Taiwanese IPs from real homes and SIM cards

Taiwanese proxies on real home fibre and cable and the Chunghwa Telecom, Taiwan Mobile and Far EasTone networks. Our Taiwan proxies reach 61 locations in 21 municipalities, counties and cities, from Taipei and Taichung to Kaohsiung, with rotating or sticky sessions.

Pay per GB, not per IP: residential from $1.50/GB. Unused bandwidth rolls over.

  • HTTP(S) & SOCKS5
  • No concurrent session limit
  • Sticky sessions or new IP per request
  • Bandwidth rolls over
  • 24/7 support from real people

Three ways to get a Taiwanese IP

Most popular

Rotating residential

Taiwan residential proxy IPs on home fibre and cable, from HiNet to local cable networks. Best for scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking on Google.com.tw and Yahooๅฅ‡ๆ‘ฉ.

$1.50/GB and up
  • Municipality, county, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
  • New IP per request or sticky sessions
  • OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
  • Pay as you go from 1 GB

Rotating mobile

Taiwan mobile proxy IPs on all three mobile networks. Best for social media, app testing and the strictest anti-bot systems.

$2.00/GB and up
  • Municipality, county, city, ZIP, carrier and ASN targeting
  • OS fingerprint targeting
  • Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session

Rotating datacenter

Fast, low-cost Taiwanese datacenter IPs. Best for high-volume jobs on lightly protected sites.

$0.35/GB and up
  • Taiwan-wide targeting
  • New IP per request or sticky sessions
  • Lowest cost per GB for bulk traffic
  • Plans from 40 GB for $25

Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Taiwan. The nearest static locations are Japan, Hong Kong and South Korea, or use sticky sessions to hold the same Taiwanese IP on any of the three proxy types above.

Taiwan at a glance

Why a local IP changes what you see

Prices and coupons on momo่ณผ็‰ฉ็ถฒ, PChome 24h and Shopee Taiwan, rankings on Google.com.tw and Yahooๅฅ‡ๆ‘ฉ, rental listings on 591 and the ads served to Taiwanese users all depend on where a request comes from. An IP from Singapore or the US often gets a different page, a different language version or no page at all.

Taiwanese sites also check the network. On well-protected sites, data centre traffic is flagged as a bot straight away, while a Chunghwa Telecom fibre line or a Taiwan Mobile SIM looks like an ordinary local customer, because it is one.

Fact Figure Why it matters for proxy work
Population 23.22 million (end of August 2026) A compact, city-heavy market, so municipality and city targeting separates Taipei results from Taichung or Kaohsiung.
Local administration 22 areas: 6 special municipalities, 13 counties and 3 cities 21 of the 22 are targetable, and delivery options, store stock and local results differ between them.
Currency New Taiwan dollar (TWD, NT$), issued by the Central Bank Taiwanese shops price in NT$, and only a Taiwanese IP shows local prices and offers reliably.
Language & script Mandarin, written in Traditional Chinese characters Local sites serve zh-TW pages, and a Taiwanese IP gets that version rather than another Chinese-language edition.
Internet use 88.75% internet penetration (2025) Nearly nine in ten people are online, so residential and mobile IPs blend in with normal traffic.
Online shopping Retail online sales of NT$671.6 billion in 2025, a record A large, growing online market with frequent sales events, which is what price monitoring is for.
Mobile networks Chunghwa Telecom, Taiwan Mobile, Far EasTone; 29.69 million mobile accounts, a third on 5G (November 2024) All three networks are on ours, so mobile traffic looks like an ordinary local subscriber.

What our Taiwan proxy coverage actually reaches

Read from the live API, not a brochure

Most providers list Taiwan as a single checkbox. Here you can run a proxy Taiwan-wide or pin a session to the municipality, city and network your target cares about, using today’s targeting from the same API our dashboard uses.

21 municipalities, counties and cities

The API returns 21 areas: all six special municipalities, 12 counties including the outlying Penghu and Kinmen, and the cities of Keelung, Hsinchu and Chiayi. The only one not listed is Lienchiang County (the Matsu Islands).

Mobile carriers

  • Chunghwa Telecom
  • Taiwan Mobile
  • Far EasTone

Taiwan has three mobile network operators, and all three are in our mobile pool, so no major network is missing. Our API also lists Asia Pacific Telecom, whose network became part of Far EasTone when the two merged in December 2023, so we count it under Far EasTone.

Fixed-line ISPs

More than 15 Taiwanese networks can be targeted by name. Chunghwa Telecom’s HiNet and So-net Taiwan are covered, as are Far EasTone’s fixed-line arm New Century InfoComm with its Seednet brand and the former Asia Pacific Telecom network. Cable operators fill in the rest: kbro, TBC and its DaDa Broadband brand, VeeTIME in the Taichung area and Hsin Yeong An Cable TV in Tainan, plus smaller local networks.

Why the long tail matters. Anti-bot systems look at which network a request comes from, and a pool built on one or two big ISPs is easy to rate-limit. Mixing HiNet fibre in Taipei with cable lines in Taichung and Tainan makes traffic look like ordinary Taiwanese households.

What teams use Taiwanese proxies for

Common workloads on our Taiwanese network

E-commerce price monitoring

Track prices, coupons and stock on momo่ณผ็‰ฉ็ถฒ, PChome 24h and Shopee Taiwan exactly as Taiwanese shoppers see them, in NT$.

Check rankings, local results and ads on Google.com.tw and Yahooๅฅ‡ๆ‘ฉ from Taipei, Taichung or Kaohsiung, instead of one generic location.

Marketplace & resale research

Monitor listings, sold prices and seller activity on Ruten (้œฒๅคฉๅธ‚้›†) and Shopee Taiwan, and used-car prices on 8891, without CAPTCHAs skewing the sample.

Property & local services

Collect rental and sale listings from 591 and restaurant ratings from iFoodie (ๆ„›้ฃŸ่จ˜), district by district.

Ad verification & localisation QA

Confirm campaigns aimed at Taiwan run on the placements you paid for, and that zh-TW landing pages, fonts and checkout flows render correctly for local users.

AI & Traditional Chinese data

Gather public Traditional Chinese text, product data, reviews and forum posts from boards such as PTT for training and evaluation datasets, spread across real local networks.

Free Taiwan proxy lists vs paid Taiwanese proxies

Why free lists rarely work on Taiwanese sites

A free Taiwan web proxy or a list of free Taiwan proxy servers is easy to find, but most entries are open servers already abused by thousands of users. They go offline within hours and are blacklisted by the Taiwanese sites you want to reach.

Taiwan proxy FAQ

Straight answers

What is a Taiwanese proxy (TW proxy)?

A Taiwan proxy server, or TW proxy, gives you a Taiwanese IP address so websites treat you as a local visitor. A residential proxy in Taiwan goes further: it routes traffic through a real household’s connection on a network like Chunghwa Telecom’s HiNet or a local cable line, not a data centre.

Is this a Taiwan web proxy I can use in my browser?

Not a free type-in-a-URL web proxy. You get authenticated proxy endpoints (host, port, username and password) that you add to your browser’s proxy settings, an anti-detect browser or your scraper. Every page then loads through a Taiwanese IP, with far more control and security than a free Taiwan web proxy.

Can I target specific Taiwanese cities, counties or ISPs?

Yes. You can target 21 municipalities, counties and cities, 61 locations down to district level, and more than 15 ISPs and networks, from Chunghwa Telecom to local cable operators. Residential and mobile also support ZIP, ASN and OS fingerprint targeting. Datacenter proxies are targeted Taiwan-wide.

Do you offer Taiwan mobile proxies?

Yes, on all three mobile networks: Chunghwa Telecom, Taiwan Mobile and Far EasTone. A Taiwan mobile proxy uses IPs shared by many real subscribers, which makes it among the hardest traffic for websites to block.

Do you have Taiwanese datacenter proxies?

Yes. Rotating datacenter proxies with Taiwanese IPs start at $25 for 40 GB, down to $0.35/GB on larger plans. They are targeted Taiwan-wide and suit high-volume work on lightly protected sites.

How much do Taiwan proxies cost?

Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans, rotating mobile at $2.00/GB and rotating datacenter at $0.35/GB. Taiwanese targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.

Can I keep the same Taiwanese IP?

Yes. Rotating residential, mobile and datacenter proxies all support sticky sessions, which hold the same Taiwanese IP across requests. Static residential IPs are not offered in Taiwan; the nearest static locations are Japan, Hong Kong and South Korea.

Which protocols and tools are supported?

HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any scraper, rank tracker, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.

Why not use a free Taiwan proxy?

Free proxies are slow, shared, blocked on most major sites and often run by operators who log or resell your traffic. For anything work-related, one of the paid Taiwan proxy providers gives you clean, authenticated IPs and targeting you can control.

Is using a proxy legal in Taiwan?

Proxies themselves are a standard business tool in Taiwan. What matters is how you use them: respect each site’s terms of service, and follow Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act when you collect personal data.
