Where California coverage is thinner. On mobile, 60 cities are targetable, including Los Angeles, San Diego, San Jose, San Francisco, Sacramento, Fresno and Oakland, but not Long Beach, Bakersfield, Santa Clarita, Chula Vista, Oxnard or Santa Barbara; residential covers all of them. Some Los Angeles districts, such as Van Nuys, North Hollywood and Venice, are their own targets; others, such as Silver Lake or the Mission District in San Francisco, are not, so add ZIP targeting to go narrower. Names such as Glendale, Ontario, Richmond and Concord exist in other states too, so always set the state to California.
