Real Ivorian IPs on Orange, MTN and Moov Africa
Ivorian proxies on real home and mobile connections from Orange, MTN, Moov Africa and CanalBox. Our Côte d’Ivoire proxies give you a genuine Ivory Coast IP address in 8 of the country’s 14 districts, with city targeting in Abidjan and Yamoussoukro and rotating or sticky sessions. Start with a $1.97 trial, then pay as you go from 1 GB.
Priced per GB, not per IP: residential from $1.50/GB, mobile from $2.00/GB. Unused bandwidth rolls over.
Choose your Côte d’Ivoire proxy type
Two ways to get an Ivory Coast IP address
Rotating residential
Home internet IPs on Orange, MTN, Moov Africa and CanalBox, the country’s main fixed internet providers. Best for classifieds scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking.
- District, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
- Pay as you go from 1 GB
Rotating mobile
Ivory Coast mobile proxy IPs on Orange, MTN and Moov Africa, all three mobile networks in the country. Best for social media, app testing and strict anti-bot systems.
- District, city, ZIP, carrier and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Côte d’Ivoire; use a sticky session to hold the same Ivorian IP on residential or mobile. Datacenter IPs are not available in Côte d’Ivoire at the moment.
Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast) at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Search results, classified ads, telecom offers and ads on Ivorian news sites all depend on where a request comes from. A visitor in Abidjan sees French-language pages and prices in CFA francs; a foreign server often gets a generic version, or is blocked.
It is also a phone-first market: the regulator ARTCI counts 41.2 million mobile internet subscriptions against fewer than a million fixed lines. A request from an Orange, MTN or Moov Africa phone, or a home fibre line, looks like an ordinary Ivorian customer; data-centre traffic is far more likely to be flagged as a bot.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | 29,389,150 (2021 census); Abidjan autonomous district 6,321,017 (21.5%) | More than a fifth of all Ivorians live in the Abidjan district, which is where most of our coverage sits. |
| Administrative units | 14 districts: 12 districts plus the autonomous districts of Abidjan and Yamoussoukro, divided into 31 regions | Our API targets at district level; 8 of the 14 districts are selectable for residential IPs. |
| Currency | West African CFA franc (XOF, FCFA), issued by the BCEAO | Ivorian shops and classifieds quote prices in FCFA, so collect them from the local version of a site. |
| Language | French is the official language | Most Ivorian sites, ads and searches are in French, and many people search for a “proxy Côte d’Ivoire” in French. |
| Mobile networks | Orange, MTN and Moov Africa, the three national networks | All three networks are in our mobile pool, so a mobile session can look like any Ivorian phone user. |
| Internet | Mobile internet subscriptions far outnumber fixed lines; fibre is growing in Abidjan | Most Ivorians go online by phone; home lines are fewer and increasingly fibre, which shapes the residential pool. |
| Mobile money | About 28 million subscriptions reported by Orange, MTN and Moov Africa (June 2026) | Ivorian sign-up and checkout flows are built around mobile money, so test them from an Ivorian IP. |

What our Ivory Coast proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Here is exactly what our Côte d’Ivoire proxy IPs can target today, taken from the same API our dashboard uses.
8 of Côte d’Ivoire’s 14 districts
The API targets districts, not the 31 smaller regions; two of its entries point to Abidjan, so we count it once. Yamoussoukro is not selectable as a district, but the city is (the API files it under Lacs). Denguélé, Gôh-Djiboua, Montagnes, Woroba and Zanzan are not selectable for residential IPs. A country-level session draws on the whole Ivorian pool.
2 targetable cities: Abidjan and Yamoussoukro
City targeting in Côte d’Ivoire means Abidjan, by far the largest urban area, and Yamoussoukro: the only two cities the API returns for residential IPs (for mobile, Abidjan only). Bouaké, Daloa, San-Pédro, Korhogo and other towns cannot be targeted by name, so test with the $1.97 trial if you need them.
Ivory Coast mobile proxy carriers
Côte d’Ivoire has three mobile networks, and all three are in our mobile pool: Orange Côte d’Ivoire, MTN Côte d’Ivoire and Moov Africa Côte d’Ivoire (Atlantique Telecom, Maroc Telecom group). Together they hold every mobile subscription the regulator reports. Mobile IPs can be targeted by carrier and in Abidjan; the API also lists the Montagnes district for Moov Africa.
Ivorian fixed-line ISPs
Residential IPs come from the four largest fixed internet providers: Orange, MTN, Moov Africa and CanalBox, a fibre home-internet service. Between them they serve almost all of the country’s fixed internet subscriptions; a handful of small providers share the rest.
Honest counts, real addresses. Eight districts and two cities will not suit a job that needs every Ivorian town by name. They do cover Abidjan, home to more than a fifth of the population, Yamoussoukro, and every network an Ivorian visitor uses.
What teams use Ivorian proxies for
Common workloads on our Ivorian network
Classifieds & job listings
Collect listings from CoinAfrique Côte d’Ivoire and vacancies from Educarriere to follow used-car prices, rents and hiring in Abidjan, in FCFA and exactly as local users see them.
Local SEO & SERP tracking
Check Google rankings, local results and ads in French as a searcher in Abidjan or Yamoussoukro sees them, instead of one generic “Ivory Coast” location.
Telecom & fibre offers
Track data bundles, fibre plans and promotions on the Orange, MTN, Moov Africa and CanalBox websites as a customer in Côte d’Ivoire sees them.
Ad verification on news sites
Confirm that campaigns aimed at Côte d’Ivoire appear in the right placements, for example on news portals such as Abidjan.net and Fraternité Matin, and that French landing pages display correctly.
Mobile money & app testing
Test sign-up, top-up and payment flows built for Orange Money, MTN MoMo and Moov Money users from mobile IPs on the same networks, so sessions look like a local phone.
Browser & anti-detect profiles
Give each browser or anti-detect profile its own Ivory Coast IP address, from an Abidjan home line or an MTN phone, so manual checks look local.

Free Ivory Coast proxy lists vs paid Ivorian proxies
Why free lists rarely work on Ivorian sites
Search for a free Côte d’Ivoire proxy list and you will find a handful of entries at best: open servers used by thousands of people, offline within hours, often not in the country at all and blocked by the sites you want to reach. A $1.97 trial of real Ivory Coast proxies costs less than the time lost on dead IPs.
| Free Côte d’Ivoire proxy lists | ProxyEmpire Ivorian proxies | |

| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres | Real Ivorian homes and Orange, MTN and Moov Africa SIM cards |

| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |

Côte d’Ivoire proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is an Ivorian proxy (CI proxy)?
An Ivorian proxy is a proxy server that gives you a Côte d’Ivoire IP address, so websites treat you as a visitor from Côte d’Ivoire. A Côte d’Ivoire residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real household connection on Orange, MTN, Moov Africa or CanalBox instead of a data centre, which makes it far less likely to be blocked.
Quel est le proxy de la Côte d’Ivoire ? (Is there a national Côte d’Ivoire proxy?)
No. There is no single national “proxy de la Côte d’Ivoire”. If you need the proxy or APN settings for mobile data on your phone, your operator (Orange, MTN or Moov Africa) provides them; they are usually set automatically, and its customer service can give you the correct values. ProxyEmpire is different: a paid service that gives businesses Ivorian IP addresses. En bref : pas de proxy national ; pour les paramètres APN, adressez-vous à votre opérateur.
Can I target specific cities or districts in Côte d’Ivoire?
Yes, within today’s coverage: 8 of the 14 districts plus Abidjan and Yamoussoukro for residential IPs, and Abidjan for mobile. ISP, carrier, ZIP, ASN and OS fingerprint targeting cost nothing extra. Towns such as Bouaké are not available by name.
Do you offer Ivory Coast mobile proxies?
Yes, on Orange, MTN and Moov Africa, the three mobile networks in Côte d’Ivoire. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block.
Do you have Ivorian datacenter or static IPs?
Not at the moment. Datacenter and static residential proxies are not offered with Ivorian IPs. For a long-lived Côte d’Ivoire IP, use a sticky session on residential or mobile.
How much do Ivory Coast proxies cost?
Rotating residential costs $3.50 for 1 GB on Pay As You Go and as little as $1.50/GB on larger plans; rotating mobile costs $4.50 for 1 GB, down to $2.00/GB. Prices are in US dollars, per GB rather than per IP, and Ivorian targeting is included. You can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I keep the same Côte d’Ivoire IP?
Yes. Rotating residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions, which hold the same Ivorian IP across requests instead of switching on every request.
Is there a free Côte d’Ivoire proxy that works?
For a one-off look at a page, sometimes. For regular work, no: free lists for Côte d’Ivoire are short, the entries are slow, often flagged and may not be in the country at all, and their operators may log or resell your traffic.
Is using a proxy in Côte d’Ivoire legal?
Proxies are a standard tool for price monitoring, SEO and ad verification. What matters is how you use them: respect websites’ terms of service, and follow Côte d’Ivoire’s personal data law (Law No. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013) whenever you collect personal data.
