Why a local IP changes what you see
Ukraine is a large Ukrainian-speaking market that prices and ranks locally. Search results on Google.com.ua, prices on Rozetka, Prom.ua and Epicentr, listings on OLX.ua and the ads served to Ukrainian users all depend on where the request comes from. A Polish or German IP gives you a different page, in a different language and a different currency.
Ukrainian sites also check what kind of network a visitor is on. On well-protected sites, traffic from a data centre gets flagged as a bot straight away. Traffic from a Kyivstar or Ukrtelecom home connection looks like an ordinary Ukrainian customer, because that is what it is.

Why the long tail matters. Anti-bot systems look at which network a request comes from. A pool of IPs from just two or three big providers is easy to spot. What is a Ukrainian proxy (UA proxy)?
A Ukrainian proxy, or UA proxy, gives you a Ukrainian IP address so websites treat you as a local visitor. A Ukraine residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real Ukrainian household’s internet connection, so websites see a genuine local visitor on a network like Kyivstar or Ukrtelecom instead of a data centre. That makes it far less likely to be blocked or shown non-local content.
Can I target specific Ukrainian cities or ISPs?
Yes. You can target 21 regions, 408 cities and towns and more than 350 local ISPs, including Kyivstar, Vodafone Ukraine, Ukrtelecom, Datagroup, Triolan and Lanet as well as hundreds of regional cable and fibre networks. Yes. Rotating datacenter proxies with Ukrainian IPs start at $25 for 40 GB and go down to $0.35/GB on larger plans. They are targeted at country level and suit high-volume work on sites with light bot protection. For well-protected sites, use residential or mobile IPs instead.
Can I keep the same Ukrainian IP?
Yes. Rotating residential, mobile and datacenter proxies all support sticky sessions, which keep the same Ukrainian IP across requests instead of switching to a new IP on every request. Static residential IPs are not offered in Ukraine; if you need a permanently fixed IP in the region, our nearest static locations are Poland and Romania.
Which protocols and tools are supported?

Why not use a free Ukraine proxy?
