Residential & mobile
Turkmen IPs from real home and mobile connections
Turkmen proxies on real home broadband from Turkmentelecom and the Ashgabat City Telephone Network, plus mobile IPs at country level. Our Turkmenistan proxies reach Ashgabat, Tejen, Bayramaly, Gumdag, Gowurdak and Kurtli on residential. The pool is small, so it is good for focused checks, not large crawls.
Turkmenistan proxy servers priced per GB, not per IP. Coverage is low, so few IPs are online at any moment. Unused bandwidth rolls over.
Choose your Turkmenistan proxy server
Two honest ways to get a Turkmen IP
Rotating residential
Turkmen proxy server IPs on real home broadband in Ashgabat, Tejen, Bayramaly, Gumdag, Gowurdak and Kurtli, on Turkmentelecom and the Ashgabat City Telephone Network. Coverage is low: few IPs are online at once, and success rates and speed can vary. Best for price checks, local search results and ad verification.
- Region, city, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
- Pay as you go from 1 GB
Rotating mobile
Turkmen mobile IPs, targeted at country level only: you choose Turkmenistan, but not a region, city or carrier. The pool is small and few mobile IPs are online at any moment, so it suits focused jobs such as app testing and mobile ad checks, not large crawls.
- Turkmenistan IPs, targeted at country level
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Pay as you go: $4.50 for 1 GB
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Turkmenistan. Use sticky sessions to hold the same Turkmen IP on residential or mobile. Datacenter IPs are not available in Turkmenistan at the moment. For volume, our Kazakhstan location is far better covered.
Turkmenistan at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Turkmenistan is a Central Asian country on the eastern shore of the Caspian Sea, with its capital at Ashgabat. Turkmen, written in Latin letters, is the state language, and Russian is widely used. The same page can come in more than one language, and which version a visitor gets, and at what price, can depend on where the request comes from.
Location inside the country matters too. Ashgabat is the largest city, but offers, delivery terms and ads aimed at Turkmen visitors are not always the same in the capital and in the welayats (provinces). A visitor in Tejen or Bayramaly can see a different result from one in Ashgabat.
Turkmen sites also check the kind of network a visitor is on. On well-protected sites, data-centre traffic is flagged as a bot straight away, while a Turkmentelecom home connection or a local mobile IP looks like an ordinary Turkmen customer.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Capital | Ashgabat, which is administered separately from the welayats | Ashgabat is a region and a city in our residential targeting, so you can pin a session to the capital. |
| Regions | Five welayats: Ahal, Balkan, Dashoguz, Lebap and Mary | Ashgabat, Ahal, Balkan, Lebap and Mary can each be targeted on their own; Dashoguz is not in our pool today. |
| Currency | Turkmen manat (TMT), issued by the Central Bank of Turkmenistan | Local shops list prices in manat. ProxyEmpire plans are billed in US dollars. |
| Language & script | Turkmen is the state language, written in the Latin alphabet with letters such as Γ§, Γ€, Ε, Ε, Γ½ and ΕΎ; Russian is widely used | Check keywords, ads and landing pages in both the Turkmen and the Russian version of a site. |
| Time zone | UTC+5 all year, with no clock changes | Schedule daily price checks and “today only” offers on Ashgabat time. |
| Internet domain | .tm | The IP address, not the domain, decides which local version of a site you are shown. |
| Networks | Fixed line: Turkmentelecom and the Ashgabat City Telephone Network (AGTS). Mobile: the main operator is TMCELL, the mobile brand of Altyn Asyr | Both fixed-line networks are in our residential pool. Mobile IPs are sold at country level, so you cannot choose a carrier. |

What our Turkmenistan proxy coverage actually reaches
A small pool, described honestly
Most lists that offer a proxy Turkmenistan option stop at the country. On residential, you can also pin a session to a region, city or home network; mobile is country level only. Either way the pool is small, and success rates and speed can vary.
Residential regions you can target
The API returns five regions today: the capital, Ashgabat, and the Ahal, Balkan, Lebap and Mary welayats. Dashoguz is not available at the moment.
Ahal surrounds the capital, Balkan is the west of the country along the Caspian coast, Lebap is the east along the Amu Darya river, and Mary is the south-east.
All 6 targetable cities
Every residential city in the API is listed below. Each can be targeted on its own:
Tejen is in Ahal, Bayramaly in Mary, Gumdag in Balkan and Gowurdak in Lebap. Kurtli is a locality within the Ashgabat city area that our data lists separately. Gowurdak appears under its former name: the town has officially been called Magdanly since 2002. Other towns, including the welayat centres Mary, Turkmenabat and Balkanabat, are not city targets today.
Home networks (ISPs)
These are the two Turkmen ISPs you can target by name. Turkmentelecom, the national operator, appears in every covered region. The Ashgabat City Telephone Network, known locally as AΕTU, serves the capital and appears in Ashgabat and the surrounding Ahal Region. Our network data lists it under two company names, so we count it once.
Turkmenistan mobile proxies: country level only
Mobile IPs are now available in Turkmenistan at country level only: you can choose Turkmenistan, but not a region, city or carrier. Coverage is low, so few mobile IPs are online at any moment. For mobile work at volume, our Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan locations both offer mobile proxies with carrier targeting.
Honest counts, small pool. Six cities, two ISPs and country-level mobile will not suit jobs that need heavy daily volume. They are good for focused checks, not large crawls: seeing what visitors in Ashgabat see, or comparing the capital with Tejen and Bayramaly. For large crawls, use Kazakhstan.
What teams use Turkmen proxies for
Focused checks on our Turkmen network
Local SEO & SERP tracking
Check Google rankings, map packs and ads for Turkmen and Russian queries as searchers in Ashgabat see them, instead of the results served to a visitor abroad.
E-commerce price monitoring
Spot-check the prices, stock and delivery terms that online shops show visitors in Turkmenistan, in manat, and compare the capital with the regions.
Ad verification
Confirm that campaigns aimed at Turkmenistan appear in the right language and creative, on desktop and on a mobile IP, on the sites and apps you paid for.
Localisation & QA testing
Check that your site or app shows Turkmen visitors the right language, currency and content, and that sign-up and checkout work from a local home or mobile connection.
Travel & regional pricing
Compare how airlines, hotels and online services price the same offer for visitors in Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
Market research
Sample public listings, classifieds and business directory pages to size a market in Ashgabat and the regions before you launch there.

Free Turkmenistan proxy lists vs paid Turkmen proxies
What you actually get from a free Turkmenistan proxy
Search for a free Turkmenistan proxy and you will find very few entries. Most are open servers already scanned and used by thousands of other people. They go offline within hours, are often not in Turkmenistan at all and are quickly flagged by the sites you want to check. ProxyEmpire is a paid, authenticated service for businesses that need a Turkmenistan IP address.
| Free Turkmenistan proxy lists | ProxyEmpire Turkmen proxies | |
|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres, not always in Turkmenistan | Real Turkmen home and mobile connections |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP stops working | A small managed pool, with rotating or sticky sessions |
| Detection | Usually flagged as bots on major sites | Looks like an ordinary local visitor |
| Targeting | Country at best | Region, city, ISP, ASN and OS on residential; country on mobile |
| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |
| Cost | Free | From $1.50/GB, with a $1.97 trial |

Turkmenistan proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Turkmen proxy server (TM proxy)?
A Turkmenistan proxy server gives you a Turkmenistan IP address, so websites treat you as a local visitor. A Turkmenistan residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real household’s connection on Turkmentelecom or the Ashgabat City Telephone Network, instead of a data centre. A mobile proxy routes it through a Turkmen mobile connection.
Is there a free Turkmenistan proxy from ProxyEmpire?
No. ProxyEmpire is a paid, authenticated proxy service, not a free web proxy site or proxy list. The lowest-cost way to try it is the $1.97 trial, which gives you real Turkmen IPs to test before you buy a plan.
How good is coverage in Turkmenistan?
Low. The pool is small on both residential and mobile, few IPs are online at any moment, and success rates and speed can vary. It is good for focused checks, not large crawls. For volume or steadier results in the region, use our Kazakhstan location, which has far more cities, ISPs and mobile carriers.
Can I target specific Turkmen regions, cities or ISPs?
On residential, yes. It covers Ashgabat and the Ahal, Balkan, Lebap and Mary regions, six cities (Ashgabat, Tejen, Bayramaly, Gumdag, Gowurdak and Kurtli) and two local ISPs, Turkmentelecom and the Ashgabat City Telephone Network. You can also target by ASN and OS fingerprint. Mobile is country level only.
Do you offer Turkmen mobile proxies?
Yes, at country level only. You can choose Turkmenistan, but not a region, city or carrier. Coverage is low, so few mobile IPs are online at any moment. Mobile starts at $2.00/GB, or $4.50 for 1 GB, and nearby Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan offer mobile with carrier targeting.
Do you have Turkmenistan datacenter proxies?
Not at the moment. Rotating datacenter proxies are not offered with Turkmen IPs, so Turkmenistan is covered by residential and mobile proxies. Datacenter IPs are available in nearby Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
How much do Turkmenistan proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans, or $3.50 for a single GB on Pay As You Go. Rotating mobile starts at $2.00/GB, or $4.50 for 1 GB. Targeting is included at no extra charge, plans are billed in US dollars, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I keep the same Turkmenistan IP address?
Yes. Residential and mobile proxies support sticky sessions that hold the same Turkmenistan IP address across requests instead of switching on every request. Static residential IPs are not offered in Turkmenistan.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
Every Turkmen proxy server endpoint supports HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any scraper, rank tracker, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Is using a proxy legal?
Proxies are a standard networking tool. What matters is how you use them: respect each website’s terms of service and follow the rules that apply to you and to any personal data you collect.
