Two ways to get a Jamaica IP address

Most popular

Rotating residential

A Jamaica proxy server on real household lines from Flow and Digicel, in 13 parishes from Kingston and Saint Catherine to Saint James and Westmoreland. Best for classifieds scraping, price monitoring and local search checks.

$1.50/GB and up
  • Parish, town, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
  • New IP per request or sticky sessions
  • OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
  • Pay as you go from 1 GB

Rotating mobile

A Jamaica IP address on a Digicel SIM card, on one of the island’s two mobile networks. Best for app testing, social media and the strictest anti-bot systems.

$2.00/GB and up
  • Carrier and ASN targeting
  • Kingston, Saint Catherine and Saint James parish targeting
  • Kingston and Portmore city targeting
  • OS fingerprint targeting; rotate or keep a sticky session

Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Jamaica. The nearest static location is the United States, or use sticky sessions to hold the same Jamaican IP on residential or mobile. Datacenter IPs are not available in Jamaica either.

Jamaica at a glance

Why a local IP changes what you see

Search results on Google.com.jm, prices at Jamaican shops, listings on classifieds sites and the ads shown to Jamaican users all depend on where a request comes from. A visitor in Kingston and one in Miami or London can see different prices, stock, currencies and ads on the same page.

English is the main written language, which creates a trap for anyone checking from abroad. English-language results from the United States, the United Kingdom or Canada look very similar, but the local rankings, shops and offers a Jamaican visitor sees are different. A Jamaica IP address is the reliable way to see the local version.

The 2022 Population and Housing Census counted just under 2.8 million people. The most densely populated area is Kingston and Saint Andrew, followed by Saint Catherine, home of Portmore and Spanish Town, which added more people than any other parish since 2011. Montego Bay, Ocho Rios and Negril on the north and west coasts are separate audiences with their own local businesses, so it pays to test more than one location.

Fact Figure Why it matters for proxy work
Population 2,774,538 (2022 Population and Housing Census) An English-speaking market of almost 2.8 million people, where local and foreign visitors can see different versions of the same site.
Territory 14 parishes, grouped into three historic counties: Cornwall, Middlesex and Surrey Our region targeting follows the parishes, and we cover 13 of the 14.
Most densely populated Kingston and Saint Andrew, followed by Saint Catherine The capital area is the biggest audience; target Kingston, Portmore or Spanish Town for it.
Currency Jamaican dollar (JMD), issued by the Bank of Jamaica Check which currency a site shows a local visitor before you compare its prices with other markets.
Languages Standard English is taught in schools and used on most Jamaican websites; Jamaican Patois is many people’s first language English-language results differ between Jamaica, the US and the UK, so check them from a Jamaican IP.
Mobile networks Two in service: Digicel and Flow. A third licensee, Rock Mobile, has not launched yet Digicel is in our mobile pool; Flow is not a mobile carrier target at the moment.
Country domain .jm Google.com.jm serves Jamaican searchers, so rank tracking needs a Jamaican IP.

What our Jamaica proxy coverage actually reaches

Read from the live API, not a brochure

Many providers list Jamaica as a single country checkbox. Here you can pin a session to the parish, town and network your target cares about. Everything below is what the API returned on the day we checked.

13 of Jamaica’s 14 parishes

  • Kingston
  • Saint Thomas
  • Portland
  • Saint Mary
  • Saint Ann
  • Trelawny
  • Saint James
  • Hanover
  • Westmoreland
  • Saint Elizabeth
  • Manchester
  • Clarendon
  • Saint Catherine

The API returns 13 region entries, one for each of these parishes. Saint Andrew, which surrounds Kingston, is not a region target at the moment. For Jamaican IPs without a parish filter, target the country as a whole.

25 towns and cities you can target

  • Kingston
  • Portmore
  • Spanish Town
  • Montego Bay
  • May Pen
  • Mandeville
  • Old Harbour
  • Savanna-la-Mar
  • Ocho Rios
  • Port Antonio
  • Morant Bay
  • Falmouth
  • Lucea
  • Negril
  • Bog Walk
  • Yallahs
  • Runaway Bay
  • Oracabessa
  • Buff Bay
  • Balaclava
  • Bamboo
  • Bethel Town
  • Boscobel
  • Grange Hill
  • Watchwell

These are all the towns the API returns, from the capital and its neighbours to the resort towns of the north coast and the market towns inland. The API lists two more city entries, Hanover and Saint Ann, which carry parish names rather than town names, so we do not count them as towns.

Jamaica mobile proxy carriers

  • Digicel

Jamaica has two mobile networks in service, Digicel and Flow. Our mobile pool is on Digicel only, so Flow is missing from the mobile side for now. Mobile sessions can be pinned to Kingston, Saint Catherine or Saint James parish, or to Kingston and Portmore as cities; everything else is set at country level.

Jamaican fixed-line ISPs

On the residential side the API lists 2 Jamaican broadband brands you can target by name: Flow (Cable & Wireless Jamaica) and Digicel, including its fibre network. We merge legal-name variants of the same company and leave out satellite and wholesale carriers, so the number is not padded.

Why the network mix matters. Anti-bot systems look at which network a request comes from. Spreading sessions across Flow and Digicel home lines, in several parishes, and adding Digicel SIM cards for mobile work, makes your traffic look like ordinary Jamaican households and phones instead of one easy-to-spot source.

What teams use Jamaican proxies for

Common workloads on our Jamaican network

Classifieds, property & car data

Collect listings from Jamaica Classified Online and JaCars to follow rents, house prices and used-car values by parish, exactly as buyers in Jamaica see them.

Google.com.jm SERP tracking

Check Google.com.jm rankings, map packs and ads as searchers in Kingston or Montego Bay see them, instead of the English-language results served to the US or UK.

Retail & price monitoring

Track prices, promotions and stock on CoolMarket, PriceSmart Jamaica and Hi-Lo as Jamaican shoppers see them, and compare them with what visitors from abroad are shown.

News sites & ad verification

Confirm that campaigns aimed at Jamaica run on the Jamaica Observer and the Gleaner with the right creative, on desktop and on Digicel phones.

Social media & app testing

Test apps, sign-up flows and Jamaican social accounts from Digicel mobile IPs, so sessions look like a local phone rather than a server abroad.

Travel & tourism pricing

See hotel rates, tours and transfers in Montego Bay, Ocho Rios and Negril as people inside Jamaica see them, and compare them with what foreign visitors are quoted.

Jamaica proxy FAQ

Straight answers

What is a Jamaican proxy server (JM proxy)?

A Jamaican proxy server, or Jamaica proxy server, gives you a Jamaica IP address, so websites and apps treat you as a visitor from Jamaica. A Jamaica residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real Jamaican household’s connection on Flow or Digicel instead of a data centre. That makes it far less likely to be flagged.

How do I get a Jamaica IP address?

Set the country to Jamaica in the dashboard and connect through the endpoint it generates. Every request then leaves from a Jamaica IP address on a home line or a phone, in the parish or town you choose.

Can I target specific Jamaican parishes, towns or ISPs?

Yes, within what the network covers: 13 of the 14 parishes, 25 towns and cities from Kingston to Negril, and 2 broadband providers (Flow and Digicel), plus ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint. Saint Andrew is not a parish target at the moment.

Do you offer Jamaica mobile proxies?

Yes, on Digicel, with parish targeting in Kingston, Saint Catherine and Saint James and city targeting in Kingston and Portmore. Flow mobile IPs are not in the pool at the moment. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block.

Do you have Jamaica datacenter or static IPs?

Not at the moment. Datacenter and static residential proxies are not offered with Jamaican IPs. For a long-lived Jamaican IP, use a sticky session on residential or mobile. If a fixed IP in the region works for you, static residential IPs are sold in the United States.

How much do Jamaica proxies cost?

Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans and rotating mobile at $2.00/GB, billed in US dollars. Jamaican targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial. Pay As You Go lets you buy a single GB of residential traffic for $3.50, with no subscription.

Can I keep the same Jamaica IP?

Yes. Rotating residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions, which keep the same Jamaican IP across requests instead of switching on every request.

Which protocols and tools are supported?

HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any browser, scraper, rank tracker, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.

Is there a free Jamaica proxy that works?

Free Jamaica proxy lists may work for a quick look at a page. For regular work they fall short: entries are slow, short-lived and often flagged, many are not in Jamaica at all, and you cannot tell who runs the server.

Is using a proxy legal?

Proxies are a standard networking tool for price monitoring, SEO and ad verification. What matters is how you use them: respect each site’s terms of service, and if you collect personal data about people in Jamaica, follow the data protection rules that apply in Jamaica and to you.
