Egyptian IPs from real homes and SIM cards
Egyptian proxies on real home broadband and the Vodafone, Orange, e& and WE mobile networks. Our Egypt proxies reach 26 of the 27 governorates and 40 city-level locations, from Cairo, Giza and Alexandria to Luxor, Aswan and Hurghada, with rotating or sticky sessions.
Egypt proxy servers priced per GB, not per IP. Unused bandwidth rolls over.
Choose your Egypt proxy type
Two ways to get an Egyptian IP
Rotating residential
Home broadband IPs across Egypt, from Greater Cairo and Alexandria to the Delta, the Suez Canal cities and Upper Egypt. Best for scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking.
- Governorate, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
Rotating mobile
Mobile IPs on all four Egyptian networks: Vodafone, Orange, e& and WE. Best for social media, app testing and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- Governorate, city, ZIP, carrier and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Egypt. They are sold in a number of European markets, the nearest across the Mediterranean being Italy, or use sticky sessions to hold the same Egyptian IP on residential or mobile. Datacenter IPs are not available in Egypt either.
Egypt at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Egyptian websites show Egyptian visitors a different internet. Search results on Google.com.eg, prices in Egyptian pounds on Amazon.eg, Noon and Jumia, delivery fees on Talabat and the ads served on Arabic news sites all depend on where a request comes from. A request from a foreign server often lands on a Gulf or international version of a site instead, with prices in another currency.
Location inside Egypt matters too. Delivery areas, fees and stock differ between Greater Cairo, Alexandria, the Delta and Upper Egypt, and rents and listings on Dubizzle and Property Finder vary sharply from one governorate to the next. Local ads follow the same lines.
Egyptian sites also check the network. On well-protected sites, data-centre traffic is flagged as a bot straight away, while a WE or Vodafone home line, or a phone on Orange or e&, looks like an ordinary Egyptian customer, because that is what it is.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | About 109 million living in Egypt (May 2026) | A large market spread along the Nile Valley, the Delta and the coasts, so city targeting shows the difference between, say, Cairo, Tanta and Aswan. |
| Governorates | 27, from Cairo, Giza and Alexandria to Aswan and South Sinai | Our region targeting follows the governorates, so you can see a page as a visitor in Alexandria or Asyut sees it. |
| Currency | Egyptian pound (EGP, E£), issued by the Central Bank of Egypt | Prices, delivery fees and instalment offers are shown in pounds to Egyptian visitors, so they have to be read on the Egyptian version of a site. |
| VAT | 14% standard rate | Checking from Egypt shows the price a local shopper actually pays, not an export or international price. |
| Language & script | Arabic, written right to left; English is common on retail and travel sites | Many sites serve Arabic or English depending on the visitor, so ads and landing pages should be checked as they render for Egyptian users. |
| Mobile networks | Four: Vodafone, Orange, e& (formerly Etisalat Misr) and WE (Telecom Egypt) | We reach all four, so mobile sessions match the networks Egyptians actually use. |
| Subscriptions | 125.65 million mobile lines; 94.43 million mobile internet vs 12.95 million fixed broadband (March 2026) | Far more Egyptians go online by phone than by fixed line, so mobile IPs are ordinary traffic on consumer sites and apps. |

What our Egypt coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Many providers list Egypt as a single country checkbox. Here you can run a proxy Egypt-wide or pin a session to the governorate, city and network your target cares about. Everything below comes from the same API our dashboard uses.
26 of Egypt’s 27 governorates
Greater Cairo, the Delta, the Suez Canal cities, Upper Egypt from Beni Suef to Aswan and both coasts are covered. New Valley, the thinly populated desert governorate in the south-west, is the one not in the pool at the moment.
40 city-level locations
Coverage runs from Alexandria and Rashid on the Mediterranean to Aswan in the far south. The API lists 40 city-level locations. These 38 are cities, towns and city districts; the other two are labels that do not match a single town (one repeats the Qalyubia governorate name), so we leave them off the list:
Nasr City and Agouza are districts of Cairo and Giza rather than separate cities, useful when a delivery app shows different results across the capital. Hurghada and El Gouna cover the Red Sea resort coast.
Mobile carriers
Egypt has four mobile network operators and all four are in our mobile pool, so no major network is missing. e& is the current brand of the operator long known as Etisalat Misr, renamed after its parent group became e&. WE is the mobile and consumer brand of Telecom Egypt.
Fixed-line ISPs
Residential IPs come from the four national home-internet brands: WE (Telecom Egypt, formerly sold as TE Data), Vodafone, Orange, through LINKdotNET, which Mobinil (now Orange) bought in 2010, and e&. Smaller independent ISPs are not in the pool at the moment.
Why the network mix matters. Egypt’s home internet is sold by a handful of large brands. Spreading sessions across WE, Vodafone, Orange and e&, or switching to a mobile IP, keeps traffic looking like everyday Egyptian users rather than one busy connection.
What teams use Egyptian proxies for
Common workloads on our Egyptian network
E-commerce price monitoring
Track prices, stock and delivery options on Amazon.eg, Noon, Jumia and B.TECH exactly as Egyptian shoppers see them, in pounds and with local instalment offers.
Local SEO & SERP tracking
Check Google.com.eg rankings, map packs and ads from Cairo, Giza or Alexandria, in Arabic or English, not from one generic location.
Property & classifieds data
Collect listings from Dubizzle (formerly OLX Egypt) and Property Finder Egypt to follow rents, property prices and used-car prices governorate by governorate.
Ad verification & localisation
Confirm that campaigns aimed at Egypt run on the placements you paid for, and that right-to-left Arabic ads and landing pages display correctly.
Social media & app testing
Run Egyptian accounts and test apps from mobile IPs on Vodafone, Orange, e& or WE, so sessions look like a local phone rather than a server.
Delivery apps & local offers
Compare restaurant menus, delivery fees and delivery zones on Talabat from different districts of Cairo and Alexandria, as local customers see them.

Free Egypt proxy websites vs paid Egyptian proxies
Why a free Egypt proxy rarely works
A free Egypt proxy list or Egypt proxy website is easy to find, but most entries are open servers already abused by thousands of users. They go offline within hours and are blacklisted by the Egyptian sites you want to reach.
| Free Egypt proxy websites & lists | ProxyEmpire Egyptian proxies | |
|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres | Real Egyptian homes and Vodafone, Orange, e& and WE SIM cards |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP disappears | Always-on pool, with rotating or sticky sessions |
| Blocks | Usually blacklisted on major Egyptian sites | Looks like an ordinary local visitor |
| Targeting | Country at best | Governorate, city, ZIP, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint |
| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |
| Cost | Free | From $1.50/GB, with a $1.97 trial |

Egypt proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is an Egyptian proxy (بروكسي مصري)?
An Egyptian proxy, or Egypt proxy server, gives you an Egypt IP address, so websites treat you as a visitor from Egypt. An Egypt residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real Egyptian household’s internet connection, on a network like WE, Vodafone or Orange, instead of a data centre. That makes it far less likely to be blocked.
Can I target specific Egyptian governorates, cities or ISPs?
Yes. You can target 26 of the 27 governorates, 40 city-level locations from Alexandria to Aswan, and all four home-internet networks: WE, Vodafone, Orange and e&. Egyptian residential and mobile proxies can also be targeted by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint.
Do you offer Egyptian mobile proxies?
Yes, on all four Egyptian networks: Vodafone, Orange, e& and WE. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block.
Do you have Egyptian datacenter or static IPs?
Not at the moment. Datacenter and static residential proxies are not offered with Egyptian IPs. For a long-lived Egyptian IP, use a sticky session on residential or mobile. If a fixed IP elsewhere works for you, static residential IPs are sold in Italy and other European markets.
How much do Egypt proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans and rotating mobile at $2.00/GB. Egyptian targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I keep the same Egyptian IP?
Yes. Rotating residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions, which keep the same Egyptian IP across requests instead of switching on every request.
Do the proxies work on Arabic-language sites?
Yes. An Egyptian IP gets the Egyptian version of a site, often the Arabic one, with local prices and content, so you see Arabic news sites, forums and search results as local users do.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any scraper, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Is a free Egypt proxy website good enough?
For a one-off look at a page, sometimes. For regular work, no. Free Egypt proxy sites are slow, shared, usually blocked and often run by operators who log your traffic.
Can I use proxies for business in Egypt?
Yes. Proxies are a standard tool for price monitoring, SEO and ad verification in Egypt. What matters is how you use them: respect websites’ terms of service, and follow Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) whenever you collect personal data.
