On reset, same line |
| Best for | Speed, bulk tasks, easy targets | Accounts, e-commerce, stores | Social media and apps |
Start with dedicated ISP proxies for accounts that must keep one address, and move to dedicated mobile proxies for mobile-first platforms. We compare ISP providers in more depth in our guide to the best ISP proxies, and mobile providers in the best mobile proxies.
How many dedicated IPs do you need?
Count identities, not requests- One IP per account or identity. If a site links accounts by IP, give each account its own dedicated address and keep it.
- A small pool for allow-lists. Tools and APIs that accept only listed IPs need a fixed handful, plus one spare.
- Rotating for volume. Collecting data from thousands of pages is cheaper per GB on rotating residential proxies than on hundreds of dedicated IPs.
- Check the minimum order. Byteful static residential and Bright Data start at 10 IPs, Rayobyte ISP at 5 and Webshare dedicated datacenter at 20; ProxyEmpire, Proxy-Seller and MarsProxies sell one.
Are there free dedicated proxies?
No, and the reason is simpleA dedicated IP costs the provider money every month and can only be rented to one customer, so nobody gives it away. Free proxy lists are the opposite: public servers anyone can use, already blocked on most sites and run by people you do not know. The free proxies some providers offer are shared, not dedicated. For a cheap test of residential and mobile IPs, ProxyEmpire’s trial costs $1.97.
