Mongolian IPs from real homes and SIM cards
Mongolian proxies on real home broadband and all five national mobile networks: Unitel, Mobicom, Skytel, G-Mobile and ONDO. Our Mongolia proxies reach Ulaanbaatar, Ulaangom in the north-west and Choir, with rotating or sticky sessions and targeting down to the ISP.
Mongolia proxy servers priced per GB, not per IP. Unused bandwidth rolls over.
Choose your Mongolia proxy type
Two ways to get a Mongolian IP
Rotating residential
Mongolia proxy server IPs on real home broadband in Ulaanbaatar and Ulaangom. Best for scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking on Google.mn.
- Region, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
Rotating mobile
Mongolian mobile proxies on Unitel, Mobicom, Skytel, G-Mobile and ONDO, all five national networks. Best for social media, app testing and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- Carrier and ASN targeting
- City targeting in Ulaanbaatar and Choir
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Mongolia. Use sticky sessions to hold the same Mongolian IP on either proxy type above.
Mongolia at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Mongolia is a vast, thinly populated country of about 3.6 million people, and its web is written mostly in Mongolian Cyrillic. Shops, classifieds and news sites serve their pages in Mongolian and list prices in tögrög. What a visitor sees, in which language and at what price, can depend on where the request comes from.
Location inside the country matters too. Ulaanbaatar, the capital, is by far the largest city, and delivery options, stock and local ads can differ between the capital and the aimags. The far west even keeps a different clock: Uvs Province, home of Ulaangom, runs an hour behind the capital.
Mongolian sites also check the kind of network a visitor is on. On well-protected sites, data-centre traffic is flagged as a bot straight away, while a Univision or Mobinet home connection, or a phone on Unitel or Mobicom, looks like an ordinary Mongolian customer.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | About 3.59 million on 31 December 2025 | A compact market, so city and network targeting matter more than raw pool size. |
| Regions | 21 aimags (provinces) plus the capital, Ulaanbaatar | Our targeting uses these names. The capital, Uvs and Govisümber are covered today. |
| Time zones | UTC+8 in most of the country, including Ulaanbaatar; UTC+7 in the western aimags of Bayan-Ölgii, Khovd and Uvs. No clock changes | Schedule daily price checks on local time. Ulaangom runs an hour behind Ulaanbaatar. |
| Currency | Mongolian tögrög (MNT, ₮), issued by the Bank of Mongolia | Local shops and classifieds list prices in tögrög. ProxyEmpire plans are billed in US dollars. |
| Language & script | Mongolian (монгол хэл) is the official language, written in Cyrillic with two extra letters, ө and ү | Check keywords, ads and landing pages in Cyrillic, the way local users type them. |
| Mobile networks | Unitel, Mobicom, Skytel, G-Mobile and ONDO | All five networks are on ours, so mobile traffic looks like an ordinary Mongolian subscriber. |

What our Mongolia proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Most lists of Mongolia proxies stop at the country. Here you can also pin a session to the region, city and network your target cares about, using the same API our dashboard uses.
Ulaanbaatar plus 2 of 21 aimags
Mongolia is divided into 21 aimags and the capital. The API returns the capital and Uvs Province for residential proxies, and the capital and Govisümber Province for mobile proxies. The other 19 aimags cannot be targeted on their own today.
All 3 targetable cities
Every city in the API is listed below. Each can be targeted on its own:
Ulaanbaatar can be targeted on both residential and mobile IPs. Ulaangom, the centre of Uvs Province in the north-west, is on residential IPs, and Choir, the centre of Govisümber Province south-east of the capital, is on mobile IPs. Some tools spell the capital Ulan Bator and the town Choyr.
Mobile carriers
These are all five of Mongolia’s mobile networks, including ONDO, the newest, so no network is missing. In our network data Unitel appears as Univision and Skytel as Skymedia, the network companies of the Unitel and Skytel groups. Carrier targeting works at country level. By city, Unitel, Mobicom, Skytel and ONDO can be targeted in Ulaanbaatar, and G-Mobile in Choir.
Fixed-line ISPs
Univision (Unitel Group, including its older MCS Com address ranges), Mongolia Telecom, Mobinet, Skymedia (Skytel Group), Kewiko, STXCitinet and NBC are covered. That makes seven Mongolian ISPs you can target by name, plus Starlink satellite connections. In Ulaanbaatar you can combine the city with Univision, Mobinet or Skymedia; in Ulaangom, residential IPs come from Univision.
Honest counts, real addresses. Three cities and seven local ISPs will not suit a job that needs hundreds of distinct Mongolian locations. They do suit most teams: seeing what visitors in the capital see, comparing it with the far west, and testing apps and ads on each of the five mobile networks.
What teams use Mongolian proxies for
Common workloads on our Mongolian network
E-commerce price monitoring
Track prices, stock and delivery terms on online stores such as Shoppy.mn exactly as shoppers in Ulaanbaatar see them, in tögrög and with local delivery.
Local SEO & SERP tracking
Check Google.mn rankings, map packs and ads from Ulaanbaatar or Ulaangom, for Mongolian Cyrillic and English queries.
Classifieds, property & jobs data
Collect listings from Unegui.mn to follow rents, flat prices and used-car values, and job ads from Zangia.mn to follow salaries and hiring.
Ad verification
Confirm that campaigns aimed at Mongolia appear in the right language on the placements you paid for, from news portals such as News.MN and iKon.mn to mobile apps.
Social media & app testing
Run Mongolian accounts and test apps from mobile IPs on Unitel, Mobicom, Skytel, ONDO or G-Mobile, so sessions look like a local phone rather than a server.
Travel & regional pricing
Compare how airlines, hotels and online services price the same offer for visitors in Mongolia, Kazakhstan, South Korea and Japan.

Mongolia proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Mongolian proxy server (MN proxy)?
A Mongolia proxy server gives you a Mongolia IP address, so websites treat you as a local visitor. A Mongolia residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real household’s connection on a network such as Univision or Mobinet, instead of a data centre.
Is there a free Mongolia proxy from ProxyEmpire?
No. ProxyEmpire is a paid, authenticated proxy service, not a free web proxy site or proxy list. The lowest-cost way to try it is the $1.97 trial, which gives you real Mongolian residential and mobile IPs to test before you buy a plan.
Can I target specific Mongolian regions, cities or ISPs?
Yes. Residential proxies cover Ulaanbaatar and Uvs Province, the cities of Ulaanbaatar and Ulaangom, and seven local ISPs, including Univision, Mongolia Telecom and Mobinet. For an Ulaanbaatar proxy, set the city to Ulaanbaatar and, if you like, the ISP. You can also target by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint.
Do you offer Mongolian mobile proxies?
Yes. Rotating mobile proxies run on all five Mongolian networks: Unitel, Mobicom, Skytel, G-Mobile and ONDO. You can pick the carrier, and target by city in Ulaanbaatar (Unitel, Mobicom, Skytel and ONDO) and Choir (G-Mobile). Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block.
Do you have Mongolia datacenter proxies?
Not at the moment. Rotating datacenter proxies are not offered with Mongolian IPs, so Mongolia is covered by residential and mobile proxies. Datacenter IPs are available in China and Kazakhstan.
How much do Mongolia proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans and rotating mobile at $2.00/GB. Mongolian targeting is included at no extra charge, plans are billed in US dollars, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I keep the same Mongolia IP address?
Yes. Residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions that hold the same Mongolia IP address across requests instead of switching on every request. Static residential IPs are not offered in Mongolia.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
Every Mongolia proxy server endpoint supports HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any scraper, rank tracker, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Is a free Mongolia proxy list good enough?
For a one-off look at a page, sometimes. For regular work, no. Free entries are slow, often turned away, may not be in Mongolia at all and are run by operators who may log your traffic, with no way to choose the city or network.
Is using a proxy legal?
Proxies are a standard networking tool. What matters is how you use them: respect each website’s terms of service and follow the rules that apply to you and to any personal data you collect.
