The counts are not like for like: some mix residential and datacenter IPs, and one counts monthly active IPs. Two different services with the same nameMost people who search for a “Taobao proxy” want a buying agent. An agent is a company that orders from Taobao sellers for you, receives the parcels at its warehouse in China, checks and repacks them, and ships them abroad for a service fee plus postage.
