Haitian IPs from real homes and SIM cards
Haitian proxies on real Access Haïti and Natcom home connections and on both mobile networks, Digicel and Natcom. Use our Haiti proxies country-wide, or pin a session to Port-au-Prince, Fort-Liberté or Miragoâne, with rotating or sticky sessions. Start with a $1.97 trial, then pay as you go from 1 GB.
Priced per GB, not per IP: residential from $1.50/GB. Unused bandwidth rolls over.

Two ways to get a Haiti IP address
Rotating residential
A Haiti proxy server on real household connections from Access Haïti and Natcom, with city targeting in Port-au-Prince, Fort-Liberté and Miragoâne. Best for search checks, price monitoring and ad verification on Haitian sites.
- Region, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
- Pay as you go from 1 GB
Rotating mobile
A Haitian proxy server on Digicel and Natcom SIM cards, the two mobile networks in the country. Best for app testing, social media and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- Carrier and ASN targeting (Digicel or Natcom)
- Ouest and Grand’Anse region targeting
- Port-au-Prince city targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting; rotate or keep a sticky session
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Haiti. The nearest static location is the United States, or use sticky sessions to hold the same Haitian IP on residential or mobile. Datacenter IPs are not available in Haiti either.
Haiti at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Search results on Google.ht, prices at Haitian shops, the stories and ads on Haitian news sites and the offers shown by local telecom and retail brands all depend on where a request comes from. A visitor in Port-au-Prince and one abroad can see different prices, promotions, languages and ads on the same page.
Haiti (Ayiti in Kreyòl, Haïti in French) occupies the western part of the island of Hispaniola, which it shares with the Dominican Republic. The Institut Haïtien de Statistique et d’Informatique (IHSI) put the population at 11,867,032 in its disaggregated estimates for mid-2024. The capital, Port-au-Prince, sits in the Ouest department, which is a region target on both our residential and mobile networks.
Language is the detail that catches many teams checking Haitian sites from abroad. Haitian Creole (Kreyòl ayisyen) and French are both official languages, and Haitian websites, apps and ads may use either, sometimes alongside English. A French-language page seen from France or Canada is not the version a Haitian visitor gets, so a Haiti IP address is the reliable way to check the local one.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | 11,867,032 (IHSI estimate for mid-2024) | A market of almost 12 million people, where local and foreign visitors can see different versions of the same site. |
| Capital | Port-au-Prince, in the Ouest department | Port-au-Prince is a city target on both residential and mobile, so you can check the capital’s version of a page directly. |
| Languages | Haitian Creole (Kreyòl ayisyen) and French, both official | Sites may serve Kreyòl, French or English; check each language version from a Haitian IP. |
| Currency | Haitian gourde (HTG), issued by the Banque de la République d’Haïti | Record which currency a site displays to local visitors before you compare its prices with other markets. |
| Mobile networks | Two operators: Digicel and Natcom | Both networks are in our mobile pool. |
| Internet providers | Providers listed by CONATEL include Access Haïti, ACN, Haïnet and HDN | Access Haïti and Natcom home connections are in our residential pool. |
| Country domain | .ht | Google.ht serves Haitian searchers, so rank tracking needs a Haitian IP. |

What our Haiti proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Many providers list Haiti as a single country checkbox. Here you can target Haiti as a whole or narrow a session down to the region, city and network your target cares about. Everything below is exactly what the API returned on the day we checked; we do not add places it does not list.
Residential regions you can target
The API returns 3 residential region entries: Ouest, home to Port-au-Prince; Nord-Est in the north-east, around Fort-Liberté; and Nippes on the southern peninsula, around Miragoâne. Mobile sessions add a fourth region target, Grand’Anse. For Haitian IPs without a region filter, target the country as a whole.
3 cities you can target
These are all the cities the API returns, one in each residential region: Port-au-Prince in Ouest, Fort-Liberté in Nord-Est and Miragoâne in Nippes. Port-au-Prince is also a city target for mobile sessions. Other towns are reached through country or region targeting rather than as named cities.
Haiti mobile proxy carriers
Haiti has two mobile networks, Digicel and Natcom, and both are in our mobile pool. The API lists Digicel’s network under its registered network name, Alpha Communications Network, so look for that name when you choose a carrier. Natcom is available in both mobile regions, Ouest and Grand’Anse; Digicel is available in Ouest. You can also leave the region open and target either carrier country-wide.
Haitian fixed-line ISPs
On the residential side the API lists 2 Haitian broadband providers you can target by name: Access Haïti and Natcom. It also returns Starlink, a satellite service, which we leave out of the count so the number is not padded.
Why the network mix matters. Anti-bot systems look at which network a request comes from. Spreading sessions across Access Haïti and Natcom home connections, and adding Digicel and Natcom SIM cards for mobile work, makes your traffic look like ordinary Haitian households and phones instead of one easy-to-spot source.
What teams use Haitian proxies for
Common workloads on our Haitian network
Google.ht SERP tracking
Check Google.ht rankings, map packs and ads as searchers in Port-au-Prince see them, in Kreyòl, French or English, instead of the results served to visitors in France, Canada or the US.
News sites & ad verification
Confirm that campaigns aimed at Haiti run on Le Nouvelliste and Juno7 with the right creative and language, on desktop and on Digicel or Natcom phones.
Retail & price monitoring
Track products, promotions and store information on Delimart and other Haitian retail sites exactly as local shoppers see them, and compare that with what visitors from abroad are shown.
Telecom offers & plans
Follow the plans, data bundles and promotions that Digicel and Natcom show on their Haitian websites and apps, as a local customer on each network sees them.
Social media & app testing
Test apps, sign-up flows and Haitian social accounts from Digicel and Natcom mobile IPs, so sessions look like a local phone rather than a server abroad.
Localisation QA
Check that your own site, app or store shows Haitian visitors the right language, content and payment options, in Kreyòl and French, before a launch goes live.

Free Haiti proxy lists vs paid Haitian proxies
What you actually get from a free Haiti proxy
Search for a free Haiti proxy list and you will find only a handful of entries. Most are open servers shared by thousands of people, often not in Haiti at all, and quickly flagged by the sites you want to check. ProxyEmpire is a paid, authenticated service for businesses that need Haitian IP addresses for research and testing.

Haiti proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Haitian proxy server (HT proxy)?
A Haitian proxy server, or Haiti proxy server, gives you a Haiti IP address, so websites and apps treat you as a visitor from Haiti. A Haiti residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real Haitian household’s connection on Access Haïti or Natcom instead of a data centre. That makes it far less likely to be flagged.
How do I get a Haiti IP address?
Set the country to Haiti in the dashboard and connect through the endpoint it generates. Every request then leaves from a Haiti IP address on a home connection or a phone, in the region or city you choose.
Can I target specific Haitian regions, cities or ISPs?
Yes, within what the network covers: the Ouest, Nord-Est and Nippes regions, the cities of Port-au-Prince, Fort-Liberté and Miragoâne, and 2 broadband providers (Access Haïti and Natcom), plus ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint. Anywhere else, target Haiti at country level.
Do you offer Haiti mobile proxies?
Yes, on both Haitian mobile networks, Digicel and Natcom, with region targeting in Ouest and Grand’Anse and city targeting in Port-au-Prince. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block.
Do you have Haiti datacenter or static IPs?
Not at the moment. Datacenter and static residential proxies are not offered with Haitian IPs. For a long-lived Haitian IP, use a sticky session on residential or mobile. If a fixed IP in the region works for you, static residential IPs are sold in the United States.
How much do Haiti proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans and rotating mobile at $2.00/GB, billed in US dollars. Haitian targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial. Pay As You Go lets you buy a single GB of residential traffic for $3.50, with no subscription.
Can I keep the same Haiti IP?
Yes. Rotating residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions, which keep the same Haitian IP across requests instead of switching on every request.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any browser, scraper, rank tracker, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Is there a free Haiti proxy that works?
Free Haiti proxy lists may work for a quick look at a page. For regular work they fall short: entries are slow, short-lived and often flagged, many are not in Haiti at all, and you cannot tell who runs the server.
Is using a proxy legal?
Proxies are a standard networking tool for price monitoring, SEO and ad verification. What matters is how you use them: respect each site’s terms of service, and if you collect personal data about people in Haiti, follow the data protection rules that apply in Haiti and to you.
