Kazakh IPs from real homes and SIM cards

Kazakhstan proxies on real home broadband and the Kcell, Beeline and Tele2 mobile networks. Our Kazakh proxies reach Almaty, Astana, Shymkent and 27 cities in 16 of the country’s 17 regions, with rotating or sticky sessions and targeting down to the ISP.

Kazakhstan proxy servers priced per GB, not per IP. Unused bandwidth rolls over.

  • HTTP(S) & SOCKS5
  • No concurrent session limit
  • Sticky sessions or new IP per request
  • Bandwidth rolls over
  • 24/7 support from real people

Choose your Kazakhstan proxy type

Three ways to get a Kazakh IP

Most popular

Rotating residential

Kazakhstan residential proxy IPs on home broadband, from Almaty and Astana to Aktau, Pavlodar and Oskemen. Best for scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking on Google.kz.

$1.50/GB and up
  • Region, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
  • New IP per request or sticky sessions
  • OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)

Rotating mobile

Kazakh mobile proxies on Kcell, Beeline and Tele2, all three national networks. Best for social media, app testing and the strictest anti-bot systems.

$2.00/GB and up
  • Region, city, ZIP, carrier and ASN targeting
  • OS fingerprint targeting
  • Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session

Rotating datacenter

Fast, low-cost Kazakh datacenter IPs. Best for high-volume jobs on sites with light bot protection.

$0.35/GB and up
  • Kazakhstan country-level targeting
  • New IP per request or sticky sessions
  • Lowest cost per GB for bulk traffic
  • Plans from 40 GB for $25

Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Kazakhstan. Use sticky sessions to hold the same Kazakh IP on any of the three proxy types above.

Kazakhstan at a glance

Why a local IP changes what you see

Kazakhstan’s web runs in two languages. Search results on Google.kz, prices on Kaspi.kz and Wildberries, and listings on Krisha.kz and Kolesa.kz appear in Kazakh and Russian, and what you get depends on where the request comes from. A Russian or Uzbek IP can land on a different storefront, currency or delivery offer.

Location inside the country matters too. Marketplaces such as Kaspi.kz show delivery options and stock by city, so a product page opened from Almaty can differ from the same page opened in Pavlodar or Aktau.

Kazakh sites also check what kind of network a visitor is on. On well-protected sites, traffic from a data centre gets flagged as a bot straight away. A Kazakhtelecom or Beeline home connection, or a phone on Kcell, looks like an ordinary Kazakh customer, because that is what it is.

Fact Figure Why it matters for proxy work
Population 20.5 million (1 January 2026) A mid-sized market concentrated in a few big cities, so city and ISP targeting matter more than raw pool size.
Regions & cities 17 regions plus 3 cities with regional status: Astana (the capital, called Nur-Sultan 2019โ€“2022), Almaty (the largest city) and Shymkent. Abai, Jetisu and Ulytau regions date from 2022 Older geo databases still use the pre-2022 map. Our region list already follows the current one.
Time zone One nationwide, UTC+5, since 1 March 2024 Ad schedules and “today only” offers follow local time; tools set up before 2024 may still assume UTC+6 for Almaty and Astana.
Currency Kazakhstani tenge (KZT, โ‚ธ), issued by the National Bank of Kazakhstan Prices, delivery fees and promotions are shown in tenge to Kazakh visitors.
VAT 16% standard rate from 1 January 2026 (previously 12%) Gross prices changed at the start of 2026, so older price histories need care.
Language & script Kazakh is the state language; Russian is also used officially. Both are written in Cyrillic Check keywords, ads and landing pages in both languages, as locals see them.
Mobile networks Kcell (with its activ brand), Beeline, Tele2 (with Altel) All three national networks are on ours, so mobile traffic looks like an ordinary Kazakh subscriber.

Sources: Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms (population on 1 January 2026); 2022 administrative reform (Abai, Jetisu and Ulytau regions; the capital’s name Astana restored in September 2022); Government decree of 19 January 2024 on the calculation of time (single time zone); National Bank of Kazakhstan (tenge); Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (VAT from 2026); Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan (state language); operators’ own information (mobile networks).

What our Kazakhstan coverage actually reaches

Read from the live API, not a brochure

Many providers list Kazakhstan as a single country checkbox. Here you can pin a session to the region, city and network your target cares about, using the same API our dashboard uses.

16 of 17 regions, plus Astana, Almaty and Shymkent

Kazakhstan has 17 regions (oblys) and three cities with regional status. The API returns 16 of the regions, including the three created in 2022, and all three cities. Turkistan Region in the south is the one region not available today; Shymkent, which it surrounds, is covered.

  • Astana
  • Almaty
  • Shymkent
  • Abai Region
  • Akmola Region
  • Aktobe Region
  • Almaty Region
  • Atyrau Region
  • East Kazakhstan Region
  • Jetisu Region
  • Karaganda Region
  • Kostanay Region
  • Kyzylorda Region
  • Mangystau Region
  • North Kazakhstan Region
  • Pavlodar Region
  • Ulytau Region
  • West Kazakhstan Region
  • Zhambyl Region

All 27 targetable cities and towns

Every city in the API is listed below, from the three largest to the oil towns of the west and the mining and steel towns of the centre and east. Each can be targeted on its own:

  • Almaty
  • Astana
  • Shymkent
  • Karaganda
  • Aktobe
  • Taraz
  • Pavlodar
  • Oskemen
  • Semey
  • Atyrau
  • Kostanay
  • Kyzylorda
  • Oral
  • Petropavl
  • Aktau
  • Temirtau
  • Taldykorgan
  • Kokshetau
  • Ekibastuz
  • Rudny
  • Zhanaozen
  • Zhezkazgan
  • Balkhash
  • Kulsary
  • Stepnogorsk
  • Altai
  • Tayynsha

Some towns still go by their older names in tools and databases: Oskemen is often written Ust-Kamenogorsk, and Altai in East Kazakhstan was called Zyryanovsk until 2019.

Mobile carriers

  • Kcell
  • Beeline
  • Tele2

These are all three of Kazakhstan’s national mobile networks, so no major network is missing. The activ brand runs on Kcell, and Altel belongs to the same company as Tele2. In our network data, Beeline is listed as 2Day Telecom, a former Beeline broadband unit whose name is still on part of Beeline Kazakhstan’s address space.

Fixed-line ISPs

The national networks are covered: Kazakhtelecom, Beeline, Transtelecom, Alma TV and Jusan Mobile (a business network formerly called KazTransCom), and Kcell and Tele2 also appear in the residential pool. Regional and city networks such as BTcom Infocommunications, Teraline Telecom in Astana, Optinet, Zebra Telecom and Uplink bring the total to more than 30 separate Kazakh ISPs you can target by name.

Looking for a Kazakhstan ISP proxy? “ISP proxy” often means a static IP hosted in a data centre but registered to an internet provider. We don’t sell those in Kazakhstan. What you get instead is ISP-level targeting: choose Kazakhtelecom, Beeline or a small city network, and every rotating residential or mobile IP comes from a real subscriber on that network. A pool spread across the national operator and dozens of city networks looks like ordinary Kazakh households.

What teams use Kazakh proxies for

Common workloads on our Kazakh network

E-commerce price monitoring

Track prices, stock and delivery fees on Kaspi.kz, Wildberries and Sulpak exactly as shoppers in Almaty, Astana or Karaganda see them, in tenge and with local delivery.

Local SEO & SERP tracking

Check Google.kz rankings, map packs and ads from the city you care about, for both Kazakh- and Russian-language queries.

Property & classifieds data

Collect listings from Krisha.kz, Kolesa.kz and OLX.kz to follow rents, house prices and used-car values city by city.

Ad verification

Confirm that campaigns targeted at Kazakhstan render in the right language on the placements you paid for.

Social media management

Run Kazakh accounts from mobile IPs on Kcell, Beeline or Tele2, so logins look like a local phone rather than a server.

Cross-border price comparison

Marketplaces that sell in Kazakhstan, Russia and Uzbekistan can price the same item differently in each. A Kazakhstan proxy next to Russian and Uzbek IPs shows the real gaps.

Free Kazakhstan proxy lists vs paid Kazakh proxies

Why free lists rarely work on Kazakh sites

Free Kazakhstan proxy lists are easy to find, but most entries are open servers already scanned and abused by thousands of other users. They go offline within hours and are blacklisted by the Kazakh sites you want to reach.

Kazakhstan proxy FAQ

Straight answers

What is a Kazakhstan proxy (KZ proxy)?

A Kazakhstan proxy server gives you a Kazakh IP address, so websites treat you as a local visitor. A Kazakhstan residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real household’s connection on a network like Kazakhtelecom or Beeline, instead of a data centre.

Can I target specific Kazakh regions, cities or ISPs?

Yes. You can target 16 of Kazakhstan’s 17 regions plus Astana, Almaty and Shymkent, 27 cities and towns, and more than 30 local ISPs, including Kazakhtelecom, Beeline and Transtelecom. Residential and mobile proxies can also be targeted by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint. Datacenter proxies are targeted at country level.

Do you offer Kazakhstan ISP proxies?

Not as static ISP proxies, which are not available in Kazakhstan. What we offer is ISP targeting: a residential proxy in Kazakhstan that only uses IPs from the provider you pick, such as Kazakhtelecom, Beeline or Alma TV, with rotating or sticky sessions. Mobile proxies can be targeted by carrier in the same way.

Do you offer Kazakh mobile proxies?

Yes. Rotating mobile proxies are available on all three Kazakh networks: Kcell, Beeline and Tele2. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block.

Do you have Kazakhstan datacenter proxies?

Yes. Rotating datacenter proxies with Kazakh IPs start at $25 for 40 GB and go down to $0.35/GB on larger plans. They are targeted at country level and suit high-volume work on lightly protected sites.

How much do Kazakhstan proxies cost?

Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans, rotating mobile at $2.00/GB and rotating datacenter at $0.35/GB. Kazakh targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.

Can I keep the same Kazakh IP?

Yes. Residential, mobile and datacenter proxies all support sticky sessions that hold the same Kazakh IP across requests. Static residential IPs are not offered in Kazakhstan.

Which protocols and tools are supported?

HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any scraper, rank tracker, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.

Why not use a free Kazakhstan proxy?

Free proxies are slow, blocked on most major sites, and often run by operators who log or resell your traffic. For anything work-related, a paid residential proxy is safer and far more reliable.

What rules apply when I use Kazakh proxies?

Use them for lawful work such as price, SEO and ad research. Respect each website’s terms of service, and follow Kazakhstan’s law on personal data and its protection if you collect information about people.
