Lumitel is in our mobile pool and can be selected by name in Bujumbura Mairie Province and Cibitoke Province. Econet Leo and Onatel are not in the pool today, and we do not list them as covered. Mobile IPs in Kirundo Province, Muyinga Province and Mwaro are available by region, without a carrier filter.
Home internet providers
The ARCT lists nine internet providers in Burundi, including BBS, CBINET and Spidernet as well as the three mobile operators. Our API does not label Burundian residential IPs by provider yet, so the ISP filter is not available for Burundi: target the country, a region or Bujumbura or Gitega instead. ZIP, ASN and OS fingerprint targeting still apply.
Honest counts, real addresses. Two cities, one named carrier and no ISP filter will not suit a job that needs IPs spread across every province. They do cover Bujumbura and Gitega on home connections, Lumitel mobile IPs, and mobile coverage in five regions.
