- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Rotating datacenter
Fast, low-cost Czech datacenter IPs. Best for high-volume jobs on sites with light bot protection.

The Czech Republic at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Much of Czech online life is local. Rankings on Google.cz and on Seznam.cz, which runs its own Czech search engine, prices on Alza.cz and Heureka.cz, listings on Sreality.cz and the ads served to Czech users all depend on where the request comes from. A German or Polish IP gets a different page, often in a different currency.
Czech sites also check what kind of network a visitor is on: on well-protected sites, data-centre traffic is flagged as a bot straight away. Traffic from a T-Mobile or O2 connection looks like an ordinary Czech customer, because that is what it is.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | 10.9 million (end of June 2026) | A compact market, so city and ISP targeting is what separates Prague results from those in Ostrava or a small Moravian town. |
| Online shopping | 68% of people aged 16 and over shop online (2025) | Most Czech adults buy online, so marketplace and price-comparison data is worth tracking closely. |
| Getting online | 90% of households have internet; 86% of people use a smartphone (2025) | Phones are an everyday way Czechs browse, so mobile IPs blend in with normal traffic. |
| Currency | Czech koruna (CZK), not the euro | Czech shops price in koruna; a foreign IP can get euro prices or a different offer. |
| Language & script | Czech, Latin alphabet with č, ř, š, ž, ý, á, í, é, ě, ů | Local SERPs, reviews and social feeds only show up properly for Czech IPs and locale settings. |
| Mobile networks | T-Mobile, O2, Vodafone; nearly 16 million active SIM cards (end of 2025) | All three national networks are on ours, so mobile traffic looks like an ordinary Czech subscriber. |
| EU & Schengen | EU member since 1 May 2004; Schengen since 21 December 2007 | GDPR applies, and EU geo-restricted content treats Czech IPs as fully European. |

What our Czech Republic coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Most providers list the Czech Republic as a single country checkbox. Here you can pin a session to the region, town and network your target cares about, using the same API our dashboard reads.
All 14 regions
Coverage is complete at regional level: all 13 regions (kraje) plus the capital, Prague, can be targeted on their own.
239 targetable locations
Coverage goes well beyond Prague and Brno: regional capitals, Silesian industrial towns, spa towns and villages can each be targeted on their own (Prague counts as one location). Here are 64 of them:
Mobile carriers
These are all three of the Czech Republic’s national mobile networks. Virtual operators such as Kaktus (a T-Mobile brand) and Tesco Mobile (on O2) run on the same three networks.
Fixed-line ISPs
More than 80 Czech networks can be targeted by name. The national operators are covered — O2 Czech Republic, T-Mobile (including its DSL lines), Vodafone and CETIN — alongside cable, fibre and wireless providers such as Poda, Starnet, Grape SC, Dragon Internet, Quantcom, ISP Alliance, Sprintel, Tlapnet, Ha-vel internet, Rychlý drát and Omega plus Chrudim, plus Starlink satellite connections.
Why the long tail matters. Anti-bot systems look at which network a request comes from, and a pool drawn from two or three big providers is easy to spot. Czech home internet is unusually local: alongside the national operators, many small cable, fibre and wireless providers serve individual towns, and our pool includes more than 80 of them. So a pool that mixes an O2 line in Prague with a small local provider in Chrudim looks like ordinary Czech households.
What teams use Czech proxies for
Common workloads on our Czech network
Local SEO & SERP tracking
Track rankings on Google.cz and Seznam.cz, plus map packs and ads, from Prague, Brno or Ostrava instead of a generic EU location.
E-commerce price monitoring
Track prices, stock and delivery fees on Alza.cz, Heureka.cz and Zboží.cz exactly as Czech shoppers see them, in koruna.
Ad verification
Confirm that campaigns targeted at the Czech Republic actually render, in Czech, on the placements you paid for, and catch fraud before it burns budget.
Social media management
Run Czech accounts from mobile IPs on T-Mobile, O2 or Vodafone, or pin each account to its own static residential IP.
Property & auto market research
Collect listings and asking prices from Sreality.cz, Bezrealitky.cz and Sauto.cz at scale without CAPTCHAs or geo-blocks.
Jobs & classifieds data
Follow salary ranges and hiring trends on Jobs.cz and Prace.cz, and second-hand prices on Bazoš.cz, region by region.
Google.cz results shift between cities, so a proxy in the Czech Republic lets you check a keyword from Brno and again from Ostrava instead of guessing from one national average.

Static residential IPs in the Czech Republic
The Czech Republic is one of the countries where we sell static residential proxies. You pay per IP per month instead of per GB, and traffic is included.

Free Czech Republic proxy lists vs paid Czech proxies
Why free lists rarely work on Czech sites
Free Czech Republic proxy lists and free Czech web proxies are easy to find, but most entries are open servers already scanned and abused by thousands of other users. They go offline within hours and are blacklisted by the Czech sites you want to reach.
| Free Czech proxy lists | ProxyEmpire Czech proxies | |
|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres | Real Czech homes and T-Mobile, O2 and Vodafone SIM cards |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP disappears | Always-on pool, with rotating, sticky or static IPs |
| Blocks | Usually blacklisted on major Czech sites | Looks like an ordinary local visitor |
| Targeting | Country at best | Region, city, ZIP, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint |
| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |
| Cost | Free | From $1.50/GB, with a $1.97 trial |

Czech Republic proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Czech proxy (CZ proxy)?
A Czech proxy, or CZ proxy (“česká proxy” in Czech), gives you a Czech IP address so websites treat you as a local visitor. A Czech Republic residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real Czech household’s connection, on a network like O2 or Poda instead of a data centre.
Can I target specific Czech cities or ISPs?
Yes. You can target all 14 regions, 239 towns, cities and villages, and more than 80 local ISPs, including O2, T-Mobile, Vodafone, Poda and Starnet. Residential and mobile proxies can also be targeted by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint. Datacenter and static residential proxies are targeted at country level.
Do you offer Czech mobile proxies?
Yes. Rotating mobile proxies are available on all three Czech networks: T-Mobile, O2 and Vodafone. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block.
Can I use a Czech proxy for SEO on Google.cz and Seznam?
Yes. Point your rank tracker at a Czech residential proxy to see Google.cz and Seznam.cz results, map packs and ads the way searchers in a given city see them. Use a new IP per request for large keyword sets, or a sticky session to page through results.
How much do Czech Republic proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans, rotating mobile at $2.00/GB and rotating datacenter at $0.35/GB. Static residential IPs cost $3.50 for a single IP and go down to $2.00 per IP a month at 2,000 IPs. Czech targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Do you have Czech datacenter proxies?
Yes. Rotating datacenter proxies with Czech IPs start at $25 for 40 GB and go down to $0.35/GB on larger plans. They are targeted at country level and suit high-volume work on lightly protected sites.
Can I keep the same Czech IP?
Yes, in two ways. Rotating residential, mobile and datacenter proxies all support sticky sessions that hold the same Czech IP across requests. For a permanently fixed IP, static residential proxies give you a dedicated Czech IP for the whole month, with traffic included.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any scraper, rank tracker, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Why not use a free Czech web proxy?
Free web proxies are slow, blocked on most major sites, and often run by operators who log or resell your traffic. A paid residential proxy is safer and far more reliable.
Is using a proxy legal in the Czech Republic?
Proxies themselves are legal in the Czech Republic and across the EU. What matters is how you use them: respect websites’ terms of service and GDPR when collecting personal data.
