Lithuanian IPs from real homes and SIM cards
Lithuanian proxies on real home connections and the Telia, Bitė and Tele2 mobile networks. Our Lithuania proxies reach Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai or any of 24 cities in all 10 counties, with rotating or sticky sessions.
Pay per GB, not per IP. Unused bandwidth rolls over.

Three ways to get a Lithuanian IP
Rotating residential
Home broadband IPs across Lithuania, from Vilnius to the smaller county towns. Best for scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking on Google.lt.
- County, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
Rotating mobile
Lithuania mobile proxies on Telia, Bitė and Tele2, all three national networks. Best for social media and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- County, city, ZIP, carrier and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Rotating datacenter
Fast, low-cost Lithuanian datacenter IPs. Best for high-volume jobs on sites with light bot protection.
- Lithuania country-level targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- Lowest cost per GB for bulk traffic
- Plans from 40 GB for $25
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Lithuania. The nearest static location is Poland, or use sticky sessions to hold the same Lithuanian IP on any of the three proxy types above.
Lithuania at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Lithuania is a small market with a busy web of its own. Search results on Google.lt, prices on Pigu.lt, Varle.lt and Senukai, and the ads served to Lithuanian users all depend on where the request comes from. A Latvian or Polish IP gets a different page, often in a different language and with a different offer.
Sharing the euro with Latvia and Estonia does not make Baltic prices the same. Each country sets its own VAT, shipping and promotions, so a price in Vilnius and the same product in Riga are only comparable once you see the Lithuanian page as a Lithuanian visitor sees it.
Lithuanian sites also check what kind of network a visitor is on. On well-protected sites, traffic from a data centre gets flagged as a bot straight away. Traffic from a Telia or Cgates home connection looks like an ordinary Lithuanian customer, because that is what it is.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | 2.89 million (1 January 2026) | A compact pool, so precise city and ISP targeting matters more than raw volume. |
| Largest cities | Vilnius (capital), Kaunas, Klaipėda | Results and delivery offers shown in Vilnius can differ from Klaipėda or a small county town. |
| Currency | Euro (EUR) since 1 January 2015 | Prices are in euros, but VAT, delivery fees and promotions are set per country, not per currency. |
| VAT | 21% standard rate | Gross prices shown to Lithuanian visitors differ from those shown in Latvia, Estonia or Poland. |
| Language & script | Lithuanian, Latin alphabet with ą, č, ę, ė, į, š, ų, ū, ž | Local SERPs, reviews and social feeds only show up properly for Lithuanian IPs and locale settings. |
| Online life | 89% of households online; 65% of people aged 16–74 bought online in the past year (2025) | Most Lithuanian adults shop online, so marketplace and comparison data is worth tracking closely. |
| Mobile networks | Telia, Bitė, Tele2 | All three national networks are on ours, so mobile traffic looks like an ordinary Lithuanian subscriber. |
| EU & Schengen | EU member since 1 May 2004; Schengen since 21 December 2007 | GDPR applies, and EU geo-restricted content treats Lithuanian IPs as fully European. |

What our Lithuania coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Most providers list Lithuania as a single country checkbox. Here you can pin a session to the county, city and network your target cares about. This is the targeting available on the ProxyEmpire network today, pulled from the same API our dashboard uses.
All 10 counties
Coverage is complete at regional level: every one of Lithuania’s 10 counties (apskritys) can be targeted on its own.
All 24 targetable cities and towns
Every city in the API is listed below. Beyond the three big cities, county seats, industrial towns and resorts can each be targeted on their own:
Druskininkai, the spa resort in the south, can be targeted separately from Vilnius, which helps with hotel and travel price checks.
Mobile carriers
These are all three of Lithuania’s national mobile networks, so no major network is missing. Prepaid brands such as Pildyk, Labas and Ežys run on the same three networks.
Fixed-line ISPs
The big national networks are covered — Telia Lietuva, Tele2 and Cgates — together with Init, Balticum and Splius and regional cable and fibre providers such as Etanetas, Penki, Airnet, Kauno interneto sistemos (KIS) and NTT. That gives more than 12 separate Lithuanian networks you can target by name.
Why the network mix matters. Anti-bot systems look at which network a request comes from, and a pool built on one big provider is easy to spot. Having IPs on regional networks too — a cable company in Klaipėda, a fibre provider in Kaunas — is what makes your traffic look like ordinary Lithuanian households.
What teams use Lithuanian proxies for
Common workloads on our Lithuanian network
E-commerce price monitoring
Track prices, stock and delivery fees on Pigu.lt, Varle.lt and Senukai exactly as Lithuanian shoppers see them, with Lithuanian VAT included.
Local SEO & SERP tracking
Check Google.lt rankings, map packs and ads from Vilnius, Kaunas or Klaipėda instead of a generic EU location.
Property & classifieds data
Collect listings from Aruodas.lt, Autoplius.lt and Skelbiu.lt to follow rents, house prices and used-car values city by city.
Ad verification
Confirm that campaigns targeted at Lithuania actually render, in Lithuanian, on the placements you paid for, and catch fraud before it burns budget.
Social media management
Run Lithuanian accounts from mobile IPs on Telia, Bitė or Tele2, so logins look like a local phone rather than a server.
Baltic price comparison
Check the same product or hotel in Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn. All three price in euros, so a Lithuania proxy next to Latvian and Estonian IPs shows the real gaps.

Free Lithuania proxy lists vs paid Lithuanian proxies
Why free lists rarely work on Lithuanian sites
Free Lithuania proxy lists are easy to find, but most entries are open servers already scanned and abused by thousands of other users. They go offline within hours and are blacklisted by the Lithuanian sites you want to reach.
| Free Lithuania proxy lists | ProxyEmpire Lithuanian proxies | |
|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres | Real Lithuanian homes and Telia, Bitė and Tele2 SIM cards |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP disappears | Always-on pool, with rotating or sticky sessions |
| Blocks | Usually blacklisted on major Lithuanian sites | Looks like an ordinary local visitor |
| Targeting | Country at best | County, city, ZIP, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint |
| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |
| Cost | Free | From $1.50/GB, with a $1.97 trial |

Lithuania proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Lithuanian proxy (LT proxy)?
A Lithuanian proxy, or LT proxy, gives you a Lithuanian IP address so websites treat you as a local visitor. A Lithuania residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real Lithuanian household’s connection, so websites see a genuine local visitor on a network like Telia or Cgates instead of a data centre.
Can I target specific Lithuanian counties, cities or ISPs?
Yes. You can target all 10 Lithuanian counties, 24 cities and towns, and more than 12 local ISPs, including Telia Lietuva, Tele2, Cgates and Init. Residential and mobile proxies can also be targeted by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint. Datacenter proxies are targeted at country level.
Do you offer Lithuanian mobile proxies?
Yes. Rotating mobile proxies are available on all three Lithuanian networks: Telia, Bitė and Tele2. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block.
Do you have Lithuanian datacenter proxies?
Yes. Rotating datacenter proxies with Lithuanian IPs start at $25 for 40 GB and go down to $0.35/GB on larger plans. They are targeted at country level and suit high-volume work on lightly protected sites.
How much do Lithuania proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans, rotating mobile at $2.00/GB and rotating datacenter at $0.35/GB. Lithuanian targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I keep the same Lithuanian IP?
Yes. Rotating residential, mobile and datacenter proxies all support sticky sessions, which keep the same Lithuanian IP across requests instead of switching on every request. Static residential IPs are not offered in Lithuania; if you need a permanently fixed IP in the region, our nearest static location is Poland.
Can I use a Lithuania proxy for SEO and rank tracking?
Yes. Point your rank tracker at a Lithuanian residential proxy to see Google.lt results, local map packs and ads the way searchers in Vilnius or Kaunas see them. Use a new IP per request for large keyword sets, or a sticky session when a tool needs to page through results.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any scraper, rank tracker, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Why not use a free Lithuania proxy?
Free proxies are slow, blocked on most major sites, and often run by operators who log or resell your traffic. For anything work-related, a paid residential proxy is safer and far more reliable.
Is using a proxy legal in Lithuania?
Proxies themselves are legal in Lithuania and across the EU. What matters is how you use them: respect websites’ terms of service and GDPR when collecting personal data.
