Dallas IPs, across the whole DFW metro
Dallas proxies on real home broadband and mobile connections in the city and across DallasโFort Worth. Target Dallas as a whole or one of 59 named areas, from Plano, Frisco and Irving to Fort Worth and Arlington, choose the network, and keep a sticky IP or get a new one on every request.
Pay per GB, not per IP. Dallas targeting costs nothing extra.
What you can target with a Dallas proxy
Read from our network API, county by county
DallasโFort Worth sprawls across several counties, and a household in Plano does not see the same search results, delivery fees or ads as one in Oak Cliff or Fort Worth. So a Dallas proxy here is not one checkbox. Residential IPs can be pinned to the city target “Dallas” or to one of 58 named towns around it in Dallas, Collin, Denton, Tarrant, Rockwall, Kaufman and Ellis counties.
Home broadband networks in Dallas
The city target “Dallas” lists the national cable and fibre networks, plus regional fibre and apartment-building providers. In total, 12 home-network brands show up:
AT&T and Spectrum carry most Dallas homes; Vexus and Vero are regional fibre builders, and GigStreem and WhiteSky serve apartment communities. Backbone networks that appear in the API, such as GTT and Unitas Global, are left out of these counts.

Where Dallas coverage is thinner. The city target “Dallas” covers the whole city; neighbourhoods such as Uptown, Deep Ellum or Oak Cliff have no separate target, so add ZIP targeting to go narrower. On mobile, Dallas, Garland, Mesquite, Grand Prairie, Fort Worth and Arlington are targetable, but not the Collin or Denton County suburbs. Arlington and Lancaster exist in other states too, so always set the state to Texas.
Dallas or US-wide: which should you pick?
Pin the city only when the answer depends on it
Pin Dallas or a DFW town
Rotating residential and rotating mobile.
- Local results: “near me” searches, map packs, delivery radiuses
- Prices, fees and stock that change by ZIP code
- Checking an ad or offer aimed at one part of DFW
Use US-wide or state targeting
All four products, including static and datacenter.
- National prices and rankings that are the same across the US
- The biggest possible IP pool for high-volume jobs
- Static residential and datacenter IPs
Static residential and datacenter proxies are sold at country level only, so they cannot be pinned to Dallas. A static residential IP comes from a random US city and stays yours for the month. If you need a Dallas address that stays the same, use a sticky session on rotating residential or mobile instead.

Dallas proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Dallas proxy server?
A Dallas proxy server routes your requests through an IP address located in Dallas, so websites treat you as a visitor in the city. With ProxyEmpire that IP belongs to a real home broadband line or mobile SIM rather than a data centre, which makes it far less likely to be blocked.
How do I get a Dallas IP address?
Choose rotating residential or rotating mobile, then set the country to the United States, the state to Texas and the city to Dallas in the dashboard. Every connection then exits from a Dallas IP address. You can start with the $1.97 trial to test it.
Can I target other DFW cities?
Yes. 58 towns around Dallas are separate targets, including Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Irving, Garland, Denton, Fort Worth and Arlington. Neighbourhoods inside Dallas are not, so use the target Dallas plus ZIP targeting to reach one.
Can I get a static IP in Dallas?
Not pinned to Dallas. Static residential and datacenter proxies are targeted by country only, so a static US IP can come from any city. To keep one Dallas IP for a long session, use a sticky session on rotating residential or mobile.
Can I keep the same Dallas IP?
Yes. Sticky sessions keep the same Dallas IP for as long as it stays available, instead of switching on every request. When you want a fresh IP, start a new session.
Which mobile carriers can I use in Dallas?
The city target Dallas lists AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, plus Boost Mobile. Add a carrier to your targeting, or leave it open and the pool picks one for you.
Is it legal to use a proxy in Dallas?
Using a proxy is legal in the United States. What matters is what you do with it: follow each website’s terms, and privacy laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act if you handle personal data.
