Real Guinean IPs in Conakry, home and mobile
Guinean proxies on real connections in Conakry: mobile IPs on Orange Guinée, the network most Guineans use, plus residential IPs on a local home internet provider. Our Guinea proxies give you a genuine Guinea IP address with rotating or sticky sessions. Start with a $1.97 trial, then pay as you go from 1 GB.
Priced per GB, not per IP: residential from $1.50/GB, mobile from $2.00/GB. Unused bandwidth rolls over.
Choose your Guinea proxy type
Two ways to get a Guinean IP address
Rotating residential
A Guinea proxy server on real home and office internet lines from Kagny Technologie, a Conakry-based fibre and wireless provider. Best for classifieds scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking.
- Region, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
- Pay as you go from 1 GB
Rotating mobile
Guinea mobile proxy IPs on Orange Guinée, which the regulator ARPT credits with more than four in five mobile subscriptions. Best for social media, app testing and strict anti-bot systems.
- Region, city, ZIP, carrier and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Guinea; use a sticky session to hold the same Guinean IP on residential or mobile. Datacenter IPs are not available in Guinea at the moment.
Guinea at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Search results, classified ads, telecom offers and the ads on Guinean news sites all depend on where a request comes from. A visitor in Conakry sees French-language pages and prices in Guinean francs; a request from a foreign server often gets a generic version, or is blocked.
Guinea is also one of the most phone-first markets in the region. The telecom regulator ARPT counts about 11 million mobile internet users against roughly 14,400 fixed internet subscriptions. A request from an Orange Guinée phone looks like an ordinary Guinean customer; data-centre traffic is far more likely to be flagged as a bot.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | 17,521,167 (2025 census, preliminary results); Conakry region 3,407,327 (19.4%) | Almost one Guinean in five lives in Conakry, where all of our city-level coverage sits. |
| Administrative units | 8 administrative regions: Boké, Conakry, Faranah, Kankan, Kindia, Labé, Mamou and Nzérékoré | Our API targets at this level; 3 of the 8 regions are selectable today. |
| Urban population | 38.7% urban; Conakry holds just over half (50.3%) of all urban residents | Half of urban Guineans live in the capital, where our city targeting sits. |
| Currency | Guinean franc (GNF), issued by the Central Bank of the Republic of Guinea (BCRG) | Guinean shops and classifieds quote prices in GNF, so collect them from the local version of a site. |
| Language | French; the statistics institute, regulator and central bank all publish in French | Most Guinean sites, ads and searches are in French, and French speakers often search for a “proxy Guinée”. |
| Mobile networks | Orange Guinée 81.4%, MTN (Areeba) 16.6% and Cellcom 2.0% of 12.8 million mobile subscriptions (end of 2025) | Our mobile pool is on Orange Guinée, the network used by the large majority of Guinean phones. |
| Internet | 11.0 million mobile internet users, 88.5% of them on Orange; 14,409 fixed internet subscriptions (end of 2025) | Most Guineans go online by phone; home lines are rare, which is why the residential pool is small. |

What our Guinea proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Guinea is a small market for proxy networks, so here is exactly what our Guinean proxies can target today, taken from the same API our dashboard uses.
3 of Guinea’s 8 administrative regions
Residential IPs can be pinned to the Conakry and Nzérékoré regions; mobile IPs to the Conakry and Kindia regions. Together these three regions are home to almost half of the population. The API lists no city or ISP inside Nzérékoré or Kindia, so expect a small pool there. Boké, Faranah, Kankan, Labé and Mamou are not selectable today. A country-level session draws on the whole Guinean pool.
1 targetable city: Conakry
City targeting in Guinea means Conakry, the capital and by far the largest city. It is the only city the API returns, for both products. Kankan, Kindia, Nzérékoré, Labé and other towns cannot be targeted by name, so if you need them, test with the $1.97 trial before buying a plan.
Guinea mobile proxy carriers
Our mobile pool in Guinea is on one network: Orange Guinée. To be plain about the gap, the other two operators ARPT reports, MTN (Areeba Guinée; MTN Group completed its exit at the end of 2024, and ARPT still lists the network as MTN) and Cellcom, are not in the pool. Orange alone holds 81.4% of mobile subscriptions and 88.5% of mobile internet users. Mobile IPs can be targeted by carrier, in the Conakry and Kindia regions and in Conakry city.
Guinean fixed-line ISPs
Residential IPs come from one provider: Kagny Technologie, a Conakry-based internet company that sells fibre and fixed-wireless connections to homes and businesses. It is one of seven fixed internet providers in ARPT’s latest report, in a market of only about 14,400 fixed subscriptions. The largest fixed provider is not in our pool.
Honest counts, real addresses. One city, one home ISP and one mobile network will not suit a job that needs IPs spread across the whole country. They do cover Conakry, home to almost one Guinean in five, and the mobile network most Guineans use every day.

Free Guinea proxy lists vs paid Guinean proxies
Why free lists rarely work on Guinean sites
Search for a free proxy Guinea list and you will find a handful of entries at best. Most are open servers shared by thousands of people, offline within hours, often not in Guinea at all and blocked by the sites you want to reach. A $1.97 trial of real Guinean IPs costs less than the time lost on dead ones.
| Free Guinea proxy lists | ProxyEmpire Guinean proxies | |
|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres | Real Conakry internet lines and Orange Guinée SIM cards |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP disappears | Always-on pool, with rotating or sticky sessions |
| Blocks | Usually blacklisted on major sites | Looks like an ordinary local visitor |
| Targeting | Country at best | Region, city, ZIP, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint |
| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |
| Cost | Free | From $1.50/GB, with a $1.97 trial |

Guinea proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Guinean proxy (GN proxy)?
A Guinean proxy, or Guinea proxy server, is a server that gives you a Guinea IP address, so websites treat you as a visitor from Guinea. A Guinea residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real internet line in Conakry instead of a data centre, which makes it far less likely to be blocked.
Is this Guinea, Guinea-Bissau or French Guiana?
This page covers the Republic of Guinea (Guinée in French), whose capital is Conakry, which is why it is sometimes called Guinea-Conakry. It does not cover Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, French Guiana or Papua New Guinea, and a Guinean IP is not an IP in any of those places. For those, see our Equatorial Guinea proxies and French Guiana proxies pages.
Can I target specific cities or regions in Guinea?
Yes, within today’s coverage: Conakry city, the Conakry and Nzérékoré regions for residential IPs, and the Conakry and Kindia regions for mobile. ISP, carrier, ZIP, ASN and OS fingerprint targeting cost nothing extra. Towns such as Kankan or Labé are not available by name.
Do you offer Guinea mobile proxies?
Yes, on Orange Guinée, the largest mobile network in the country. MTN (Areeba) and Cellcom are not in our pool at the moment. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block.
Do you have Guinean datacenter or static IPs?
Not at the moment. Datacenter and static residential proxies are not offered with Guinean IPs. For a long-lived Guinea IP address, use a sticky session on residential or mobile.
How much do Guinea proxies cost?
Rotating residential costs $3.50 for 1 GB on Pay As You Go and as little as $1.50/GB on larger plans; rotating mobile costs $4.50 for 1 GB, down to $2.00/GB. Plans are billed in US dollars, per GB rather than per IP, and Guinean targeting is included. You can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I keep the same Guinea IP?
Yes. Rotating residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions, which hold the same Guinean IP across requests instead of switching on every request.
Is there a free Guinea proxy that works?
For a one-off look at a page, a free Guinea proxy sometimes works. For regular work, no: free lists for Guinea are short, the entries are slow, often flagged and may not be in the country at all, and their operators may log or resell your traffic. There is no way to choose the city or network.
Is using a proxy in Guinea legal?
Proxies are a standard tool for price monitoring, SEO and ad verification. What matters is how you use them: respect websites’ terms of service, and follow Guinea’s cybersecurity and personal data law (Law L/2016/037/AN) whenever you collect personal data.
