Three ways to get a Pakistani IP
Rotating residential
Home broadband IPs across Pakistan, from Karachi and the Punjab cities to Peshawar, Quetta and Islamabad. Best for scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking.
- Province, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
Rotating mobile
Mobile IPs on Jazz, Zong, Telenor Pakistan and SCOM. Best for social media, app testing and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- Province, city, ZIP, carrier and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Rotating datacenter
Fast, low-cost Pakistani datacenter IPs. Best for high-volume jobs on sites with light bot protection.
- Pakistan country-level targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- Lowest cost per GB for bulk traffic
- Plans from 40 GB for $25
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Pakistan. Use sticky sessions to hold the same Pakistani IP on any of the three proxy types above.
Pakistan at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Pakistani websites show Pakistani visitors a different internet. Search results on Google.com.pk, prices in rupees on Daraz and PriceOye, listings on Zameen.com and PakWheels, and the ads served on Urdu news sites all depend on where a request comes from. A foreign server often gets an international version instead.
Location inside Pakistan matters too. Delivery fees, stock, rents and car prices differ between Karachi, Lahore and the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Whatever proxy for Pakistan you choose, picking the city is what makes the data comparable.
Pakistani sites also check the network. Protected sites flag data-centre traffic as a bot straight away, while a PTCL or Nayatel home line, or a phone on Jazz or Zong, looks like an ordinary Pakistani customer, because it is one.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | 241.49 million at the 2023 census, Pakistan’s first digital census | More than half (127.7 million) live in Punjab, so province and city targeting matters more than the national total. |
| Provinces | Four provinces (Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan) plus Islamabad Capital Territory | Region targeting follows the same units, so you see a page as a visitor in Sindh or Khyber Pakhtunkhwa does. |
| Currency | Pakistani rupee (PKR, Rs), issued by the State Bank of Pakistan | Prices, delivery charges and instalment offers are shown in rupees to Pakistani visitors, so they have to be read on the local version of a site. |
| Digital payments | 92% of retail payments were digital in JanuaryโMarch 2026; Raast handled 742.1 million instant payments | Checkout pages are built around mobile wallets, bank apps and Raast, so payment flows are best tested from a Pakistani session. |
| Language & script | Urdu is the national language and English an official one; Urdu is written right to left in Nastaliq | Many sites serve Urdu or English depending on the visitor, so ads and landing pages should be checked as they render for Pakistani users. |
| Mobile networks | Jazz 36%, Zong 27%, Telenor Pakistan 21%, Ufone 15%, SCO 1% of cellular subscribers (June 2026) | We reach Jazz, Zong, Telenor Pakistan and SCOM, so most mobile sessions match the networks Pakistanis actually use. |
| Subscriptions | More than 200 million telecom subscriptions and more than 150 million broadband connections | A very large mobile audience, so mobile IPs are ordinary traffic on Pakistani consumer sites and apps. |

What our Pakistan coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Run a proxy Pakistan-wide or pin a session to the province, city and network your target cares about. Everything below comes from the same API our dashboard uses.
7 targetable regions
The API returns seven regions: Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Islamabad Capital Territory, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
118 city-level locations
Coverage runs far beyond Karachi and Lahore. Here are 70 of the best-known cities, including Rawalpindi next to the capital and nearby Wah Cantonment; the other 48 range from district towns to smaller market towns, and each can be targeted on its own:
Mobile carriers
Jazz, Zong and Telenor Pakistan, three of the four national networks, are in our mobile pool, together with SCOM, the mobile service of the state-run Special Communications Organization. The pool also includes IPs registered to PTCL. Ufone is not available as a separate option at the moment. Telenor Pakistan and Ufone became one company in July 2026 but still sell under their own brands.
Fixed-line ISPs
Residential IPs come from the big national networks, PTCL (DSL and fibre), Nayatel, StormFiber (Cybernet), Wateen, Worldcall and Transworld, and from smaller operators such as Optix, Fiberish, Multinet, Connect Communications and Galaxy Broadband. Local cable and fibre companies make up the rest: more than 100 networks in total. That is what a Pakistan ISP proxy really needs: an IP on the exact network your target expects.
Why the long tail matters. A pool built on one or two providers is easy to spot; IPs spread across more than 100 Pakistani networks look like ordinary households.
What teams use Pakistani proxies for
Common workloads on our Pakistani network
E-commerce price monitoring
Track prices, stock and delivery options on Daraz and PriceOye exactly as Pakistani shoppers see them, in rupees and with local instalment offers.
Local SEO & SERP tracking
Check Google.com.pk rankings, map packs and ads from Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad, in Urdu or English, not from one generic location.
Property & classifieds data
Collect listings from Zameen.com, Graana and OLX Pakistan to follow rents, house prices and classified ads city by city.
Car prices & jobs data
Follow used-car prices on PakWheels and hiring demand on Rozee.pk, market by market, as Pakistani buyers and job seekers see them.
Ad verification & localisation
Confirm that campaigns aimed at Pakistan run on the placements you paid for, and that right-to-left Urdu ads and landing pages display correctly.
Social media & app testing
Run Pakistani accounts and test apps from mobile IPs on Jazz, Zong or Telenor, so sessions look like a local phone rather than a server.

Free Pakistan proxy lists vs paid Pakistani proxies
Why a free online proxy for Pakistan rarely works
A free Pakistan proxy list or online proxy site is easy to find, but most entries are open servers already abused by thousands of users. They go offline within hours and are blacklisted by the Pakistani sites you want to reach.
| Free Pakistan proxy lists & sites | ProxyEmpire Pakistani proxies | |
|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres | Real Pakistani homes and Jazz, Zong and Telenor SIM cards |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP disappears | Always-on pool, with rotating or sticky sessions |
| Blocks | Usually blacklisted on major Pakistani sites | Looks like an ordinary local visitor |
| Targeting | Country at best | Province, city, ZIP, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint |
| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |
| Cost | Free | From $1.50/GB, with a $1.97 trial |

Pakistan proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Pakistani proxy (PK proxy)?
A Pakistani proxy, or Pakistan proxy server, gives you a Pakistan IP address, so websites treat you as a visitor from Pakistan. A Pakistan residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real Pakistani household’s internet connection, on a network like PTCL, Nayatel or StormFiber, instead of a data centre., so it is far less likely to be blocked.
Can I target specific Pakistani provinces, cities or ISPs?
Yes. You can target all four provinces, Islamabad Capital Territory, 118 city-level locations from Karachi to Peshawar, and more than 100 local ISPs. Pakistani residential and mobile proxies can also be targeted by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint. Datacenter proxies are targeted at country level.
Do you offer Pakistan ISP proxies?
If you need an IP on a named Pakistani network, yes: rotating residential proxies can be targeted by ISP, from PTCL and Nayatel to local cable operators, and held with a sticky session. Static ISP proxies, which keep one fixed IP for months, are not offered in Pakistan.
Do you offer Pakistani mobile proxies?
Yes, on Jazz, Zong, Telenor Pakistan and SCOM. Ufone is not available as a separate option at the moment. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block.
Do you have Pakistani datacenter proxies?
Yes. Rotating datacenter proxies with Pakistani IPs start at $25 for 40 GB and go down to $0.35/GB. They are targeted at country level and suit high-volume work on lightly protected sites.
What is the proxy price in Pakistan?
Prices are in US dollars and the same worldwide. Rotating residential starts at $3.50 for 1 GB and drops to $1.50/GB on larger plans, rotating mobile starts at $2.00/GB and rotating datacenter at $0.35/GB. Targeting is included at no extra charge, and a $1.97 trial gets a Pakistan proxy online within minutes.
Can I keep the same Pakistani IP?
Yes. Rotating residential, mobile and datacenter proxies all support sticky sessions, which keep the same Pakistani IP across requests instead of switching on every request.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. They work with any scraper, headless or anti-detect browser and HTTP library, with no limit on concurrent sessions.
Why not use a free Pakistan proxy?
Free proxies are slow, blocked on most major sites and often run by operators who log your traffic. For work, a paid residential proxy is safer and far more reliable.
Can I use proxies for business in Pakistan?
Yes. Proxies are a standard tool for price monitoring, SEO and ad verification in Pakistan. What matters is how you use them: respect websites’ terms of service, and follow Pakistani law whenever you collect personal data.
