Ecuadorian IPs from real homes and SIM cards
Ecuadorian proxies on real home broadband and the Claro, Movistar and CNT mobile networks. Our Ecuador proxies reach 23 of the 24 provinces and 88 cities and towns, from Quito, Guayaquil and Cuenca to Manta, Machala and Loja. Start with a $1.97 trial, then pay as you go from 1 GB.
Priced per GB, not per IP: residential from $1.50/GB. Unused bandwidth rolls over.

Three kinds of Ecuador proxy server
Rotating residential
Home broadband IPs from Tulcán to Zamora and from Esmeraldas to the Amazon. Best for marketplace scraping, price monitoring and local search checks.
- Province, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
- Pay as you go from 1 GB
Rotating mobile
Mobile IPs on Claro, Movistar and CNT, all three national networks. Best for app testing, social media and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- Province, city, carrier and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Rotating datacenter
Fast, low-cost Ecuadorian datacenter IPs. Best for high-volume jobs on sites with light bot protection.
- Ecuador country-level targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- Lowest cost per GB for bulk traffic
- Plans from 40 GB for $25
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Ecuador. The nearest static location is Brazil, or use sticky sessions to hold the same Ecuadorian IP on any of the three proxy types above.
Ecuador at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Search results, marketplace listings, delivery options and the ads shown to Ecuadorian users all depend on where a request comes from. A shopper in Quito and one in Guayaquil, Cuenca or Manta can see different sellers, shipping fees and stock for the same product, and an Ecuador IP address from the right city is the only reliable way to check.
Ecuadorians reach the web on home lines from CNT, Claro, Netlife, Xtrim and dozens of regional fibre and cable providers, and on their phones. That is the traffic an Ecuadorian site expects; a foreign data centre is not.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | About 16.9 million (INEC, 2022 census) | A Spanish-speaking market with several large centres: Guayaquil, Quito, Cuenca, Santo Domingo, Machala and Manta are all in our pool. |
| Largest cities | Guayaquil (about 2.75 million) and the capital, Quito (about 2.68 million), counted by canton | Two markets of almost equal size, both in the residential pool and the two city targets for mobile IPs. |
| Territory | 24 provinces, including the Galápagos Islands | We cover all 23 mainland provinces, so you can compare what a visitor in Pichincha, Guayas, Azuay or Manabí sees. |
| Currency | US dollar (USD), legal tender since 2000; the Banco Central del Ecuador also issues local centavo coins | Prices are shown in dollars, so you can compare Ecuadorian listings with US ones directly. Still check shipping, instalment offers and taxes as a local shopper sees them. |
| Languages | Spanish; Kichwa and Shuar are also official languages of intercultural relation | Search results, ads and landing pages are overwhelmingly in Ecuadorian Spanish, so check the version local users actually get. |
| Time zone | UTC−5 on the mainland, UTC−6 in Galápagos, with no clock changes | Schedule daily checks and time-limited offers on Quito and Guayaquil time. |
| Mobile networks | Claro, Movistar and CNT; Movistar now belongs to Millicom and is moving to the Tigo brand | We reach all three networks, so you can see what each carrier’s subscribers see. |
| Country domain | .ec; many local sites use .com.ec | Local editions such as mercadolibre.com.ec are built for visitors in Ecuador, so check them from an Ecuadorian IP. |

What our Ecuador proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Run one proxy Ecuador-wide, or pin a session to the province, city and network your target cares about.
23 of the 24 provinces
Every mainland province is in the residential pool: the Pacific coast from Esmeraldas to El Oro, the Andean provinces from Carchi to Loja, and the Amazon provinces from Sucumbíos to Zamora Chinchipe. The Galápagos Islands, the 24th province, are not in the pool at the moment.
88 cities and towns you can target
The API returns 88 cities and towns across the 23 provinces. All are listed below, grouped by area.
Ecuador mobile proxy carriers
All three national mobile networks are in our mobile pool, so no major network is missing. The company behind Movistar and its second brand, Tuenti, was bought by Millicom in October 2025, and both brands are moving to the Tigo name; the network is the same, and Tuenti lines cannot be targeted on their own. Mobile sessions can be narrowed to Pichincha and Guayas, with city targeting in Quito and Guayaquil; for the rest of the country, target mobile IPs by country and carrier.
Ecuadorian fixed-line ISPs
The residential pool spans CNT, Claro and Movistar; fibre operators such as Netlife, Xtrim and Puntonet; the municipal operator ETAPA in Cuenca; and smaller regional fibre and cable companies such as Fibramax, Nettplus, Ecuanet, Speedycom and Astronet in Loja: more than 80 networks in all.
Why the network mix matters. Ecuadorian sites expect visitors from the big national operators and from dozens of local fibre and cable companies across the provinces. A pool that covers the national operators, a municipal network and small regional providers looks like real households, instead of one easy-to-spot provider.
What teams use Ecuadorian proxies for
Common workloads on our Ecuadorian network
Marketplace scraping & price monitoring
Track prices, stock and seller offers on Mercado Libre Ecuador, and on retailers such as De Prati, Comandato, Kywi and Supermaxi, exactly as Ecuadorian shoppers see them, city by city.
Local SERP tracking
Check Google rankings, map packs and ads as searchers in Quito, Guayaquil or Cuenca see them, instead of one generic “Ecuador” location.
Property & car market research
Collect listings from Plusvalía, and used-car ads from Patiotuerca, to follow asking prices for homes, rentals and vehicles city by city.
Ad verification
Confirm that campaigns aimed at Ecuador run in the right cities and placements, with the right creative, on desktop and on Claro, Movistar or CNT phones.
App & localisation testing
Test how delivery apps such as Rappi, checkout flows and Spanish-language pages behave for an Ecuadorian user, and reproduce issues that only local visitors report.
Browser & anti-detect profiles
Give each browser or anti-detect profile its own Ecuadorian IP, from a Cuenca home line or a Claro phone in Guayaquil, so manual checks look local.

Ecuador proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is an Ecuadorian proxy server (EC proxy)?
An Ecuadorian proxy is an Ecuador proxy server that gives you an Ecuador IP address, so websites and apps treat you as a visitor from Ecuador. An Ecuador residential proxy (proxy residencial in Spanish) goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real Ecuadorian household’s connection, on a network such as CNT, Claro or Netlife, instead of a data centre. That makes it far less likely to be flagged.
Can I target specific Ecuadorian provinces, cities or ISPs?
Yes: 23 of the 24 provinces (every province except Galápagos), 88 cities and towns and more than 80 Ecuadorian ISPs, plus ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint. Datacenter proxies are country-level only.
Do you offer Ecuador mobile proxies?
Yes, on Claro, Movistar and CNT, with province targeting in Pichincha and Guayas and city targeting in Quito and Guayaquil. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them hard for websites to flag.
Do you have Ecuadorian datacenter proxies?
Yes. Rotating datacenter proxies with Ecuadorian IPs start at $25 for 40 GB and go down to $0.35/GB. They are targeted at country level and suit bulk work on lightly protected sites; for Mercado Libre and other protected targets, use residential or mobile IPs.
How much do Ecuador proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans, rotating mobile at $2.00/GB and rotating datacenter at $0.35/GB. Ecuadorian targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I buy Ecuador proxies without a subscription?
Yes. Pay As You Go lets you buy a single GB of residential traffic for $3.50 and top up only when you need more. Unused bandwidth rolls over.
Can I keep the same Ecuador IP?
Yes. Rotating residential, mobile and datacenter proxies all support sticky sessions, which keep the same Ecuadorian IP across requests. Static residential IPs are not offered in Ecuador; the nearest static location is Brazil.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any browser, scraper, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Is there a free Ecuador proxy that works?
Free Ecuador proxy lists exist, and an entry may work for a quick look at a page. For regular work they fall short: entries are slow, short-lived and often flagged, many are not in Ecuador at all, and you cannot tell who runs the server or what it does with your traffic.
Is using a proxy legal?
Proxies are a standard networking tool for price monitoring, SEO and ad verification. What matters is how you use them: respect each site’s terms of service, and if you collect personal data about people in Ecuador, follow the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos Personales) and any other rules that apply to you.
