Choose your Namibia proxy type
Two ways to get a Namibia IP address
Rotating residential
A Namibia proxy server on real home connections from MTC, Telecom Namibia, Paratus and RocketNet, in 11 regions and six cities. Best for price monitoring, SERP tracking and data collection from Namibian sites.
- Region, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
- Pay as you go from 1 GB
Rotating mobile
Namibia mobile proxy IPs on MTC and TN Mobile, in the Khomas, Erongo and Otjozondjupa regions, including the city of Windhoek. Best for social media, app testing and strict anti-bot systems.
- Region, city, ZIP, carrier and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Namibia; use a sticky session to hold the same Namibian IP on residential or mobile. Datacenter IPs are not available in Namibia at the moment.
Namibia at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Retail chains that shoppers in Namibia use every day, such as Checkers and Shoprite, run separate Namibian websites on .com.na addresses with their own specials. A visitor in Windhoek sees that local version; a request from a South African connection often lands on the South African site, and one from a data centre in Europe may get an international page or a block.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | 3,022,401 at the 2023 census; 49.5% live in urban areas | A small market, so an honest pool of genuine local IPs matters more than raw volume. |
| Regions | Fourteen; Khomas (494,605 people) is the most populous, followed by Ohangwena and Omusati | Our region level is the census region: 11 of the 14 can be selected, home to about four in five Namibians. |
| Capital | Windhoek, in the Khomas Region | Windhoek is the one city you can select on both residential and mobile. |
| Currency | Namibia dollar (NAD, N$), kept at parity with the South African rand within the Common Monetary Area | Namibian sites such as Gondwana Collection quote prices in N$, so collect prices from the Namibian version of a site. |
| Official language | English | Namibian and South African sites are both in English, so the IP address, not the language, decides which regional version you get. |
| Mobile networks | MTC, TN Mobile (Telecom Namibia) and Paratus, which launched mobile service in September 2025 | MTC and TN Mobile are in our mobile pool; Paratus is in the residential pool only. |
| Country domain | .na, including .com.na for businesses | Sites such as checkers.com.na and shoprite.com.na serve their Namibian audience from .na addresses. |

What our Namibia proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Whether you run one proxy Namibia-wide or pin a session to a region, city or network, here is exactly what you can target today, taken from the same API our dashboard uses. Residential and mobile reach different parts of the country, so we list them separately.
11 of Namibia’s 14 regions: 11 on residential, 3 on mobile
Residential IPs can be targeted in eleven regions:
Mobile IPs can be targeted in three regions:
The eleven residential regions held 81% of Namibia’s people at the 2023 census; the three mobile regions held just under a third. Every mobile region is also on residential. Ohangwena, Kunene and Omaheke cannot be selected as a region on either product today, and we do not list them as covered. A country-level session draws on the whole Namibia pool.
6 targetable Namibian cities
These are the six cities the API returns for Namibia: the capital, Windhoek; Walvis Bay and Swakopmund on the Erongo coast; Ongwediva in Oshana; Rundu in Kavango East; and Oranjemund in ǁKharas. All six work on residential, and Windhoek also on mobile. In the other covered regions, sessions are set at region level.
Namibia mobile proxy carriers
Our mobile pool covers MTC and TN Mobile, the mobile brand of Telecom Namibia. In Windhoek and the rest of Khomas you can choose either network; in Erongo and Otjozondjupa the pool is on TN Mobile. Paratus, which launched its own mobile network in September 2025, is not in our mobile pool yet, so we do not list it as a carrier.
Namibian ISPs in the residential pool
Residential IPs come from four networks: Telecom Namibia, which sells Speedlink home internet; MTC, which also sells home internet; Paratus, a fibre and wireless provider; and RocketNet, a Windhoek-based fibre provider. All four can be targeted in Windhoek. Paratus and Telecom Namibia also cover Swakopmund and Walvis Bay, and Telecom Namibia is the network in Ongwediva, Rundu and Oranjemund.
Honest counts, real addresses. Six cities and four home networks will not suit a job that needs residential IPs in every Namibian town. They do reach the capital, the coast, the north and the south.
What teams use Namibian proxies for
Common workloads on our Namibia network
Local SEO & SERP tracking
Check Google rankings, local results and ads as a searcher in Windhoek, Swakopmund or Rundu sees them, instead of the South African result set.
Telecom & data bundles
Track data bundles, promotions and device offers on the MTC, TN Mobile and Paratus websites exactly as a customer in Namibia sees them.
Retail & grocery prices
Collect weekly specials from Namibian retail sites such as Woermann Brock, Checkers Namibia and Shoprite Namibia, and compare the last two with what the same chains show shoppers in South Africa.
Travel & lodges
Compare lodge, camp and safari rates on sites such as Gondwana Collection, which quotes prices in N$, as a visitor browsing from Namibia sees them, against the rates shown abroad.
Jobs & labour-market data
Follow vacancies, job titles and employers on Namibian job boards such as Jobs Namibia, which lists openings by town from Windhoek to Walvis Bay and Ongwediva.
Ad verification & apps
Confirm that campaigns aimed at Namibia appear in the right placements on local news sites, and test apps and social accounts from MTC and TN Mobile IPs.

Free Namibia proxy lists vs paid Namibian proxies
Why free lists rarely work on Namibian sites
Search for a free Namibia proxy and you will find a handful of entries at best. Most are open servers already used by thousands of people; they go offline within hours, are often in South Africa or further away rather than in Namibia, and are blocked by the sites and apps you want to reach.
| Free Namibia proxy lists | ProxyEmpire Namibian proxies | |
|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres | Real Namibian homes and MTC and TN Mobile SIM cards |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP disappears | Always-on pool, with rotating or sticky sessions |
| Blocks | Usually blacklisted on major sites | Looks like an ordinary local visitor |
| Targeting | Country at best, and often wrong | Region, city, ZIP, ISP, carrier, ASN and OS fingerprint |
| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |
| Cost | Free | From $1.50/GB, with a $1.97 trial |

Namibia proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Namibian proxy (NA proxy)?
A Namibian proxy, or Namibia proxy server, gives you a Namibia IP address, so websites treat you as a visitor from Namibia. A residential or mobile proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real home or mobile connection on Telecom Namibia, MTC, Paratus or RocketNet instead of a data centre, which makes it far less likely to be blocked.
How do I get a Namibia IP address?
Start the $1.97 trial, set the country to Namibia (NA) in the dashboard and connect your tool to the endpoint it generates. Every request then leaves from a Namibian residential or mobile IP. You can narrow it down to a region, one of six cities or a specific network.
Can I target regions, cities or ISPs in Namibia?
Yes. Residential IPs can be targeted in eleven regions and six cities; mobile IPs in three regions and Windhoek. You can also choose an ISP or carrier and target by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint, at no extra charge. Ohangwena, Kunene and Omaheke are not available as regions today.
Do you offer Namibia mobile proxies?
Yes, on MTC and TN Mobile. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block. Coverage is narrower than residential: three regions, with MTC in Khomas. Paratus mobile IPs are not in the pool yet.
Do you have datacenter or static IPs in Namibia?
Not at the moment. Datacenter and static residential proxies are not offered with Namibian IPs. For a long-lived Namibia IP address, use a sticky session on residential or mobile.
Is a Namibia IP different from a South African one?
Yes. Namibia has its own IP addresses and networks, and brands such as Checkers and Shoprite run separate Namibian sites. With a Namibian IP you see those local pages and offers; for South African results, use our South Africa proxies instead.
How much do Namibia proxies cost?
Rotating residential costs $3.50 for 1 GB on Pay As You Go and as little as $1.50/GB on larger plans; rotating mobile costs $4.50 for 1 GB, down to $2.00/GB. Plans are billed in US dollars, per GB rather than per IP, and Namibia targeting is included. You can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I keep the same Namibia IP address?
Yes. Rotating residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions, which hold the same Namibian IP across requests instead of switching on every request.
Is there a free Namibia proxy that works?
For a one-off look at a page, sometimes. For regular work, no: free lists for Namibia are short, slow, often flagged and may not be in Namibia at all, and their operators may log your traffic.
Is using a proxy in Namibia legal?
Proxies are a standard tool for price monitoring, SEO and ad verification. What matters is how you use them: respect websites’ terms of service, and follow the data protection rules that apply whenever you collect personal data.
