Tajik IPs from real homes and SIM cards
Tajik proxies on real home broadband and all four national mobile networks: Tcell, MegaFon, ZET-Mobile and Babilon-Mobile. Our Tajikistan proxies reach Dushanbe, Khujand, Vahdat and Tursunzoda, with rotating or sticky sessions and targeting down to the ISP.
Tajikistan proxy servers priced per GB, not per IP. Unused bandwidth rolls over.
Choose your Tajikistan proxy type
Two ways to get a Tajik IP
Rotating residential
Tajik proxy server IPs on real home broadband in Dushanbe, Khujand, Vahdat and Tursunzoda. Best for scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking on Google.com.tj.
- Region, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
Rotating mobile
Tajik mobile proxies on Tcell, MegaFon, ZET-Mobile and Babilon-Mobile, all four national networks. Best for social media, app testing and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- Carrier and ASN targeting
- City targeting in Dushanbe and Khujand
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Tajikistan. Use sticky sessions to hold the same Tajik IP on either proxy type above.
Tajikistan at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Tajikistan is a mountainous Central Asian country of about 10.7 million people, and its web runs in two languages. Tajik, written in Cyrillic, is the state language, while Russian is common on the websites of shops, banks and mobile operators, many of which offer both versions. What a visitor sees, in which language and at what price, can depend on where the request comes from.
Location inside the country matters too. Dushanbe, the capital, is home to about 1.3 million people, and Khujand is the main city of the north. Online shops such as Alif Shop deliver across the country, and delivery terms, stock and offers can differ from one city to the next.
Tajik sites also check the kind of network a visitor is on. On well-protected sites, data-centre traffic is flagged as a bot straight away, while a Tojiktelecom or Babilon-T home connection, or a phone on Tcell or MegaFon, looks like an ordinary Tajik customer.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | About 10.72 million on 1 January 2026; the last census was held on 1 October 2020 | A compact market, so city and network targeting matter more than raw pool size. |
| Main cities | Dushanbe, the capital (about 1.3 million people), and Khujand, the main city of Sughd Region in the north | Both can be targeted on residential and mobile IPs, so you can compare what each city sees. |
| Currency | Tajik somoni (TJS), issued by the National Bank of Tajikistan | Local shops and classifieds list prices in somoni. ProxyEmpire plans are billed in US dollars. |
| Language & script | Tajik (ัะพาทะธะบำฃ) is the state language, written in Cyrillic with extra letters such as าณ, าท and ำฃ; Russian is the language of interethnic communication | Check keywords, ads and landing pages in both the Tajik and the Russian version of a site. |
| Time zone | UTC+5 all year, with no clock changes | Schedule daily price checks and “today only” offers on Dushanbe time. |
| Mobile networks | Tcell, MegaFon Tajikistan, ZET-Mobile and Babilon-Mobile | All four national networks are on ours, so mobile traffic looks like an ordinary Tajik subscriber. |

What our Tajikistan proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Most lists that offer a proxy Tajikistan option stop at the country. Here you can also pin a session to the region, city and network your target cares about, using the same API our dashboard uses.
Regions you can target
The API returns three regions today, listed below under the names our targeting uses:
The Districts of Republican Subordination are the districts to the east and west of Dushanbe, and include the cities of Vahdat and Tursunzoda. Sughd Region is the north of the country around Khujand.
All 4 targetable cities
Every city in the API is listed below. Each can be targeted on its own:
Dushanbe is the capital and Khujand the main city of the north. Vahdat lies just east of the capital and Tursunzoda to the west. Some tools and databases spell Tursunzoda as Tursunzade.
Mobile carriers
These are all four of Tajikistan’s national mobile networks, so no major network is missing. In our network data some carriers appear under their company names: Indigo Tajikistan (Tcell) and TT mobile (MegaFon Tajikistan). ZET-Mobile is the network that used to trade as Beeline. Mobile IPs can be targeted by carrier, and by city in Dushanbe (all four networks) and Khujand (Tcell and Babilon-Mobile).
Fixed-line ISPs
The national operator Tojiktelecom is covered, along with Babilon-T, Telecomm Technology, Isatel, Intercom, Net Solutions and Spitamen Alexander Internet, plus MegaFon Tajikistan’s own network. That makes eight separate Tajik ISPs you can target by name.
Honest counts, real addresses. Four cities and eight ISPs will not suit a job that needs hundreds of distinct Tajik locations. They do suit most teams: seeing what visitors in Dushanbe or Khujand see, and testing apps and ads on each of the four mobile networks.
What teams use Tajik proxies for
Common workloads on our Tajik network
E-commerce price monitoring
Track prices, stock and delivery terms on Alif Shop and grocery delivery services such as Paykar, exactly as shoppers in Dushanbe or Khujand see them.
Local SEO & SERP tracking
Check Google.com.tj and Yandex rankings, map packs and ads from the city you care about, for Tajik and Russian queries.
Classifieds & property data
Collect listings from Somon.tj to follow rents, flat prices and used-car values in Dushanbe, Khujand and the towns around them.
Ad verification
Confirm that campaigns aimed at Tajikistan appear in the right language on the placements you paid for, from news sites such as Asia-Plus to mobile apps.
Social media & app testing
Run Tajik accounts and test apps from mobile IPs on Tcell, MegaFon, ZET-Mobile or Babilon-Mobile, so sessions look like a local phone rather than a server.
Travel & regional pricing
Compare how airlines, hotels and online services price the same offer for visitors in Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.

Tajikistan proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Tajik proxy server (TJ proxy)?
A Tajikistan proxy server gives you a Tajikistan IP address, so websites treat you as a local visitor. A Tajikistan residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real household’s connection on a network such as Tojiktelecom or Babilon-T, instead of a data centre.
Is there a free Tajikistan proxy from ProxyEmpire?
No. ProxyEmpire is a paid, authenticated proxy service, not a free web proxy site or proxy list. The lowest-cost way to try it is the $1.97 trial, which gives you real Tajik residential and mobile IPs to test before you buy a plan.
Can I target specific Tajik regions, cities or ISPs?
Yes. Residential proxies cover Dushanbe, Sughd Region and the Districts of Republican Subordination, four cities (Dushanbe, Khujand, Vahdat and Tursunzoda) and eight local ISPs, including Tojiktelecom, Babilon-T and Telecomm Technology. You can also target by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint.
Do you offer Tajik mobile proxies?
Yes. Rotating mobile proxies run on all four Tajik networks: Tcell, MegaFon, ZET-Mobile and Babilon-Mobile. You can pick the carrier, and target by city in Dushanbe and Khujand. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block.
Do you have Tajikistan datacenter proxies?
Not at the moment. Rotating datacenter proxies are not offered with Tajik IPs, so Tajikistan is covered by residential and mobile proxies. Datacenter IPs are available in nearby Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
How much do Tajikistan proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans and rotating mobile at $2.00/GB. Tajik targeting is included at no extra charge, plans are billed in US dollars, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I keep the same Tajikistan IP address?
Yes. Residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions that hold the same Tajikistan IP address across requests instead of switching on every request. Static residential IPs are not offered in Tajikistan.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
Every Tajik proxy server endpoint supports HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any scraper, rank tracker, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Is a free Tajikistan proxy list good enough?
For a one-off look at a page, sometimes. For regular work, no. Free entries are slow, often turned away, may not be in Tajikistan at all and are run by operators who may log your traffic, with no way to choose the city or network.
Is using a proxy legal?
Proxies are a standard networking tool. What matters is how you use them: respect each website’s terms of service and follow the rules that apply to you and to any personal data you collect.
