- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
- Pay as you go from 1 GB
Rotating mobile

Morocco at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Search results on Google.co.ma, prices and delivery fees on Jumia Maroc and Avito.ma, and the ads shown to Moroccan users all depend on where a request comes from. Many Moroccan sites also run in both Arabic and French, and the version you get can depend on your location as well as your browser settings.
Morocco is a phone-first market. In the 2024 census, 84.4% of people owned a personal mobile phone and only 8.8% a computer or tablet, and the telecom regulator ANRT counts 38.1 million mobile internet subscriptions against about 2.9 million fibre and ADSL lines. A request from a Maroc Telecom, Orange or inwi connection looks like an ordinary Moroccan customer; data-centre traffic is far more likely to be flagged as a bot.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | 36.8 million (2024 census, legal population); 62.8% urban | Most people live in cities, and our coverage includes the seven largest: Casablanca, Tangier, Fez, Marrakesh, SalΓ©, Meknes and Rabat. |
| Currency | Moroccan dirham (MAD), issued by Bank Al-Maghrib | Collect prices, delivery fees and instalment offers in dirhams, exactly as Moroccan shoppers see them. |
| Languages | Darija (Moroccan Arabic) is used by 91.9% of people and Amazigh languages by 24.8%; of literate people aged 10 and over, 99.2% read and write Arabic and 57.7% French | Many sites and ads run in Arabic and French, so check both versions from a local IP. |
| Time zone | UTC+0 (GMT) all year since 20 September 2026; UTC+1 before that date | Schedule daily checks, sales and ad audits on Moroccan time, and update any job still set to the old UTC+1 offset. |
| Internet use | 59.6% of people aged 15 and over use the internet (2024 census); 41.1 million internet subscriptions, 38.1 million of them mobile (March 2026) | Most Moroccans are online through a phone, so mobile IPs blend in on apps and social platforms. |
| Mobile networks | Maroc Telecom (IAM), Orange Maroc and inwi, each with roughly a third of 59 million mobile subscriptions (end of 2025) | Our mobile pool runs on Maroc Telecom and Orange; inwi addresses are in the residential pool. |

What our Morocco proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Here is exactly what you can target today, whether you run one proxy Morocco-wide or pin a session to a single city and network, pulled from the same API our dashboard uses.
10 regions you can target
The residential pool runs from Tangier and the Mediterranean coast through Oujda and Nador in the Oriental, the Rabat and Casablanca corridor and Fez-Meknes, to Marrakesh and Agadir. Guelmim-Oued Noun can be targeted at region level only.
34 targetable cities
Grouped by region, roughly north to south. Mobile IPs can be targeted in 14 cities, including Casablanca, Rabat, SalΓ©, Fez, Marrakesh, Tangier, Agadir and Oujda, plus Ouezzane, which is on the mobile pool only.
Morocco mobile proxy carriers
Maroc Telecom (IAM) and Orange Maroc are in our mobile pool. inwi, the third national network and the largest by subscriptions at the end of 2025, is not a mobile option at the moment, although inwi home internet addresses are in the residential pool.
Moroccan fixed-line ISPs
Residential IPs come from the three national operators: Maroc Telecom, the largest fibre and ADSL provider; Orange Maroc; and inwi. Between them they run virtually all of Moroccoβs fibre and ADSL lines, so a residential session looks like an ordinary Moroccan household.
Honest counts, real addresses. Thirty-four cities and three networks will not suit a job that needs hundreds of small towns. They do cover where most Moroccan online shoppers and internet users live, including the seven largest cities.
What teams use Moroccan proxies for
Common workloads on our Moroccan network
Marketplace scraping & price monitoring
Track prices, stock, delivery fees and promotions on Jumia Maroc and Marjane Mall exactly as Moroccan shoppers see them, in dirhams and city by city.
Google.co.ma SERP tracking
Check Google.co.ma rankings, local results and ads in Arabic and French from Casablanca, Rabat or Marrakesh, instead of one generic “Morocco” location.
Social media & app testing
Run Moroccan accounts, follow Darija and French conversations and test apps from mobile IPs on Maroc Telecom or Orange, so sessions look like a local phone rather than a server.
Classifieds, property & car data
Collect listings from Avito.ma, Mubawab and Moteur.ma to follow rents, sale prices and used-car values in Casablanca, Tangier, Agadir and other cities.
Ad verification & travel prices
Confirm that campaigns aimed at Morocco appear in the right cities and placements, for example on news sites such as Hespress, and compare train fares on ONCF as a traveller in Morocco sees them.
Browser & anti-detect profiles
Give each browser or anti-detect profile its own Moroccan IP address, from a Casablanca home line or an Orange phone, so manual checks look local.

Free Morocco proxy lists vs paid Moroccan proxies
Why free lists rarely work on Moroccan sites
Search for a free proxy Morocco list and you will find plenty, but most entries are open servers already used by thousands of people. They go offline within hours, are often not in Morocco at all and are blacklisted by the marketplaces, banks and apps you want to reach. A $1.97 trial costs less than the time lost on dead IPs.
| Free Morocco proxy lists | ProxyEmpire Moroccan proxies | |
|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres | Real Moroccan homes and Maroc Telecom and Orange SIM cards |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP disappears | Always-on pool, with rotating or sticky sessions |
| Blocks | Usually blacklisted on major Moroccan sites | Looks like an ordinary local visitor |
| Targeting | Country at best | Region, city, ZIP, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint |
| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |
| Cost | Free | From $1.50/GB, with a $1.97 trial |

Morocco proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Moroccan proxy (MA proxy)?
A Moroccan proxy is a Moroccan proxy server that gives you a Morocco IP address, so websites treat you as a visitor from Morocco. A Morocco residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real household connection on Maroc Telecom, Orange or inwi instead of a data centre, which makes it far less likely to be blocked.
Can I target specific Moroccan regions, cities or ISPs?
Yes. You can target 10 regions, 34 cities from Tangier to Agadir, and the Maroc Telecom, Orange and inwi networks. Residential and mobile proxies can also be targeted by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint.
Do you offer Morocco mobile proxies?
Yes, on Maroc Telecom and Orange Maroc, in 7 regions with city targeting in 14 cities. inwi is not a mobile option at the moment. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block.
Do you have Moroccan datacenter or static IPs?
Not at the moment. Datacenter and static residential proxies are not offered with Moroccan IPs. For a long-lived Moroccan IP, use a sticky session on residential or mobile; the nearest static locations are Spain and France.
How much do Morocco proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans and rotating mobile at $2.00/GB. Moroccan targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial or buy a single GB for $3.50 with Pay As You Go.
Can I keep the same Moroccan IP?
Yes. Rotating residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions, which hold the same Moroccan IP across requests instead of switching on every request.
Do the proxies work on French-language Moroccan sites?
Yes. Many Moroccan sites run in French as well as Arabic, and French speakers often search for a “proxy Maroc”. A Moroccan IP gets you the same local version a visitor in Casablanca or Rabat sees, in either language, over HTTP, HTTPS or SOCKS5 with no concurrent session limit.
Is there a free Morocco proxy that works?
For a one-off look at a page, a free Morocco proxy sometimes works. For regular work, no: free entries are slow, often flagged, may not be in Morocco at all and are run by operators who may log or resell your traffic, with no way to choose the city or network.
What makes the best Moroccan proxies?
When you compare Morocco proxy providers, check three things: real addresses on the national networks rather than data centres, honest city and region counts you can verify before paying, and mobile IPs on the carriers your targets expect. Then test with a small budget first, which is what our $1.97 trial is for.
Is using a proxy in Morocco legal?
Proxies are a standard tool for price monitoring, SEO and ad verification. What matters is how you use them: respect websitesβ terms of service, and follow Moroccoβs personal data rules (Law 09-08) whenever you collect personal data.
