Choose your Georgia proxy type
Three ways to get a Georgian IP
Rotating residential
Georgia residential proxy IPs on home broadband, from Tbilisi and Batumi to Kutaisi, Zugdidi and Telavi. Best for scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking on Google.ge.
- Region, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
Rotating mobile
Georgian mobile proxies on Magti, Silknet and Cellfie, all three national networks, with city targeting in Tbilisi and Batumi. Best for social media, app testing and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- Region, city, ZIP, carrier and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Rotating datacenter
Fast, low-cost Georgian datacenter IPs. Best for high-volume jobs on sites with light bot protection.
- Georgia country-level targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- Lowest cost per GB for bulk traffic
- Plans from 40 GB for $25
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Georgia. Use sticky sessions to hold the same Georgian IP on any of the three proxy types above.
Georgia at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Georgian websites are written in Georgian, in the country’s own alphabet, and many also run English versions. Search results on Google.ge, prices on Extra.ge and Veli.store, and listings on MyHome.ge and MyAuto.ge depend on where a request comes from. An IP from a neighbouring country can land on a different language version, currency or delivery offer.
Location inside the country matters too. More than a third of Georgians live in Tbilisi, but Batumi on the Black Sea coast and Kutaisi in the west have their own property markets, delivery zones and local results, so a Tbilisi IP does not show you what a shopper in Batumi sees.
Georgian sites also check what kind of network a visitor is on. On well-protected sites, data-centre traffic gets flagged as a bot straight away. A Magti or Silknet home connection, or a phone on Cellfie, looks like an ordinary Georgian customer.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | 3.94 million (1 January 2026); 62.7% urban, more than a third in Tbilisi | A compact market centred on a few cities, so city and ISP targeting matter more than raw pool size. |
| Internet use | 92.0% of households have internet access; 87.9% of people aged 6 and over went online in the last three months (2025 survey) | Most Georgians are online every day, so ordinary home and mobile IPs are what local sites expect to see. |
| Currency | Georgian lari (GEL, โพ), issued by the National Bank of Georgia | Prices, delivery fees and promotions are shown in lari to Georgian visitors. |
| VAT | 18% standard rate | Consumer prices on Georgian shops include it, so compare like with like when you track them. |
| Language & script | Georgian (แฅแแ แแฃแแ), written in its own Georgian alphabet | Check keywords, ads and landing pages in Georgian as well as English, from a local IP. |
| Time zone | UTC+4 all year, with no seasonal clock change | Schedule daily price checks and ad audits on Tbilisi time. |
| Mobile networks | Magti, Silknet (formerly Geocell) and Cellfie (formerly Beeline), the three national networks | All three national networks are on ours, so mobile traffic looks like an ordinary Georgian subscriber. |

What our Georgia proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Many providers list Georgia as a single country checkbox. Here you can pin a session to the region, city and network your target cares about, whether you run one proxy Georgia-wide or a pool per city.
9 regions, including Tbilisi and Adjara
By Geostat’s 2026 figures, these nine regions are home to about 97% of Georgia’s population. Mtskheta-Mtianeti, just north of Tbilisi, and the mountain region of Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti cannot be targeted on their own today.
All 15 targetable cities and towns
Every city in the API is listed, including the largest: Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi and Rustavi. Each can be targeted on its own, from Batumi and Kobuleti on the Black Sea to Telavi in Kakheti and Borjomi in the south. Poti is not a city option at the moment; nearby Senaki and Zugdidi are.
Mobile carriers
These are all three of Georgia’s national mobile networks, so no major network is missing: Silknet’s mobile network is the former Geocell, and Cellfie was called Beeline until 2023. Mobile region and city targeting covers Tbilisi and Batumi (Adjara) today; elsewhere, target by country and carrier.
Fixed-line ISPs
The two biggest names in Georgian home internet, Magti and Silknet, are both covered. Caucasus Online and Deltacomm appear in the pool too, along with smaller networks such as Georgian AirLink, Skytel, GreenNetworks, System Net, Ordunet, VGS Network and LukNet. That makes more than 10 Georgian ISPs you can target by name.
Looking for a Georgia ISP proxy? “ISP proxy” often means a static IP hosted in a data centre but registered to an internet provider. We don’t sell those in Georgia. What you get instead is ISP-level targeting: choose Magti, Silknet or a small city network, and every rotating residential or mobile IP comes from a real subscriber on that network.
What teams use Georgian proxies for
Common workloads on our Georgian network
Property & car listings
Collect listings from MyHome.ge, SS.ge and MyAuto.ge to follow rents, sale prices and used-car values in Tbilisi, Batumi and Kutaisi, city by city.
E-commerce price monitoring
Track prices, stock and delivery fees on Extra.ge and Veli.store exactly as Georgian shoppers see them, in lari and with local delivery.
Local SEO & SERP tracking
Check Google.ge rankings and ads from Tbilisi or Batumi, for Georgian-language and English queries, instead of one generic “Georgia” location.
Georgia ISP proxy targeting
See how a site treats a Magti home customer compared with a Silknet one, or test a service on a single network, by pinning rotating residential or mobile sessions to that ISP.
Social media & app testing
Run Georgian accounts and test apps from mobile IPs on Magti, Silknet or Cellfie, so logins look like a local phone rather than a server.
Ad verification
Confirm that campaigns aimed at Georgia show in the right language and placements, and view public offers from TBC or Bank of Georgia as a local visitor sees them.

Free Georgia proxy lists vs paid Georgian proxies
Why free lists rarely work on Georgian sites
Search for a free proxy Georgia list and you will find plenty, but most entries are open servers already scanned and abused by thousands of other users. They go offline within hours, are often not in Georgia at all and are blacklisted by the Georgian sites you want to reach.
| Free Georgia proxy lists | ProxyEmpire Georgian proxies | |
|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres | Real Georgian homes and Magti, Silknet and Cellfie SIM cards |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP disappears | Always-on pool, with rotating or sticky sessions |
| Blocks | Usually blacklisted on major Georgian sites | Looks like an ordinary local visitor |
| Targeting | Country at best | Region, city, ZIP, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint |
| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |
| Cost | Free | From $1.50/GB, with a $1.97 trial |

Georgia proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Georgian proxy (GE proxy)?
A Georgian proxy server gives you a Georgia IP address, so websites treat you as a local visitor. A Georgia residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real household’s connection on a network like Magti or Silknet, instead of a data centre.
Is this page about Georgia the country or the US state?
The country: Georgia in the Caucasus, with Tbilisi as its capital. For IPs in the US state of Georgia, use our USA proxies, where residential IPs can be targeted by state and Georgia is one of the states you can pick.
Can I target specific Georgian regions, cities or ISPs?
Yes. You can target 9 regions including Tbilisi and Adjara, 15 cities and towns, and more than 10 local ISPs, including Magti and Silknet. Residential and mobile proxies can also be targeted by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint. Datacenter proxies are targeted at country level.
Do you offer Georgia ISP proxies?
Not as static ISP proxies, which are not available in Georgia. What we offer is ISP targeting: a residential proxy in Georgia that only uses IPs from the provider you pick, such as Magti, Silknet or Skytel, with rotating or sticky sessions. Mobile proxies can be targeted by carrier in the same way.
Do you offer Georgian mobile proxies?
Yes. Rotating mobile proxies are available on all three Georgian networks: Magti, Silknet and Cellfie, with city targeting in Tbilisi and Batumi. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block.
Do you have Georgia datacenter proxies?
Yes. Rotating datacenter proxies with Georgian IPs start at $25 for 40 GB and go down to $0.35/GB on larger plans. They are targeted at country level and suit high-volume work on lightly protected sites.
How much do Georgia proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans, rotating mobile at $2.00/GB and rotating datacenter at $0.35/GB. Georgian targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I keep the same Georgian IP?
Yes. Residential, mobile and datacenter proxies all support sticky sessions that hold the same Georgian IP across requests. Static residential IPs are not offered in Georgia.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any scraper, rank tracker, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Are free Georgia proxies worth it?
For a one-off look at a page, sometimes. For regular work, no: free proxies are slow, blocked on most major sites, often not in Georgia at all, and run by operators who may log or resell your traffic.
What rules apply when I use Georgian proxies?
Use them for lawful work such as price, SEO and ad research. Respect each website’s terms of service, and follow Georgia’s Law on Personal Data Protection if you collect information about people.
