Real Togolese IPs on Yas, Moov Africa and CanalBox
Togolese proxies on real home connections in Lomé from Yas, CanalBox and CAFE, plus mobile IPs on both national networks, Yas and Moov Africa. Our Togo proxies give you a genuine Togo IP address with rotating or sticky sessions. Start with a $1.97 trial, then pay as you go from 1 GB.
Priced per GB, not per IP: residential from $1.50/GB, mobile from $2.00/GB. Unused bandwidth rolls over.
Choose your Togo proxy type
Two ways to get a Togolese IP address
Rotating residential
Home internet IPs in Lomé on Yas, CanalBox and CAFE, the networks behind almost every fixed internet line in Togo. Best for classifieds scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking.
- Region, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
- Pay as you go from 1 GB
Rotating mobile
Togo mobile proxy IPs on Yas and Moov Africa, the only two mobile networks in the country. Best for social media, app testing and strict anti-bot systems.
- Region, city, ZIP, carrier and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Togo; use a sticky session to hold the same Togolese IP on residential or mobile. Datacenter IPs are not available in Togo at the moment.
Togo at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Search results, classified ads, telecom offers and the ads served on Togolese news sites all depend on where a request comes from. A visitor in Lomé sees French-language pages and prices in CFA francs; a request from a foreign server often gets a generic version, or is blocked.
Togo is also a phone-first market. The telecom regulator ARCEP counts about 4.9 million mobile broadband subscriptions against fewer than 140,000 fixed internet lines. A request from a Yas or Moov Africa phone, or from a Yas or CanalBox fibre line, looks like an ordinary Togolese customer; data-centre traffic is far more likely to be flagged as a bot.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | 8,095,498 (2022 census); 43% urban; Greater Lomé 2,188,376 | More than a quarter of all Togolese live in Greater Lomé, which is where our coverage is today. |
| Administrative units | Five regions (Maritime, Plateaux, Centrale, Kara, Savanes) plus the autonomous district of Greater Lomé | Region targeting currently returns Maritime only, with Lomé as the one targetable city. |
| Currency | West African CFA franc (XOF, FCFA), issued by the BCEAO | Togolese shops and classifieds quote prices in FCFA, so collect them from the local version of a site. |
| Language | French is the main language of business and the web | Most Togolese sites, ads and searches are in French, and many users search for a “proxy Togo” in French. |
| Mobile networks | Yas Togo 57% and Moov Africa Togo 43% of 8.70 million mobile subscriptions (third quarter of 2025) | Both networks are in our mobile pool, so a mobile session can look like any Togolese phone user. |
| Internet | 4.93 million mobile broadband (3G/4G) subscriptions; 138,672 fixed internet subscriptions, 132,711 of them fibre to the home (third quarter of 2025) | Most Togolese go online by phone; home lines are few and mostly fibre, which is why the residential pool is small. |
| Mobile money | 4.96 million subscriptions, on Mixx by Yas and Flooz from Moov Africa (third quarter of 2025) | Togolese sign-up and checkout flows are built around mobile money, so test them from a Togolese IP. |

What our Togo proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Togo is a small market for proxy networks, so here is exactly what you can target today, whether you run one proxy Togo-wide or pin a session to a network, taken from the same API our dashboard uses.
1 of Togo’s 5 regions: Maritime
The API returns one region, Maritime, the coastal region around the capital. Plateaux, Centrale, Kara and Savanes are not selectable as regions today, and we do not list them as covered. A country-level session draws on the whole Togolese pool.
1 targetable city: Lomé
Proxies by city in Togo means Lomé. It is the only city the API returns, for residential and for mobile, and you can pin a session to it or simply target Togo as a whole. Sokodé, Kara, Kpalimé, Atakpamé and other towns cannot be targeted. If you need several Togolese cities, test with the $1.97 trial before buying a plan.
Togo mobile proxy carriers
Togo has two mobile networks, and both are in our mobile pool: Yas Togo, the brand Togocom adopted in November 2024, and Moov Africa Togo (Atlantique Telecom Togo, part of the Maroc Telecom group). Together they hold every mobile subscription in the country. Mobile IPs can be targeted by carrier, in the Maritime region and in Lomé.
Togolese fixed-line ISPs
Residential IPs come from three of the four fixed internet operators the regulator reports: Yas Togo (the fixed network of Togo Telecom), CanalBox, the fibre service of GVA Togo, and CAFE Informatique & Télécommunications (CAFENET), one of Togo’s oldest internet providers. Between them they serve 99.4% of Togo’s fixed internet subscriptions. TEOLIS, the fourth operator, is not in the pool.
Honest counts, real addresses. One city and three home networks will not suit a job that needs IPs spread across the whole country. They do cover the capital, where more than a quarter of the population lives, and every major network a Togolese visitor uses.
What teams use Togolese proxies for
Common workloads on our Togolese network
Classifieds & property data
Collect listings from CoinAfrique Togo to follow used-car prices, rents and property for sale in Lomé, in FCFA and exactly as local buyers see them.
Local SEO & SERP tracking
Check Google rankings, local results and ads in French as a searcher in Lomé sees them, instead of one generic “Togo” location.
Telecom & fibre offers
Track data bundles, fibre plans and promotions on the Yas, Moov Africa and CanalBox websites as a customer in Togo sees them.
Ad verification on news sites
Confirm that campaigns aimed at Togo appear in the right placements, for example on news sites such as Togo First and icilome, and that French landing pages display correctly.
Mobile money & app testing
Test sign-up, top-up and payment flows built for Mixx by Yas and Flooz users from mobile IPs on the same networks, so sessions look like a local phone.
Browser & anti-detect profiles
Give each browser or anti-detect profile its own Togo IP address, from a Lomé fibre line or a Moov Africa phone, so manual checks look local.

Region, city, ZIP, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint targeting cost nothing extra, and unused bandwidth rolls over.

Free Togo proxy lists vs paid Togolese proxies
Why free lists rarely work on Togolese sites
Search for a free proxy Togo list and you will find a handful of entries at best. Most are open servers already used by thousands of people; they go offline within hours, are often not in Togo at all and are blocked by the sites and apps you want to reach. A $1.97 trial of real proxies from Togo costs less than the time lost on dead IPs.
| Free Togo proxy lists | ProxyEmpire Togolese proxies | |
|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres | Real Lomé homes and Yas and Moov Africa SIM cards |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP disappears | Always-on pool, with rotating or sticky sessions |
| Blocks | Usually blacklisted on major sites | Looks like an ordinary local visitor |
| Targeting | Country at best | Region, city, ZIP, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint |
| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |
| Cost | Free | From $1.50/GB, with a $1.97 trial |

Togo proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Togolese proxy (TG proxy)?
A Togolese proxy is a proxy server that gives you a Togo IP address, so websites treat you as a visitor from Togo. A Togo residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real household connection in Lomé on Yas, CanalBox or CAFE instead of a data centre, which makes it far less likely to be blocked.
Can I target specific cities in Togo?
Yes, but today that means Lomé. It is the only Togolese city our API returns, in the Maritime region, for both residential and mobile. You can also target by ISP (Yas, CanalBox or CAFE), mobile carrier, ZIP, ASN and OS fingerprint at no extra charge. Other towns such as Sokodé or Kara are not available.
Do you offer Togo mobile proxies?
Yes, on Yas (formerly Togocom) and Moov Africa, the only two mobile networks in Togo. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block.
Do you have Togolese datacenter or static IPs?
Not at the moment. Datacenter and static residential proxies are not offered with Togolese IPs. For a long-lived Togo IP, use a sticky session on residential or mobile.
How much do Togo proxies cost?
Rotating residential costs $3.50 for 1 GB on Pay As You Go and as little as $1.50/GB on larger plans; rotating mobile costs $4.50 for 1 GB, down to $2.00/GB. Prices are in US dollars, per GB rather than per IP, and Togolese targeting is included. You can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I keep the same Togo IP?
Yes. Rotating residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions, which hold the same Togolese IP across requests instead of switching on every request.
Do the proxies work on French-language sites?
Yes. French is Togo’s official language, and French speakers often search for a “proxy Togo”. A Togolese IP gets you the same local version a visitor in Lomé sees, over HTTP, HTTPS or SOCKS5, with no limit on concurrent sessions.
Is there a free Togo proxy that works?
For a one-off look at a page, a free Togo proxy sometimes works. For regular work, no: free lists for Togo are short, the entries are slow, often flagged and may not be in Togo at all, and their operators may log or resell your traffic. There is no way to choose the city or network.
Is using a proxy in Togo legal?
Proxies are a standard tool for price monitoring, SEO and ad verification. What matters is how you use them: respect websites’ terms of service, and follow Togo’s personal data law (Law No. 2019-014 of 29 October 2019) whenever you collect personal data.
