Belgian IPs from real homes and SIM cards
Belgian proxies on real home broadband and the Proximus, Orange Belgium and Telenet mobile networks. Our Belgium proxies reach Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Liège and 171 locations across Flanders, Wallonia and the Brussels-Capital Region, with rotating or sticky sessions, or a fixed static IP.

Four ways to get a Belgian IP
Rotating residential
Belgium residential proxy IPs on home DSL, fibre and cable, from Proximus to Telenet and VOO. Best for scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking on Google.be.
- Region, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
Rotating mobile
Belgium mobile proxy IPs on the Proximus, Orange Belgium and Telenet 4G/5G networks. Best for social media, app testing and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- Region, city, ZIP, carrier and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Rotating datacenter
Fast, low-cost Belgian datacenter IPs. Best for high-volume jobs on lightly protected sites.
- Belgium country-level targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions

- Belgium country-level targeting
- From $3.50 for a single IP
Belgium at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Rankings on Google.be, prices on Bol.com, Coolblue and KrΓ«fel, listings on 2dehands.be and Immoweb, and the ads served to Belgian users all depend on where a request comes from. A Dutch or French IP often gets the .nl or .fr version of a site, with different prices, delivery terms and results. Bol.com even shows a page only to visitors browsing from Belgium.
Belgian sites also check the network. On well-protected sites, data centre traffic is flagged as a bot straight away, while a Proximus fibre line or a Telenet SIM looks like an ordinary Belgian customer, because it is one.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | 11.87 million (1 January 2026) | A small but dense, high-income market, so local results matter more than raw volume. |
| Regions | Flanders 6.90 million, Wallonia 3.71 million, Brussels-Capital 1.26 million; 10 provinces | All three regions are targetable, and language, delivery options and local results differ between them. |
| Official languages | Dutch, French and German | Many sites serve nl-BE and fr-BE versions, and a Belgian IP gets those rather than the Dutch or French editions. |
| Currency | Euro (EUR); the National Bank of Belgium is part of the Eurosystem | Prices are in euros like next door, so only a Belgian IP separates Belgian prices, VAT and shipping from Dutch or French ones. |
| Internet access | 95% of households (2025) | Almost every home is online, so residential and mobile IPs blend in with normal traffic. |
| Mobile networks | Proximus, Orange Belgium, Telenet (BASE), plus DIGI, the fourth operator, still building its own network | The three established networks are on ours, so mobile traffic looks like an ordinary local subscriber. |

What our Belgium proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Most providers list Belgium as a single checkbox. Here you can run a proxy Belgium-wide or pin a session to the region, city and network your target cares about, using today’s targeting from the same API our dashboard uses.
All 3 regions
Region targeting works at the level of Belgium’s three regions rather than its ten provinces. For a single province, pick its towns: our locations span all ten, from West Flanders and Limburg to Hainaut and Luxembourg, with 100 in Flanders, 58 in Wallonia and 11 of the 19 Brussels municipalities.
171 targetable locations
Coverage goes well beyond Brussels and Antwerp, to regional cities, commuter towns and individual districts such as Deurne, Hoboken and Wilrijk in Antwerp, or Marcinelle and Jumet in Charleroi. Here are 72 of them:
Mobile carriers
The three established Belgian networks are all in our mobile pool. BASE is Telenet’s mobile brand and runs on the same network. DIGI, the fourth operator, which launched in December 2024, is not in our mobile pool yet. Brands such as Mobile Vikings and Scarlet run on the Proximus network, and hey! and Mega on Orange, so they are not listed as separate carriers.
Fixed-line ISPs
Five Belgian broadband providers can be targeted by name. Proximus runs the national copper and fibre network. The cable side is covered too: Telenet in Flanders and parts of Brussels, and VOO in Wallonia and parts of Brussels, which has been part of Orange Belgium since 2023. Orange Belgium itself and EDPnet, a smaller ISP, complete the list.
Why the network mix matters. Anti-bot systems look at which network a request comes from. Belgian households are split between Proximus lines and the regional cable networks, so mixing a Proximus connection in Ghent with Telenet cable in Antwerp and VOO cable in Liège makes traffic look like ordinary Belgian homes.
What teams use Belgian proxies for
Common workloads on our Belgian network
E-commerce price monitoring
Track prices, delivery costs and stock on Bol.com, Coolblue.be and KrΓ«fel, and compare them on Kieskeurig.be, exactly as Belgian shoppers see them, in euros.
SEO & SERP tracking
Check rankings, ads and local results on Google.be in Dutch and French from Brussels, Antwerp or Liège, instead of the google.nl or google.fr results next door.
Ad verification & localisation QA
Confirm campaigns aimed at Belgium run on the placements you paid for, and that nl-BE and fr-BE landing pages, prices and checkout flows show the right language and terms.
Marketplace & resale research
Monitor public listings and asking prices on 2dehands.be and 2ememain.be, the same marketplace in Dutch and French, without CAPTCHAs skewing the sample.
Property & car listings
Collect sale and rental listings from Immoweb and new and used car listings from Vroom.be, city by city, to follow local prices over time.
AI & multilingual data
Gather public Dutch, French and German-language text, product data and reviews from Belgian sites for training and evaluation datasets, spread across real local networks.

Free Belgium proxy lists vs paid Belgian proxies
Why free lists rarely work on Belgian sites
A free Belgium proxy or a list of free Belgian proxy servers is easy to find, but most entries are open servers already abused by thousands of users. They go offline within hours and are blacklisted by the Belgian sites you want to reach.
| Free Belgium proxy lists | ProxyEmpire Belgian proxies | |
|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres | Real Belgian homes and Proximus, Orange Belgium and Telenet SIM cards |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP disappears | Always-on pool, with rotating, sticky or static IPs |
| Blocks | Usually blacklisted on major Belgian sites | Looks like an ordinary local visitor |
| Targeting | Country at best | Region, city, ZIP, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint |
| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |
| Cost | Free | From $1.50/GB, with a $1.97 trial |

Belgium proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Belgian proxy (BE proxy)?
A Belgian proxy, or BE proxy (in Dutch, a Belgische proxy), gives you a Belgium proxy IP so websites treat you as a local visitor. A Belgium residential proxy goes further: it routes traffic through a real household’s connection on a network like Proximus or Telenet, not a data centre.
Can I target specific Belgian cities, regions or ISPs?
Yes. You can target all three regions, 171 locations down to district level, and five fixed-line ISPs: Proximus, Telenet, VOO, Orange Belgium and EDPnet. Residential and mobile also support ZIP, ASN and OS fingerprint targeting. Datacenter and static are country-level.
Do you offer a Belgium mobile proxy?
Yes, on the Proximus, Orange Belgium and Telenet (BASE) 4G/5G networks. A Belgium mobile proxy uses IPs shared by many real subscribers, which makes it among the hardest traffic for websites to block. DIGI, the newest network, is not a separate option yet.
Do you have Belgian datacenter proxies?
Yes. Rotating datacenter proxies with Belgian IPs start at $25 for 40 GB, down to $0.35/GB on larger plans. They are country-level and suit high-volume work on lightly protected sites.
Do you sell static residential IPs in Belgium?
Yes. You get a dedicated Belgian residential IP that stays the same all month, from $3.50 for one IP down to $2.00 per IP at 2,000 IPs, traffic included under a 100 GB fair-use cap.
How much do Belgium proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans, rotating mobile at $2.00/GB and rotating datacenter at $0.35/GB. Static residential runs $3.50 for one IP down to $2.00 per IP a month. Belgian targeting is free, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I keep the same Belgian IP?
Yes. Rotating residential, mobile and datacenter all support sticky sessions, which hold the same Belgian IP across requests. For a permanently fixed IP, use static residential.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any scraper, rank tracker, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Is a free Belgium proxy good enough?
For a one-off look at a page, sometimes. For regular work, no: free proxies are slow, shared, often blocked, and you cannot choose the city or network. A paid proxy in Belgium gives you clean, authenticated IPs.
Is using a proxy legal in Belgium?
Proxies themselves are legal in Belgium. What matters is how you use them: respect each site’s terms of service, and follow the GDPR when you collect personal data.
