Kuwaiti IPs from real homes and SIM cards
Kuwaiti proxies on real home internet lines from stc, KEMS Zajil, FASTtelco and Gulfnet, plus mobile IPs on Zain, Ooredoo and stc. Our Kuwait proxies target Kuwait City, Salmiya, Jabriya, Sabah Al Salem and Hawalli, with rotating or sticky sessions.
Kuwait proxy servers priced per GB, not per IP. Unused bandwidth rolls over.
Choose your Kuwait proxy type
Two ways to get a Kuwait IP address
Rotating residential
A Kuwaiti proxy server on real home internet lines from stc, KEMS Zajil, FASTtelco and Gulfnet, in Kuwait City, Salmiya, Jabriya and Sabah Al Salem. Best for scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking.
- Governorate, area, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
Rotating mobile
Mobile IPs on all three Kuwaiti networks, Zain, Ooredoo and stc, across four governorates. Best for social media, app testing and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- Governorate, area, carrier and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Kuwait. Use a sticky session to hold the same Kuwaiti IP on residential or mobile instead. Datacenter IPs are not available in Kuwait either.
Kuwait at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Kuwaiti websites show Kuwaiti visitors a different internet. Prices in dinars, the delivery areas offered at checkout, Google.com.kw results and the ads served in Arabic and English all depend on where a request comes from. A request from a server abroad often lands on a regional or international version of the same site.
The country is compact, yet local shops, delivery apps and classifieds still show different offers, fees and listings depending on the area a visitor comes from, whether that is Kuwait City, seaside Salmiya or Sabah Al Salem further south.
Kuwaiti sites also look at the network behind each visit. On well-protected sites, data-centre traffic is flagged as a bot straight away, while a home line on stc or Zajil, or a phone on Zain or Ooredoo, looks like an ordinary local customer, because that is what it is.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | About 4.9 million (4,881,254 estimated at 1 January 2025) | A large international community means many Kuwaiti sites run Arabic and English versions side by side, and both need checking from a local IP. |
| Governorates | 6: Capital, Hawalli, Al Farwaniya, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Al Ahmadi and Al Jahra | Our region targeting follows the governorates; three are in the residential pool and four in the mobile pool. |
| Currency | Kuwaiti dinar (KWD), divided into 1,000 fils; linked to a weighted basket of currencies since May 2007 | Shops show prices in dinars with three decimal places, so price checks from a Kuwaiti IP match what residents actually pay. |
| Language | Arabic is the official language; English is common on retail, travel and business sites | Arabic pages read right to left, and localised pages, ads and search results should be checked in both languages. |
| Telecom networks | Three mobile operators, Zain, Ooredoo and stc; wired internet from licensed ISPs including KEMS Zajil, FASTtelco, Gulfnet and Solutions by stc | All three mobile networks are in our mobile pool, and the home-internet side covers stc and three independent ISPs. |
| Time zone and domain | UTC+3 all year; country domain .kw | Schedule checks for Kuwaiti evening peak hours, and track rankings on Google.com.kw rather than a generic Google. |

What our Kuwait proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Many providers list Kuwait as a single country checkbox. Here you can run a proxy Kuwait-wide or pin a session to the governorate, area and network your target cares about. Everything below comes from the same API our dashboard uses, with nothing rounded up.
3 of Kuwait’s 6 governorates on residential IPs
Residential IPs cover the Capital governorate around Kuwait City, Hawalli on the coast to the south-east, and Mubarak Al-Kabeer further south. Mobile IPs cover the Capital and Hawalli as well and add Al Ahmadi in the south and Al Jahra in the west, so five of the six governorates are reachable across both products. Al Ahmadi and Al Jahra can be targeted at governorate level only, on mobile. Al Farwaniya, inland from Kuwait City, is not in either pool at the moment.
5 targetable locations, from Kuwait City to Sabah Al Salem
That is the full list, not a selection. Apart from Kuwait City, these are residential areas rather than separate cities: Salmiya and Jabriya sit in Hawalli governorate, and Sabah Al Salem in Mubarak Al-Kabeer. Residential IPs reach Kuwait City, Salmiya, Jabriya and Sabah Al Salem; mobile IPs reach Kuwait City and the Hawalli area. For a Kuwait City proxy, pick the location in the dashboard; for anywhere else, choose the governorate and use a sticky session.
Mobile carriers
Our Kuwaiti mobile pool runs on Zain, Ooredoo and stc, the three mobile network operators in the country, so none is missing. Mobile IPs can be targeted to the Capital, Hawalli, Al Ahmadi and Al Jahra governorates, and to Kuwait City or the Hawalli area at location level.
Fixed-line ISPs
Residential IPs come from five Kuwaiti networks run by four providers: stc Kuwait, together with its subsidiary Solutions by stc (formerly Qualitynet), KEMS Zajil, FASTtelco and Gulfnet. All five are on CITRA’s list of licensed providers and available in Kuwait City. Zain and Ooredoo home lines are not in the residential pool at the moment; use their mobile IPs instead.
Why the network mix matters. Anti-bot systems know which networks Kuwaiti homes and phones use. Spreading sessions across stc, Zajil, FASTtelco and Gulfnet home lines, or switching to a Zain, Ooredoo or stc mobile IP, keeps your traffic looking like everyday Kuwaiti users rather than one busy connection.
What teams use Kuwaiti proxies for

Local SEO & SERP tracking
Check Google.com.kw rankings, map packs and ads from Kuwait City or Salmiya, in Arabic or English, instead of from one generic location outside the country.

Collect listings from 4Sale and OpenSooq Kuwait to follow used-car prices, rents and property asking prices by area, without CAPTCHAs skewing the sample.
Ad verification & localisation
Confirm that campaigns aimed at Kuwait run on the placements you paid for, show prices in dinars, and that Arabic ads and landing pages display correctly from right to left.
Delivery apps & quick commerce
Compare menus, delivery fees and offers on Talabat Kuwait from different areas, as customers in Kuwait City or Salmiya see them.
Travel & app testing
Record Kuwait Airways fares and hotel prices as Kuwaiti visitors see them, and test apps from Zain, Ooredoo or stc mobile IPs so sessions look like a local phone.

Free Kuwait proxy lists vs paid Kuwaiti proxies
Why a free Kuwait proxy rarely works
Searching for a Kuwait proxy free of charge usually leads to public lists. Most entries are open servers that thousands of other users have already scanned and abused. They go offline within hours, are rarely on a Kuwaiti home network at all, and are flagged by the sites you want to reach.
| Free Kuwait proxy lists | ProxyEmpire Kuwaiti proxies | |
|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres | Real Kuwaiti homes and Zain, Ooredoo and stc SIM cards |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP disappears | Always-on pool, with rotating or sticky sessions |
| Detection | Usually flagged or blacklisted on major sites | Looks like an ordinary local visitor |
| Targeting | Country at best | Governorate, area, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint |
| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |
| Cost | Free | From $1.50/GB, with a $1.97 trial |

Kuwait proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Kuwait proxy server (KW proxy)?
A Kuwait proxy server gives you a Kuwait IP address, so websites treat you as a visitor from the country. A Kuwait residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real household’s connection on a network like stc or Zajil instead of a data centre, which makes it far less likely to be flagged. In the dashboard this is country code KW, so a KW proxy, a Kuwait proxy and a Kuwaiti proxy server all mean the same pool.
How do I get a Kuwait IP address?
Sign up, choose Kuwait as the country and connect through the endpoint the dashboard generates. Each request then leaves through a proxy server that Kuwaiti websites see as a local visitor. You can switch between Kuwaiti IPs on every request or keep one for a whole session.
Can I target specific Kuwaiti governorates, areas or ISPs?
Yes, within what the network covers today. Residential proxies can be targeted to 3 of the 6 governorates, to Kuwait City, Salmiya, Jabriya and Sabah Al Salem, and to any of the five ISP networks. Mobile proxies cover 4 governorates, Kuwait City and the Hawalli area. ASN and OS fingerprint targeting are included on both.
Do you offer Kuwait mobile proxies?
Yes, on all three Kuwaiti mobile networks: Zain, Ooredoo and stc. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest traffic for websites to tell apart from ordinary users.
Do you have Kuwait datacenter or static IPs?
Not at the moment. Datacenter and static residential proxies are not offered with Kuwaiti IPs. For a long-lived Kuwaiti IP, use a sticky session on residential or mobile.
How much do Kuwait proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans and rotating mobile at $2.00/GB, billed in US dollars. Kuwaiti targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I keep the same Kuwait IP?
Yes. Rotating residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions, which keep the same Kuwaiti IP across requests instead of switching on every request.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any scraper, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Is there a free Kuwait proxy that works?
Not reliably. Public lists sometimes include an address that geolocates to Kuwait, but these are open servers shared by strangers: they stop working within hours and can be run by operators who log or resell your traffic. We don’t offer free Kuwaiti IPs either. The low-cost way to test a real Kuwaiti connection is the $1.97 trial.
Can I use Kuwaiti proxies for business?
Yes. Proxies are a standard tool for market research, price monitoring, SEO and ad verification. What matters is how you use them: respect websites’ terms of service, and follow the privacy rules that apply to you, including CITRA’s Data Privacy Protection Regulation (2024) where it covers your service, whenever you collect personal data.
