New Zealand IPs from real homes and SIM cards

New Zealand proxies on real home broadband and the One NZ, Spark and 2degrees mobile networks. Point your NZ proxy at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch or any of 26 cities in 14 regions, with rotating or sticky sessions.

Pay per GB, not per IP. Unused bandwidth rolls over.

  • HTTP(S) & SOCKS5
  • No concurrent session limit
  • Sticky sessions or new IP per request
  • Bandwidth rolls over
  • 24/7 support from real people

Two ways to get a New Zealand IP address

Most popular

Rotating residential

Home broadband IPs from Northland to Southland. Best for scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking.

$1.50/GB and up
  • Region, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
  • New IP per request or sticky sessions
  • OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)

Rotating mobile

NZ mobile IPs on all three national networks: One NZ, Spark and 2degrees. Best for social media and the strictest anti-bot systems.

$2.00/GB and up
  • Region, city, ZIP, carrier and ASN targeting
  • OS fingerprint targeting
  • Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session

Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in New Zealand. The nearest static location is Australia, or use sticky sessions to hold the same New Zealand IP on residential or mobile. Datacenter IPs are not available in New Zealand either.

New Zealand at a glance

Why a local IP changes what you see

Google.co.nz results, prices on The Warehouse and Harvey Norman NZ, listings on Trade Me and the ads served to Kiwi users all depend on where a request comes from. An overseas IP often gets the Australian or international version of a site, prices in the wrong currency or a “not available in your region” page.

New Zealand sites also check what kind of network a visitor is on. Data centre traffic is flagged as a bot straight away on well-protected sites, while a Spark or One NZ home connection looks like an ordinary New Zealand customer, because it is one.

Fact Figure Why it matters for proxy work
Population 5.36 million (30 June 2026, provisional) A small market where one wrong IP stands out, so local residential and mobile traffic matters more than volume.
Largest region Auckland, 1.82 million (30 June 2025) About a third of the country lives in one region, but Wellington, Christchurch and regional towns still see different results.
Regions 16: 11 with a regional council, 5 unitary authorities We cover 14 of the 16. Tasman and the West Coast are not in the pool yet.
Time zone NZST (UTC+12), NZDT (UTC+13) in summer New Zealand is among the first countries into each new day, so daily price and ranking checks should run on local time.
Currency New Zealand dollar (NZD), decimal since 10 July 1967 Local prices are in NZD, and only a New Zealand IP shows them reliably instead of AUD or USD.
GST 15% Consumer prices are shown GST-inclusive, so the figure a Kiwi shopper sees differs from an export or overseas price.
Official languages Te reo Māori and New Zealand Sign Language, with English in everyday use Most big sites are in English, so what you are checking is prices, stock, ads and rankings rather than translation.
Mobile networks One NZ, Spark and 2degrees — the three national networks All three national networks are covered, so mobile traffic looks like an ordinary local subscriber.

What our New Zealand proxy coverage actually reaches

Read from the live API, not a brochure

Most providers list New Zealand as a single checkbox. Here you can run a proxy New Zealand-wide or pin a session to the region, city and network your target cares about, using today’s targeting from the same API our dashboard uses.

14 of New Zealand’s 16 regions

  • Northland
  • Auckland
  • Waikato
  • Bay of Plenty
  • Gisborne
  • Hawke’s Bay
  • Taranaki
  • ManawatΕ«-Whanganui
  • Wellington
  • Marlborough
  • Nelson
  • Canterbury
  • Otago
  • Southland

Every North Island region is covered. In the South Island, Tasman and the West Coast are the two regions not in the pool at the moment; Nelson, next door to Tasman, is.

26 targetable cities and towns

Coverage runs from Whangārei in the far north to Invercargill in the far south. All 26, by island:

North Island

  • Auckland
  • Wellington
  • Hamilton
  • Tauranga
  • Lower Hutt
  • Palmerston North
  • Napier
  • Hastings
  • Porirua
  • New Plymouth
  • Rotorua
  • Whangārei
  • Whanganui
  • Gisborne
  • Taupō
  • Cambridge
  • Levin
  • Morrinsville

South Island

  • Christchurch
  • Dunedin
  • Nelson
  • Invercargill
  • Queenstown
  • Blenheim
  • Timaru
  • Ashburton

The main centres are all here, Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, Tauranga and Dunedin, along with the Hutt Valley and Porirua around the capital and Waikato towns such as Cambridge and Morrinsville, useful when a site shows different delivery options or listings outside the main centres.

Mobile carriers

  • One NZ
  • Spark
  • 2degrees

New Zealand has three national mobile networks and all three are covered, so no major network is missing. One NZ is the former Vodafone New Zealand, renamed in 2023. Budget brands such as Skinny (owned by Spark) and Warehouse Mobile (on 2degrees) run on these same networks rather than their own.

Fixed-line ISPs

The big national retailers are covered: Spark, One NZ, 2degrees, Mercury and Sky Broadband. Smaller and regional networks fill in the rest: Lightwire’s fixed wireless and fibre in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty, independent ISPs such as Compass and Auckland-based WorldNet, Devoli, the wholesale platform behind several energy-company broadband brands, and Starlink satellite for rural homes. Counting each network once, that is more than ten.

Why the network mix matters. Anti-bot systems look at which network a request comes from, and a pool built on Spark and One NZ alone is easy to rate-limit. Mixing in Mercury and Sky lines, a rural wireless connection or a Starlink dish makes traffic look like ordinary New Zealand households.

What teams use New Zealand proxies for

Common workloads on our New Zealand network

E-commerce price monitoring

Track prices, sales and stock on The Warehouse and Harvey Norman NZ, or across retailers on PriceSpy NZ, exactly as New Zealand shoppers see them, in NZD with GST included.

Local SEO & SERP tracking

Check Google.co.nz rankings, map packs and ads from Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch, where local results differ from city to city.

Marketplace research

Monitor Trade Me listings, auction prices and seller activity at scale without CAPTCHAs or blocks skewing the sample.

Property & jobs data

Collect listings and asking prices from realestate.co.nz and OneRoof, or job ads from Seek, region by region.

Ad verification & localisation QA

Confirm campaigns aimed at New Zealand run on the placements you paid for, and that NZ landing pages show local prices rather than the Australian version.

Social media management

Run New Zealand accounts from mobile IPs on One NZ, Spark or 2degrees, so logins look like a local phone rather than a server.

Free New Zealand proxy sites vs paid NZ proxies

Why free lists rarely work on New Zealand sites

A free NZ proxy list or New Zealand proxy website is easy to find, but most entries are open servers already scanned and abused by thousands of other users. They go offline within hours and are blacklisted by the New Zealand sites you want to reach.

New Zealand proxy FAQ

Straight answers

What is a New Zealand proxy (NZ proxy)?

A New Zealand proxy, or NZ proxy, gives you an NZ IP address so websites treat you as a local visitor. A New Zealand IP proxy on our residential network routes traffic through a real household’s connection on a network like Spark, One NZ or 2degrees, not a data centre, so it is far less likely to be blocked.

Can I target specific New Zealand cities or ISPs?

Yes. You can target 14 of the 16 regions, 26 cities and towns from Whangārei to Invercargill, and more than ten ISPs and networks, from Spark and Mercury to rural wireless and Starlink. Residential and mobile proxies can also be targeted by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint.

Do you offer New Zealand mobile proxies?

Yes, on all three national networks: One NZ, Spark and 2degrees. A New Zealand mobile proxy uses IPs shared by many real subscribers, which makes it among the hardest traffic for websites to block.

Do you have New Zealand datacenter or static IPs?

Not at the moment. Datacenter and static residential proxies are not offered with New Zealand IPs. For a long-lived New Zealand IP, use a sticky session on residential or mobile. If a fixed IP next door works for you, static residential IPs are sold in Australia.

How much do New Zealand proxies cost?

Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans and rotating mobile at $2.00/GB. New Zealand targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.

Can I keep the same New Zealand IP?

Yes. Rotating residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions, which hold the same New Zealand IP across requests instead of switching on every request.

Which protocols and tools are supported?

HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any scraper, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.

Is a free New Zealand proxy site good enough?

For a one-off look at a page, sometimes. For regular work, no. Search for a free proxy NZ list and you get slow, shared servers that are often blocked, run by operators who may log your traffic, with no way to choose the city or network. A paid proxy in New Zealand gives you clean, authenticated IPs.

Is using a proxy legal in New Zealand?

Proxies themselves are legal in New Zealand. What matters is how you use them: respect each site’s terms of service, and follow the Privacy Act 2020 and its information privacy principles when you collect personal information.
