Unlimited proxies let you move as much data as you need for a flat price per speed tier, thread, IP or month, instead of paying for every gigabyte. That suits scraping, price monitoring, SEO tracking and any job whose traffic is hard to predict. Unlimited residential proxies are the rarest kind, so most “unlimited” offers are really static ISP, datacenter or dedicated mobile IPs. To find the best unlimited proxy providers for 2026 we compared 11 offers that are genuinely unlimited on bandwidth, and wrote down each one’s billing unit and the limits it states.
Quick answer
ProxyEmpire is the best unlimited proxy provider in 2026. Its unlimited bandwidth residential proxies have no GB caps and are priced by speed tier, from $1,500 a month for 100 Mbit to $5,400 for 1,000 Mbit (daily plans from $200), across 85+ countries and 1M+ daily IPs. Its dedicated 4G/5G mobile proxies cost $125 or $250 a month with unlimited bandwidth under carrier fair use. If you only need a few fixed IPs, unlimited ISP proxies from MarsProxies, Oxylabs or Decodo cost $1.20–$3.33 per IP a month.

Only offers the provider itself calls unlimited or unmetered on bandwidth are listed. Per-IP prices are monthly, from the smallest order to the lowest published volume rate (daily and weekly rates are excluded); per-thread prices run from the smallest plan to the largest. “None stated” means we found no cap on the provider’s own pages. Prices and limits were read from each provider’s own pages on 29 September 2026. Bright Data sells “unlimited” ISP and datacenter IPs, but each IP includes a 100 GB monthly fair-usage allowance; Webshare prices its unlimited bandwidth option only in checkout; SOAX, DataImpulse and Infatica sell residential traffic per GB only. They are not ranked here.

The 11 best unlimited proxies in 2026
Unlimited residential, ISP, datacenter and mobile proxies, reviewed
ProxyEmpire
Best overallProxyEmpire is one of the few providers selling rotating residential proxies with no GB caps: you pick a speed tier and move as much data as it carries, with a new IP on every request or sticky sessions.
- Daily ($200), weekly ($650) and monthly plans from 100 to 1,000 Mbit, HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS5 and HTTP/2, 99.9% uptime and 24/7 support from real people
- Dedicated USA 5G lines on Verizon across 50 US locations with on-demand IP resets, or a $125 package covering the US, UK, Austria and Israel
- The unlimited plan targets by country only and starts at $1,500 a month; for city, ISP or ZIP targeting you need the per-GB rotating residential proxies

ProxyRack
Unmetered rotating residentialProxyRack sells unmetered residential proxies priced by thread, meaning the number of connections you can open at once, with no GB limit.
- Rotating and sticky IPs from a network it puts at 35 million+ monthly IPs
- HTTP, SOCKS and UDP on every unlimited plan
- The best rates need 1,000 to 5,000 threads ($1,250 to $4,500 a month), and throughput depends on how many threads you buy

Proxy-Seller
Cheapest dedicated mobileProxy-Seller rents dedicated mobile IPs by carrier with unlimited bandwidth, for example an EE line in England at $109 a month, and ISP proxies whose traffic is uncapped.
- Choose the country and carrier for each mobile line, with rotation by link or every 5 minutes
- ISP IPs are dedicated to you, with HTTP(S) and SOCKS5
- Mobile speed is capped at 5–30 Mbit/s under carrier fair use, and the $2.25 ISP rate needs 500 IPs

Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)
Small unlimited plansDecodo’s unlimited range is dedicated ISP and dedicated datacenter IPs, both billed monthly per IP from a three-IP plan.
- Entry plans of $9.99 (ISP) and $5.55 (datacenter) make testing cheap
- HTTP(S) and SOCKS5, with IP allowlisting

- A dedicated IP with country and ISP-level targeting
- A flat monthly price that suits a single long-running account

What “unlimited” really means for a proxy
Bandwidth, threads and speed are three different limits“Unlimited” on a proxy plan can mean three different things, and only the first one saves you money on data:
- Unlimited bandwidth. No GB cap. You pay per speed tier, thread, IP or line instead. This is what every provider above sells.
- Unlimited threads, sessions or IPs. You can open as many connections as you like, but every gigabyte is still billed. Many per-GB residential plans advertise this.
- Unlimited time. A sticky session or static IP with no expiry. Useful, but it says nothing about traffic.
Even true unlimited bandwidth has a ceiling somewhere. ProxyEmpire limits throughput by the speed tier you choose, ProxyRack by the number of threads, Proxy-Seller’s mobile lines by a 5–30 Mbit/s cap and the carrier’s fair use, and Oxylabs by cutting concurrent sessions after heavy use. Decodo and Byteful cite a fair usage policy, so read it before a multi-terabyte job.
Unlimited vs pay-per-GB proxies: when does unlimited pay off?
A break-even example with real pricesA 100 Mbit line running flat out moves about 12.5 MB a second, roughly 1,080 GB a day or 32 TB in a month. Real jobs never run that hard, but the maths shows where the value is:
- Rotating residential. ProxyEmpire’s 100 Mbit unlimited plan costs $1,500 a month. The same money buys 1,000 GB of per-GB residential at $1.50/GB. Below about 1 TB a month, pay per GB; above it, every extra gigabyte on the unlimited plan is free. At 3 TB a month the unlimited plan works out at $0.50/GB.
- Dedicated mobile. A $125 dedicated line beats per-GB mobile at $3.34/GB once one line carries more than about 37 GB a month.
- ISP proxies. An unlimited ISP IP at $2–$3 a month costs less than one gigabyte of per-GB residential at $3.50. If one fixed IP can do the job, it is cheaper at almost any volume.
The trade-off is flexibility. Per-GB rotating residential proxies give you a larger pool and city, ISP and ZIP targeting, while unlimited plans usually target by country only.
Which unlimited proxy type fits which job?
Match the billing unit to the work| Unlimited residential | Unlimited ISP | Unlimited datacenter | Dedicated mobile | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Billed by | Speed tier or thread | IP per month | IP per month | Line per month |
| Price here | $300–$5,400 a month | $1.20–$3.33/IP | $1.19–$2.50/IP | $109–$250/line |
| IPs | Rotating pool, new IP per request or sticky | Fixed home-ISP IPs | Fixed server IPs | One carrier line, reset on demand |
| Best for | High-volume scraping, price and SERP monitoring | Accounts, logins, long sessions | Bulk jobs on lightly protected sites | Mobile apps, social media, strict sites |
If you need a rotating pool with heavy traffic, start with unlimited residential. If a few fixed IPs are enough, per-IP ISP proxies are far cheaper; our cheap private proxy comparison covers them in detail. For mobile-only targets, a dedicated 4G/5G line carries unlimited traffic on a real carrier IP, and on Android our free Proxy Manager app sets it up (Android setup guide).
Are there free unlimited proxies?
Not ones worth usingFree proxy lists are open servers anyone can use, so they are slow, already blocked on most sites that matter and gone within hours, and you do not know who logs your traffic. Unlimited bandwidth costs a provider real money, so a free “unlimited” offer is paid for some other way. We don’t publish lists for that reason. A $1.97 trial on per-GB residential and mobile, a small ISP plan or a daily unlimited plan is a safer way to test. The target site’s terms and local laws apply whichever proxy you use.
