Azerbaijani IPs from real homes and SIM cards
Azerbaijani proxies on real home broadband and the Azercell, Bakcell and Nar mobile networks. Our Azerbaijan proxies cover 7 regions and 6 cities, from Baku, Ganja and Sumqayit to Xirdalan, with rotating or sticky sessions and targeting down to the ISP.
Pay per GB for each Azerbaijani proxy server, not per IP. Unused bandwidth rolls over.
Choose your Azerbaijan proxy type
Three ways to get an Azerbaijan IP address
Rotating residential
Azerbaijan residential proxy IPs on home broadband in Baku, Ganja, Sumqayit and beyond, across more than 20 local ISPs. Best for scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking on Google.az.
- Region, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
Rotating mobile
Azerbaijani mobile proxies on Azercell, Bakcell and Nar, all three nationwide networks. Best for social media, app testing and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- Carrier, ASN and OS fingerprint targeting
- City targeting in Baku
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Rotating datacenter
Fast, low-cost Azerbaijan datacenter IPs. Best for high-volume jobs on sites with light bot protection.
- Azerbaijan country-level targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- Lowest cost per GB for bulk traffic
- Plans from 40 GB for $25
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Azerbaijan. Use sticky sessions to hold the same Azerbaijani IP on any of the three proxy types above.
Azerbaijan at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Most of Azerbaijan’s web runs in Azerbaijani, written in the Latin alphabet with letters such as Ι, Δ and Δ±. Search results on Google.az, prices on Birmarket and Kontakt, and listings on Tap.az and Bina.az are shown in manat, and what you get depends on where the request comes from. A Georgian or Turkish IP can land on a different language version, currency or delivery offer.
Many big local shops, Birmarket and Irshad among them, also run a Russian version of their site, so people search in more than one language. Someone looking for an Azerbaijan proxy may just as well type “ΠΏΡΠΎΠΊΡΠΈ Π°Π·Π΅ΡΠ±Π°ΠΉΠ΄ΠΆΠ°Π½”. Check keywords, ads and landing pages in each language, the way local users see them.
Location inside the country can matter too. Delivery options, stock and store pickup are often set by city, so a product page opened from Baku may not match the same page opened in Ganja or Sumqayit.
Azerbaijani sites also check what kind of network a visitor is on. On well-protected sites, traffic from a data centre gets flagged as a bot straight away. An Aztelekom home line or a phone on Azercell looks like an ordinary Azerbaijani customer, because that is what it is.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | 10.26 million (1 January 2026), 54.3% in towns and cities | A mid-sized market where city and ISP targeting matter more than raw pool size. |
| Main cities | Baku (BakΔ±), the capital, plus Ganja (GΙncΙ) and Sumqayit (SumqayΔ±t) | All three can be targeted on their own, along with Xirdalan (XΔ±rdalan) just outside Baku. |
| Time zone | UTC+4 all year, with no clock change since 2016 | Ad schedules and “today only” offers follow local time; old tools may still switch to UTC+5 in summer. |
| Currency | Azerbaijani manat (AZN, βΌ), issued by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan | Prices, delivery fees and promotions are shown in manat to local visitors. |
| VAT | 18% standard rate | Local shops show prices with VAT included, so compare like with like. |
| Language & script | Azerbaijani (AzΙrbaycan dili), written in the Latin alphabet with Γ§, Ι, Δ, Δ±, ΓΆ, Ε and ΓΌ | People type queries both with and without these letters (“BakΔ±” and “Baki”), so track both spellings. |
| Mobile networks | Azercell, Bakcell, Nar | All three nationwide networks are on ours, so mobile traffic looks like an ordinary Azerbaijani subscriber. |

What our Azerbaijan proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Many providers list Azerbaijan as a single country checkbox. Here you can pin a session to the region, city and network your target cares about, using the same API our dashboard uses.
7 regions you can target
These are the region options our network API returns for Azerbaijan, from Baku and the Absheron Peninsula around it to Quba in the north-east. Each one can be targeted on its own:
All 6 targetable cities
Every city in the API is listed below. Each can be targeted on its own, on top of the region options above:
Some names are spelled differently in tools and databases: Sumqayit often appears as Sumgait, and Xirdalan as Khirdalan. In Azerbaijani they are written SumqayΔ±t and XΔ±rdalan.
Mobile carriers
These are Azerbaijan’s three nationwide mobile networks, so no major network is missing. Nar is the brand of the operator Azerfon. On mobile, city-level targeting is available in Baku; for the rest of the country, pick the carrier and target at country level.
Fixed-line ISPs
Aztelekom is covered, along with Delta Telecom, AzEuroTel, Azeronline, Connect, Uninet, Sparktel and TransEuroCom, and smaller networks such as AG Telekom, Caspian Telecom, Azfibernet and Alfanet. That brings the total to more than 20 separate Azerbaijani ISPs you can target by name.
Need an Azerbaijan proxy server on one specific network? Choose Aztelekom, Delta Telecom or a smaller local provider, and every rotating residential or mobile IP comes from a real subscriber on that network. We don’t sell static ISP proxies in Azerbaijan; ISP-level targeting on real home and mobile connections does the same job, and a pool spread across more than 20 local networks looks like ordinary Azerbaijani households.
What teams use Azerbaijani proxies for
Common workloads on our Azerbaijani network
E-commerce price monitoring
Track prices, stock and delivery fees on Birmarket (formerly Umico), Kontakt and Irshad exactly as shoppers in Baku, Ganja or Sumqayit see them, in manat and with local delivery.
Local SEO & SERP tracking
Check Google.az rankings, map packs and ads from the city you care about, for Azerbaijani-, Russian- and English-language queries.
Classifieds & property data
Collect listings from Tap.az, Turbo.az and Bina.az to follow rents, flat prices and used-car values, city by city.
Ad verification
Confirm that campaigns aimed at Azerbaijan render in the right language, with the right creative, on the placements you paid for.
Social media management
Run Azerbaijani accounts from mobile IPs on Azercell, Bakcell or Nar, so logins look like a local phone rather than a server.
Cross-border price comparison
Retailers such as Kontakt sell in both Azerbaijan and Georgia and can price the same item differently in each. An Azerbaijan proxy next to a Georgian IP shows the real gaps.
Azerbaijan residential proxy pricing
Rotating residential β all Azerbaijani targeting included
Prices are the same for Azerbaijan as for every other country. Region, city, ZIP, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint targeting cost nothing extra, and unused bandwidth rolls over.

Free Azerbaijan proxy lists vs paid Azerbaijani proxies
Why free lists rarely work on Azerbaijani sites
A free proxy Azerbaijan list is easy to find, but most entries are open servers already scanned and abused by thousands of other users. They go offline within hours and are blacklisted by the Azerbaijani sites you want to reach.
| Free Azerbaijan proxy lists | ProxyEmpire Azerbaijani proxies | |
|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres | Real Azerbaijani homes and Azercell, Bakcell and Nar SIM cards |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP disappears | Always-on pool, with rotating or sticky sessions |
| Blocks | Usually blacklisted on major Azerbaijani sites | Looks like an ordinary local visitor |
| Targeting | Country at best | Region, city, ZIP, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint |
| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |
| Cost | Free | From $1.50/GB, with a $1.97 trial |

Azerbaijan proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is an Azerbaijan proxy (AZ proxy)?
An Azerbaijan proxy server gives you an Azerbaijan IP address, so websites treat you as a local visitor. An Azerbaijan residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real household’s connection on a network like Aztelekom or Delta Telecom, instead of a data centre.
Can I target specific Azerbaijani regions, cities or ISPs?
Yes. You can target 7 regions, 6 cities including Baku, Ganja and Sumqayit, and more than 20 local ISPs, including Aztelekom, Delta Telecom and AzEuroTel. Residential proxies can also be targeted by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint. Datacenter proxies are targeted at country level.
Do you offer Azerbaijani mobile proxies?
Yes. Rotating mobile proxies are available on all three Azerbaijani networks: Azercell, Bakcell and Nar. You can choose the carrier and target Baku at city level. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block.
Do you have Azerbaijan datacenter proxies?
Yes. Rotating datacenter proxies with Azerbaijani IPs start at $25 for 40 GB and go down to $0.35/GB on larger plans. They are targeted at country level and suit high-volume work on lightly protected sites.
How much do Azerbaijan proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans, rotating mobile at $2.00/GB and rotating datacenter at $0.35/GB. Azerbaijani targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I keep the same Azerbaijan IP address?
Yes. Residential, mobile and datacenter proxies all support sticky sessions that hold the same Azerbaijan IP address across requests. Static residential IPs are not offered in Azerbaijan.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any scraper, rank tracker, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Why not use a free Azerbaijan proxy?
Free proxies are slow, blocked on most major sites, and often run by operators who log or resell your traffic. For anything work-related, a paid residential proxy is safer and far more reliable.
What rules apply when I use Azerbaijani proxies?
Use them for lawful work such as price, SEO and ad research. Respect each website’s terms of service, and follow Azerbaijan’s law on personal data if you collect information about people.
