Croatian IPs from real homes, SIM cards and data centres

Croatian proxies on real home broadband and all three mobile networks: Hrvatski Telekom, A1 Hrvatska and Telemach Hrvatska. Point our Croatia proxies at Zagreb, Split, Rijeka, Osijek or Dubrovnik, in 19 of the country’s 21 counties, with rotating or sticky sessions.

Pay per GB, not per IP. Unused bandwidth rolls over.

  • HTTP(S) & SOCKS5
  • No concurrent session limit
  • Sticky sessions or new IP per request
  • Bandwidth rolls over
  • 24/7 support from real people

Three ways to get a Croatia IP address

Most popular

Rotating residential

A residential Croatia proxy server on real home broadband, from Zagreb and Osijek to Split and Dubrovnik. Best for scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking on Google.hr.

$1.50/GB and up
  • County, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
  • New IP per request or sticky sessions
  • OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)

Rotating mobile

A Croatia mobile proxy on Hrvatski Telekom, A1 or Telemach SIM cards, all three of the country’s mobile networks. Best for social media and the strictest anti-bot systems.

$2.00/GB and up
  • County, city, ZIP, carrier and ASN targeting
  • OS fingerprint targeting
  • Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session

Rotating datacenter

Fast, low-cost Croatian datacenter IPs. Best for high-volume jobs on sites with light bot protection.

$0.35/GB and up
  • Croatia country-level targeting
  • New IP per request or sticky sessions
  • Lowest cost per GB for bulk traffic
  • Plans from 40 GB for $25

Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Croatia. The nearest static locations are Italy, across the Adriatic, and Austria, or use sticky sessions to hold the same Croatian IP on any of the three proxy types above.

Croatia at a glance

Why a local IP changes what you see

Search results on Google.hr, prices at Links, HGSpot and eKupi, listings on Njuลกkalo and the ads shown next to Index.hr stories all depend on where a request comes from. A Slovenian, Austrian or Italian IP often gets a different storefront, different delivery options or no local offer at all.

Croatian sites also check the network. On well-protected sites, data centre traffic is flagged as a bot straight away, while a Hrvatski Telekom, A1 or Telemach connection looks like an ordinary Croatian customer, because it is one.

Fact Figure Why it matters for proxy work
Population 3,871,833 (2021 census) A mid-sized market, so a good spread of counties, towns and ISPs matters more than raw pool size.
Capital Zagreb, 767,131 residents (2021 census) Zagreb can be targeted on both residential and mobile proxies.
Counties 20 counties (ลพupanije) plus the City of Zagreb, which has county status Our region level for Croatia is the county: 19 of the 21 can be targeted.
Currency Euro (EUR) since 1 January 2023, replacing the kuna at 7.53450 kuna per euro Prices are in euros, but VAT, delivery fees and promotions are still set per country, not per currency.
VAT 25% standard rate; reduced rates of 13% and 5% Gross prices shown to Croatian visitors differ from those shown in Slovenia, Italy or Austria.
Language & script Croatian, in the Latin alphabet with ฤ, ฤ‡, ฤ‘, ลก and ลพ Croatian queries, local SERPs and ads only show up properly from Croatian IPs, and these letters change what a search matches.
Online shopping 51% of internet users bought goods or services online (2025 survey) Croatian e-commerce is large enough that price, stock and marketplace data is worth tracking closely.
Mobile networks Hrvatski Telekom, A1 Hrvatska and Telemach Hrvatska run the country’s three mobile networks All three are in our mobile pool, so mobile traffic looks like an ordinary Croatian subscriber.
EU & Schengen EU member since 1 July 2013; in the Schengen area and the euro area since 2023 GDPR applies, and EU geo-restricted content treats Croatian IPs as fully European.

What our Croatia coverage actually reaches

Read from the live API, not a brochure

Most providers list Croatia as a single country checkbox. Here you can run a proxy Croatia-wide or pin a session to a county, city or network, using the same API our dashboard uses.

Residential proxies reach 18 of the 20 counties plus the City of Zagreb. Karlovac County and Lika-Senj County are not in the pool at the moment; for those areas, stay at country level. Mobile proxies list five of them as regions: the City of Zagreb, Krapina-Zagorje, Meฤ‘imurje, Primorje-Gorski Kotar and Istria.

Bedekovฤina and Pitomaฤa are municipalities and Ivanec Vojakovaฤki is a village near Kriลพevci; the rest are cities and towns. Poลพega-Slavonia and ล ibenik-Knin can be targeted as counties but have no separate city target. Mobile proxies can be pinned to Zagreb or Rijeka.

Mobile carriers

  • Hrvatski Telekom
  • A1 Hrvatska
  • Telemach Hrvatska

These are the three operators that run Croatia’s mobile networks, so a mobile session can match whichever network your audience uses. A1 also appears as Vipnet, its name until 2018; it is the same network.

Fixed-line ISPs

Home broadband IPs come from 10 Croatian networks you can target by name. The largest are Hrvatski Telekom (including its Iskon brand), A1 Hrvatska and Optima Telekom, now owned by Telemach Hrvatska. Behind them come regional operators: Pro-Ping, based in Pitomaฤa and serving Podravina and Slavonia; Magic Net around Varaลพdin and ฤŒakovec; 4Tel in Samobor; Fenice Telekom Grupa (Fibernet) in Rijeka; and BT Net in Zagreb. CARNET, the academic and research network, and Starlink satellite connections are in the pool too.

Why the network mix matters. Anti-bot systems check which network a request comes from, and a pool built on one provider is easy to spot. National operators plus regional fibre networks make your traffic look like ordinary Croatian households.

What teams use Croatian proxies for

Common workloads on our Croatian network

E-commerce price monitoring

Track prices, stock and delivery fees at Links, HGSpot, eKupi and Emmezeta exactly as Croatian shoppers see them, in euros with 25% VAT. Add Nabava.net for price histories across shops.

Local SEO & SERP tracking

Check Google.hr rankings, map packs and ads in Croatian from Zagreb, Split, Rijeka or Osijek, instead of a generic EU location.

Classifieds & property data

Collect car, property and rental listings from Njuลกkalo and Index Oglasi to follow asking prices county by county.

Ad verification

Confirm that campaigns aimed at Croatia render on news portals such as Index.hr, 24sata and Jutarnji list, in Croatian, and catch fraudulent placements before they burn budget.

Travel & tourism pricing

Compare accommodation, car-hire and holiday prices shown to people browsing from Zagreb, Split or Dubrovnik against those shown to visitors abroad.

Social media management

Run Croatian accounts from mobile IPs on Hrvatski Telekom, A1 or Telemach, so logins look like a local phone rather than a server.

Free Croatia proxy lists vs paid Croatian proxies

Why free lists rarely work on Croatian sites

Search for free Croatia proxies and you will find short lists of open servers, the same free proxies, Croatia included, copied from one list site to the next. Most have already been abused by thousands of users, go offline within hours and are blacklisted by the Croatian sites you want to reach.

IP source Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres Real Croatian homes and Hrvatski Telekom, A1 and Telemach SIM cards

Targeting Country at best County, city, ZIP, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint

Croatia proxy FAQ

Straight answers

What is a Croatian proxy (HR proxy)?

A Croatian proxy, also called a Croatia proxy server or HR proxy, gives you a Croatia IP address so websites treat you as a local visitor. Croatian users often search for one as “proxy Hrvatska”. A Croatia residential proxy routes your traffic through a real household’s connection on Hrvatski Telekom, A1 or Optima instead of a data centre, so it is far less likely to be blocked.

Can I target Croatian counties, cities or ISPs?

Yes. You can target 19 of Croatia’s 21 counties (including the City of Zagreb), 27 cities, towns and villages, and 10 local ISPs, including Hrvatski Telekom, A1 Hrvatska and Optima Telekom. Residential and mobile proxies can also be targeted by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint. Datacenter proxies are targeted at country level.

Do you offer Croatia mobile proxies?

Yes. Rotating mobile proxies are available on all three Croatian mobile networks: Hrvatski Telekom, A1 Hrvatska and Telemach Hrvatska. Mobile sessions can also be pinned to Zagreb or Rijeka.

Do you have Croatian datacenter proxies?

Yes. Rotating datacenter proxies with Croatian IPs start at $25 for 40 GB and go down to $0.35/GB on larger plans. They are targeted at country level and suit high-volume work on sites with light bot protection.

How much do Croatia proxies cost?

Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans, rotating mobile at $2.00/GB and rotating datacenter at $0.35/GB, all billed in US dollars. Croatian targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.

Can I keep the same Croatia proxy IP?

Yes. Rotating residential, mobile and datacenter proxies all support sticky sessions, which keep the same Croatian IP across requests instead of switching on every request. For a permanently fixed IP nearby, static residential IPs are sold in Italy and Austria.

Which protocols and tools are supported?

HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any scraper, rank tracker, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.

Are free Croatia proxies worth using?

Rarely. Free Croatia proxy lists are short, many entries are not in Croatia at all, and the rest are open servers shared with strangers, blocked on major Croatian sites and run by operators who can log your traffic. For real work, a paid residential or mobile proxy is far more reliable.

Is using a proxy in Croatia legal?

Proxies themselves are legal in Croatia and across the EU. What matters is how you use them: respect each site’s terms of service, and follow the GDPR and Croatia’s act implementing it when you collect personal data.
