New Caledonian IPs from real Nouméa homes and phones
New Caledonian proxies on real home connections from Lagoon, Can’L and MLS, plus mobile IPs in Nouméa. Our New Caledonia proxies give you a genuine New Caledonia IP address, not a metropolitan French one, with rotating or sticky sessions and city targeting for Nouméa. Start with a $1.97 trial, then pay as you go from 1 GB.
Priced per GB, not per IP: residential from $1.50/GB. Unused bandwidth rolls over.
Choose your New Caledonia proxy type
Two ways to get a New Caledonia IP address
Rotating residential
A New Caledonia proxy server on real household connections from Lagoon, Can’L and MLS, the three home broadband networks in our New Caledonia pool. Best for classifieds, price and delivery checks, local search and ad verification.
- Nouméa and South Province targeting
- ISP and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
Rotating mobile
A New Caledonian proxy server on mobile IPs in Nouméa, so your sessions look like a local phone rather than a server. Best for app testing, social media and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- Nouméa and South Province targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
- Pay as you go, no contract
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in New Caledonia. The nearest static location is Australia; or use sticky sessions to hold the same New Caledonian IP on residential or mobile. Datacenter IPs are not available in New Caledonia either.
New Caledonia at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
New Caledonia is a French archipelago in the South Pacific, east of Australia across the Coral Sea. Grande Terre, the long main island, holds the capital, Nouméa, with the Loyalty Islands and the Île des Pins close by. The local web is mostly in French, but a French IP does not show you the same thing.
A visitor in Nouméa is not a visitor in Paris. Prices are in CFP francs rather than euros, local shops charge TGC instead of French VAT, and online shops quote their own shipping options for New Caledonia. In our dashboard New Caledonia has its own location code, NC: choose it, not France, to see what a New Caledonian visitor sees.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Administration | French special collectivity in the Pacific; 3 provinces (South, North, Loyalty Islands) and 33 communes; capital Nouméa | Sites that treat France as one market can still serve New Caledonia different prices, delivery and content. |
| Population | 271,407 at the 2019 census; 203,144 in South Province; 94,285 in Nouméa | About three in four residents live in South Province, which is where our region and city targets are. |
| Currency | CFP franc (XPF), issued by IEOM; fixed at 1,000 XPF = €8.38 | Local prices are in francs, not euros; check the totals a New Caledonian visitor is quoted. |
| Consumption tax | TGC, a VAT-type tax in force since 1 October 2018, instead of French VAT | Shops that apply local tax show different totals; compare them from a New Caledonia IP. |
| Language | French is the main language of local websites | Compare the Nouméa version of a French site with the Paris one. |
| Mobile network | One operator, OPT-NC, whose telecoms brand is Helia (Mobilis until July 2025) | The API names no carrier for our mobile IPs, so target them by city rather than by network. |
| Internet domain | .nc, used by local sites such as lnc.nc, immobilier.nc and opt.nc | The IP decides what you are shown, not the domain. |

What our New Caledonia proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
The API lists New Caledonia as its own location, NC, for residential and mobile, each with one region and one city. Target the whole archipelago, South Province or Nouméa, and on residential narrow it down by ISP. Everything below is what the API returned when we checked.
Region: South Province
Of New Caledonia’s three provinces, the API lists one as a region target: South Province, home to about three in four residents. North Province and the Loyalty Islands are not targets of their own at the moment.
City: Nouméa
Of the 33 communes, Nouméa is the one city target, for residential and mobile alike; neighbouring Dumbéa, Le Mont-Dore and Païta are not. We checked the France location too: its 13 residential region targets are all in metropolitan France, so for New Caledonian IPs always choose New Caledonia.
New Caledonia home ISPs you can target
The API lists 3 home broadband networks for New Caledonia: Lagoon (listed by its company name, Offratel), Can’L and MLS (Micro Logic Systems), all three based in Nouméa. Target any of them by name or by ASN. We do not add resellers to make the list look longer.
New Caledonia mobile proxies
Mobile IPs are listed for South Province and Nouméa, but the API names no carrier for them, so carrier targeting is not available here at the moment. For reference, New Caledonia has a single mobile operator, OPT-NC, whose brand is Helia (Mobilis until July 2025).
Why the network mix matters. Anti-bot systems look at which network a request comes from. Spreading sessions across Lagoon, Can’L and MLS home connections makes your traffic look like ordinary New Caledonian households, not one easy-to-spot source.

New Caledonia proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a New Caledonia proxy server (NC proxy)?
A New Caledonia proxy server, or New Caledonian proxy server, gives you a New Caledonia IP address, so websites and apps treat you as a visitor in New Caledonia. In French it is simply a “proxy Nouvelle-Calédonie”. A New Caledonia residential proxy routes your traffic through a real household connection on Lagoon, Can’L or MLS instead of a data centre, which makes it far less likely to be flagged.
Is a New Caledonia IP address the same as a French IP?
No. A New Caledonia IP address has its own location code, NC, and is located in New Caledonia, not in metropolitan France. Sites that adjust currency, delivery or content for Pacific visitors can tell the difference.
Can I target Nouméa, provinces or ISPs?
Yes: South Province and Nouméa on residential and mobile, and on residential also Lagoon, Can’L and MLS, plus ASN and OS fingerprint. Other communes and provinces are not targets at the moment.
Do you offer New Caledonia mobile proxies?
Yes, with mobile IPs in Nouméa. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, so they are among the hardest IPs to block. The API does not name a carrier for them, so carrier targeting is not available here at the moment.
Do you have New Caledonia datacenter or static IPs?
Not at the moment. Datacenter and static residential proxies are not offered with New Caledonian IPs. For a long-lived New Caledonian IP, use a sticky session on residential or mobile. The nearest location with static residential IPs is Australia.
How much do New Caledonia proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans and rotating mobile at $2.00/GB, billed in US dollars. Targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial. Pay As You Go lets you buy a single GB of residential traffic for $3.50, with no subscription.
Can I keep the same New Caledonia IP?
Yes. Rotating residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions, which keep the same New Caledonian IP across requests.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any browser, scraper, rank tracker, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Is there a free New Caledonia proxy that works?
Free New Caledonia proxy lists may work for a quick look at a page. For regular work they fall short: entries are slow, short-lived and often flagged, and you cannot tell who runs the server.
Is using a proxy legal?
Proxies are a standard networking tool for price monitoring, SEO and ad verification. What matters is how you use them: respect each site’s terms of service, and follow the data protection rules that apply if you collect personal data about people in New Caledonia.
