Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Sweden. The nearest static locations are Germany, the Netherlands and Poland, or use sticky sessions to hold the same Swedish IP on residential or mobile. Datacenter IPs are not available in Sweden either.

Why a local IP changes what you see
Google.se results, prices at Elgiganten and NetOnNet, listings on Blocket and Hemnet and the ads shown to Swedish users all depend on where a request comes from. Many Nordic retailers run separate Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Finnish stores, so a visitor from the wrong country lands on the wrong shop, in the wrong currency.
Swedish sites also check the network type. Data centre traffic is flagged as a bot straight away on well-protected sites, while a Telia, Tele2 or Bahnhof home connection looks like an ordinary Swedish customer, because it is one.

20 of Sweden’s 21 counties
The region level for Sweden is the county (län). Gotland, the island county, is not a separate target at the moment. Every other county has at least one targetable town.
105 targetable locations
The 105 locations are cities and towns plus districts of the three big cities: Stockholm districts such as Bromma, Kista, Hägersten, Spånga and Vällingby, Gothenburg’s Angered, Askim and Västra Frölunda, and Malmö’s Limhamn are separate targets. The 70 best-known locations, by part of the country:

The other 35 are city districts, suburbs and smaller towns, from Jordbro and Vendelsö south of Stockholm to Sjöbo in Skåne and Herrljunga in Västergötland, useful when a site shows different delivery options outside the big cities.
Mobile carriers
Sweden has four national mobile networks, and all four are covered: together they hold about 96% of Swedish mobile subscriptions. Tre is run by Hi3G Access. Several well-known brands belong to the same operators: Comviq by Tele2, Halebop by Telia, Hallon by Hi3G (Tre) and Vimla by Telenor. Our network data also lists Gotanet (Götalandsnätet), a smaller regional provider from Västra Götaland.
Fixed-line ISPs
The large retail networks are covered: Telia, Tele2, Telenor, Bredband2 and Bahnhof, which together with Sappa hold close to 89% of Swedish fixed broadband subscriptions. Behind them come GlobalConnect, fibre providers such as Junet, InternetNord and Lidén Data, and local energy and city-network companies such as Gävle Energi, Sandviken Energi, Söderhamn Nära and Köpings Kabel-TV, plus Teleservice Bredband Skåne in the south. Counting obvious duplicates once, that is more than 15 distinct Swedish networks.

Why free lists rarely work on Swedish sites
Search for “proxy server Sweden” or a free Swedish proxy list and you will find plenty, but most entries are open servers already scanned and abused by thousands of other users. They go offline within hours and are blacklisted by the Swedish sites you want to reach.

What is a Swedish proxy (Sweden proxy)?
A Swedish proxy, or Sweden proxy server (in Swedish, a svensk proxy), gives you an IP address in Sweden so websites treat you as a local visitor. A Sweden residential proxy goes further: it routes your traffic through a real Swedish household’s connection on a network like Telia, Tele2 or Bahnhof, not a data centre, so it is far less likely to be blocked.
Can I target specific Swedish cities, counties or ISPs?
Yes. You can target 20 of the 21 counties and 105 locations, from Malmö and Gothenburg to Umeå and Kiruna, including Stockholm districts such as Bromma and Kista. ISP targeting covers Telia, Tele2, Telenor, Bredband2, Bahnhof and more than ten smaller networks. Residential and mobile proxies can also be targeted by ZIP, ASN and OS fingerprint. Gotland is not a separate target at the moment.
Do you offer Swedish mobile proxies?
Yes. Rotating mobile proxies run on all four Swedish networks: Telia, Tele2, Telenor and Tre. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest traffic to block.
Do you have Sweden datacenter or static IPs?
Not at the moment. Datacenter and static residential proxies are not offered with Swedish IPs. For a long-lived Swedish IP, use a sticky session on residential or mobile. If a fixed IP elsewhere in Europe works for you, static residential IPs are sold in Germany, the Netherlands and Poland.
How much do Sweden proxies cost?

Can I keep the same Swedish IP?
Yes. Rotating residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions, which hold the same Swedish IP across requests instead of switching on every request.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any scraper, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Why not use a free Sweden proxy?
Free proxies are slow, blocked on most major sites, and often run by operators who log or resell your traffic. If you are not paying for the product, your data usually is the product. For anything work-related, a paid residential proxy is safer and far more reliable.
Is using a proxy legal in Sweden?
Proxies themselves are legal in Sweden. What matters is how you use them: respect each site’s terms of service, and follow the GDPR and Sweden’s supplementary Data Protection Act (2018:218) when you collect personal data.
