UAE IPs from real homes and SIM cards
UAE proxies on real home broadband from e& and du, the two networks that serve the United Arab Emirates, plus mobile IPs on du. Run a Dubai proxy, switch to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or Al Ain, or cover six of the seven emirates, with rotating or sticky sessions.
United Arab Emirates proxy servers priced per GB, not per IP. Unused bandwidth rolls over.
Choose your UAE proxy type
Two ways to get a UAE IP address
Rotating residential
UAE residential proxy IPs on e& and du home broadband, from Dubai and Abu Dhabi to Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Best for scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking.
- Emirate, city, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
Rotating mobile
UAE mobile proxy IPs on du’s network, targetable in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Best for social media, app testing and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- Emirate, city, carrier and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in the UAE. Use a sticky session to hold the same UAE IP on residential or mobile instead. Datacenter IPs are not available in the UAE either.
The United Arab Emirates at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
UAE websites show UAE visitors a different internet. Prices in dirhams on Amazon.ae and Noon, the delivery promises on each product page, Google.ae results and the ads served in Arabic and English all depend on where a request comes from. A request from a foreign server often lands on an international storefront or sees prices in the wrong currency.
Location inside the country matters too. Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the northern emirates are separate markets for rents, delivery zones and local ads, so a listing or a delivery fee checked from Dubai is not always what a visitor in Sharjah or Al Ain sees.
UAE sites also check the network. On well-protected sites, data-centre traffic is flagged as a bot straight away, while an e& or du home connection, or a phone on du, looks like an ordinary resident, because that is what it is.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | About 11.3 million (end of 2024); Dubai alone passed 4 million residents in 2025 | A fast-growing market where Dubai alone holds about a third of residents, so city targeting changes the picture. |
| Emirates | Seven: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah | Our region targeting uses the emirates. Six of the seven are in the pool; Umm Al Quwain is not yet. |
| Currency | UAE dirham (AED), pegged at 3.6725 dirhams to the US dollar | Shops show UAE visitors prices in AED, so price checks have to be made from a UAE IP to match what residents pay. |
| VAT | 5% standard rate since 1 January 2018 | Consumer prices include VAT, so the figure a UAE shopper sees differs from an export or overseas price. |
| Language | Arabic is the official language; English is widely used online | Many sites run Arabic (right-to-left) and English versions side by side, and both should be checked as UAE visitors see them. |
| Telecom networks | Two licensed operators, e& (formerly Etisalat) and du; Virgin Mobile UAE runs on du | Both networks are in our residential pool, and our mobile pool runs on du. |
Sources: Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Centre (population at the end of 2024); Dubai Statistics Center (Dubai population, 2025); Central Bank of the UAE (dirham peg); Ministry of Finance and Federal Tax Authority (VAT); UAE Constitution (official language); Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority, TDRA (public telecom licences of e& and du, renewed in August 2026 until 2046); operators’ own information (Virgin Mobile UAE).
What our UAE proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Many providers list the UAE as a single country checkbox. Here you can pin a session to the emirate, city and network your target cares about. This is the targeting on the ProxyEmpire network today, from the same API our dashboard uses, with nothing rounded up.
Six of the seven emirates
Every emirate except Umm Al Quwain is covered, including Fujairah on the east coast. Umm Al Quwain is not in the pool at the moment, but the nearby emirates of Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah all are.
7 targetable cities, from Dubai to Al Ain
That is the full list, not a selection. It covers the country’s main population centres: Dubai, the capital Abu Dhabi, Sharjah next door to Dubai, Al Ain inland in the Abu Dhabi emirate, and the main towns of Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. For a Dubai proxy, pick Dubai as the city or the emirate; for Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or Al Ain, do the same.
Mobile carriers
Our UAE mobile pool runs on du, with city targeting in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. To be plain about it: e&, the country’s other mobile network, is not in the mobile pool at the moment. If a target needs e& traffic specifically, use residential proxies on e& home broadband. Virgin Mobile UAE runs on du’s network but is not a separate option.
Fixed-line ISPs
Home broadband in the UAE is sold by the two licensed operators, and both are covered: e& (whose consumer brand is etisalat by e&, formerly Etisalat) and du. Two ISPs sounds small, but here it is the whole market rather than a sample of it, so our residential IPs sit on the same networks as the households you want to look like.
Why the network mix matters. With only two home networks in the country, almost every UAE household connects through e& or du. Anti-bot systems know that, so a “UAE” IP on an unfamiliar network stands out at once. Spreading sessions across both operators and across the emirates keeps your requests looking like ordinary UAE households.
What teams use UAE proxies for
Common workloads on our UAE network
E-commerce price monitoring
Track prices, stock and delivery promises on Amazon.ae and Noon exactly as UAE shoppers see them, in dirhams and including VAT.
Local SEO & SERP tracking
Check Google.ae rankings, map packs and ads from Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah, in Arabic or English, not from one generic location.
Property data
Collect listings and asking rents from Bayut and Property Finder to follow the Dubai and Abu Dhabi markets community by community.
Classifieds & marketplace research
Monitor Dubizzle listings for cars, electronics and jobs at scale without CAPTCHAs or blocks skewing the sample.
Delivery & quick-commerce apps
See Talabat menus, delivery fees and offers as they appear to customers in different cities, from a local home or mobile IP.
Social media & ad verification
Run UAE accounts from du mobile IPs, and confirm that campaigns aimed at the UAE run on the placements you paid for, in both languages.

Free UAE proxy lists vs paid UAE proxies
Why a free UAE proxy rarely works
A free UAE proxy list is easy to find, but most entries are open servers already scanned and abused by thousands of other users. They go offline within hours, are rarely on a UAE home network at all, and are blacklisted by the UAE sites you want to reach.
| Free UAE proxy lists | ProxyEmpire UAE proxies | |
|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres | Real UAE homes on e& and du, and du SIM cards |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP disappears | Always-on pool, with rotating or sticky sessions |
| Blocks | Usually blacklisted on major UAE sites | Looks like an ordinary local visitor |
| Targeting | Country at best | Emirate, city, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint |
| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |
| Cost | Free | From $1.50/GB, with a $1.97 trial |

UAE proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a UAE proxy (United Arab Emirates proxy)?
A UAE proxy gives you an IP address in the United Arab Emirates, so websites treat you as a visitor from the UAE. A UAE residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real household’s connection on e& or du instead of a data centre, which makes it far less likely to be blocked.
Can I get a Dubai proxy?
Yes. Dubai is both a region and a city in our targeting, so a Dubai proxy can be set on residential or mobile. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other covered cities work the same way, and you can switch between them without changing plans.
Can I target specific emirates, cities or ISPs?
Yes. Residential proxies can be targeted to six of the seven emirates, seven cities including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Al Ain, and either ISP, e& or du. Targeting by ASN and OS fingerprint is also included. Mobile proxies can be targeted to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
Do you offer UAE mobile proxies?
Yes, on du’s network. A UAE mobile proxy uses IPs shared by many real subscribers, which makes it among the hardest traffic for websites to block. e& mobile IPs are not available at the moment.
Do you have UAE datacenter or static IPs?
Not at the moment. Datacenter and static residential proxies are not offered with UAE IPs. For a long-lived UAE IP, use a sticky session on residential or mobile.
How much do UAE proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans and rotating mobile at $2.00/GB. UAE targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I keep the same UAE IP address?
Yes. Rotating residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions, which keep the same UAE IP across requests instead of switching on every request.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any scraper, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Why not use a free UAE proxy?
Free proxies are slow, blocked on most major sites, and often run by operators who log or resell your traffic. For anything work-related, a paid residential proxy is safer and far more reliable.
Can I use UAE proxies for business?
Yes. Proxies are a standard tool for price monitoring, SEO and ad verification. What matters is how you use them: respect websites’ terms of service and data-protection rules, including the UAE’s Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) when you handle personal data. UAE cybercrime law makes it an offence to use a proxy or another IP address to commit or conceal a crime, so use them for legitimate work only.
