Real Jordanian IPs on Orange, Zain and Umniah home lines
Jordanian proxies on real home broadband from Orange, Zain, Umniah, Damamax and JCS, plus mobile IPs on Orange Jordan. Our Jordan proxies reach 10 of the 12 governorates and 8 cities, from Amman, Zarqa and Irbid to Aqaba on the Red Sea, with rotating or sticky sessions.
Jordan proxy servers priced per GB, not per IP. Unused bandwidth rolls over.
Choose your Jordan proxy type
Two ways to get a Jordan IP address
Rotating residential
Home broadband IPs on Orange, Zain, Umniah, Damamax and JCS, in Amman, Zarqa, Irbid, Aqaba and four more Jordanian cities. Best for price monitoring, SERP tracking and ad checks.
- Governorate, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
Rotating mobile
Mobile IPs on the Orange Jordan network, targetable in Amman, the capital. Best for app testing, mobile ad checks and the strictest anti-bot systems, where a phone on a local network is the most natural visitor.
- Governorate, city, carrier and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Jordan. Use a sticky session to hold the same Jordanian IP on residential or mobile instead. Datacenter IPs are not available in Jordan either.
Jordan at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Jordanian websites show Jordanian visitors a different internet. Prices in dinars, the delivery areas offered at checkout, Google.jo results and the ads served in Arabic and English all depend on where a request comes from. A request from a server abroad often lands on a regional or international version of the same site.
Location inside the country matters as well. Amman, Zarqa and Irbid are the big urban markets in the north and centre of the country, each with its own shops, restaurants and delivery areas, while Aqaba, on the Red Sea coast in the far south, is a special economic zone with its own hotels, shops and seasonal travel demand.
Sites also look at the network behind each visit. Data-centre traffic is often flagged as a bot straight away, while an Orange, Zain or Umniah home line looks like an ordinary local customer, because that is what it is.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | About 12.05 million (July 2026), growing about 1.7% a year | A growing consumer market, so Jordan-facing shops, apps and ads change often and are worth checking regularly. |
| Capital and governorates | Amman; 12 governorates | Our region targeting follows the governorates, and 10 of the 12 are in the pool, including Amman. |
| Currency | Jordanian dinar (JOD), divided into 1,000 fils; held at 0.709 dinars per US dollar since 1995 | Shops show prices in dinars, often with three decimal places, so price checks from a Jordanian IP match what residents actually pay. |
| Sales tax | 16% general sales tax as the standard rate | Consumer prices include sales tax, so the figure a Jordanian shopper sees differs from an export or overseas price. |
| Language | Arabic is the official language; English is common on retail, travel and business sites | Arabic pages read right to left, and localised pages, ads and search results should be checked in both languages. |
| Mobile networks | Three mobile operators: Zain Jordan, Orange Jordan and Umniah | Our mobile pool runs on Orange Jordan; Zain and Umniah are covered on residential home broadband. |
| Time zone and domain | UTC+3 all year since October 2022; country domain .jo | Schedule checks for Jordanian evening peak hours, and track rankings on Google.jo rather than a generic Google. |

What our Jordan proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Run a proxy Jordan-wide or pin a session to the governorate, city and network your target cares about. Everything below comes from the same API our dashboard uses, with nothing rounded up.
10 of Jordan’s 12 governorates
The residential pool covers the north, with Irbid, Ajloun, Jerash and Mafraq; the centre, with Amman, Zarqa, Balqa and Madaba; and the south, with Ma’an and Aqaba. Balqa and Ma’an can be targeted at governorate level only: Balqa appears as one location under its governorate name, and Ma’an has no city option inside it. The other two governorates, Karak and Tafilah, are not in the residential pool at the moment.
8 targetable cities, from Amman to Aqaba
That is the full list, not a selection. Each is the main city of the governorate that shares its name, from Amman and Zarqa to Irbid in the north and the port city of Aqaba in the south. For an Amman or Aqaba proxy, pick the city in the dashboard.
Mobile carriers
Our Jordanian mobile pool runs on Orange Jordan, which the API lists under its company name, Jordan Telecommunications Company. Mobile IPs can be targeted to Amman governorate and to Amman at city level. To be plain about it: Zain Jordan and Umniah, the other two mobile operators, are not in the mobile pool at the moment. Both are in the residential pool on their home broadband networks, so if a target needs Zain or Umniah traffic, use residential proxies instead.
Fixed-line ISPs
Residential IPs come from five Jordanian home-internet networks: Orange Jordan (listed under both its brand and its company name), Zain Jordan (listed under the company name of its broadband network, Al-Mouakhah), Umniah, Damamax, a fibre provider for homes and small businesses, and JCS, a fibre and cable internet provider.
Honest counts, real addresses. Eight cities and five networks will not suit a job that needs thousands of different Jordanian locations. They do suit what most teams need: seeing what a visitor in Amman, Irbid or Aqaba sees, spreading sessions across the three big home-broadband brands, and testing an app on a real Orange Jordan mobile connection.
What teams use Jordanian proxies for
Common workloads on our Jordanian network
E-commerce price monitoring
Track prices, stock and delivery options on Jordanian online shops such as Leaders Center, and on the Jordan storefronts of regional marketplaces, exactly as local shoppers see them, in dinars and including sales tax.
Local SEO & SERP tracking
Check Google.jo rankings, map packs and ads from Amman, Irbid or Aqaba, in Arabic or English, instead of from one generic location outside the country.
Delivery apps & local offers
Compare menus, delivery fees and delivery areas on Talabat Jordan from different Jordanian cities, such as Amman, Zarqa and Irbid, as local customers see them.
Classifieds & property data
Follow listings on Jordanian classifieds and property portals to compare used-car prices, rents and property asking prices city by city, without CAPTCHAs skewing the sample.
Ad verification & localisation
Confirm that campaigns aimed at Jordan run on the placements you paid for, show prices in dinars, and that Arabic ads and landing pages display correctly from right to left.
Travel & app testing
Record hotel and holiday prices in Aqaba and Amman as Jordanian visitors see them, and test Android and iOS apps from an Orange Jordan mobile IP so sessions look like a local phone.

Free Jordan proxy lists vs paid Jordanian proxies
What you actually get from a free Jordan proxy
Looking for a Jordan proxy free of charge? Public lists of free Jordanian proxies are easy to find. ProxyEmpire is not one of those lists and has no free tier. We sell authenticated proxy access with Jordanian IP addresses to businesses and research teams, for use in browsers, scrapers and testing tools, and the cheapest way to try it is the $1.97 trial.
Most free entries are open servers that thousands of other users have already scanned and abused. Here is how they compare with a paid proxy in Jordan.

|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres, not always in Jordan | Real Jordanian home connections and Orange Jordan mobile connections |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP disappears | Always-on pool, with rotating or sticky sessions |

| Targeting | Country at best | Governorate, city, ZIP, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint |
| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |

Jordan proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Jordanian proxy server?
A Jordanian proxy server gives you an IP address in Jordan, so websites treat you as a visitor from the country. A Jordan residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real household’s connection on a network such as Orange, Zain or Umniah instead of a data centre, which makes it far less likely to be flagged. In the dashboard this is country code JO, so a JO proxy, a Jordan proxy and a Jordanian proxy all mean the same pool. This page is about IP addresses in Jordan the country, not the brand of the same name.
How do I get a Jordan IP address?
Sign up, choose Jordan as the country in the dashboard and copy the endpoint into your browser or tool. Every request then leaves through a Jordan proxy server on a real Jordanian home or mobile connection, so Jordan-facing sites see a local visitor. You can start with the $1.97 trial.
Can I target specific Jordanian governorates, cities or ISPs?
Yes. Residential proxies can be targeted to 10 of the 12 governorates, to 8 cities (Amman, Zarqa, Irbid, Aqaba, Madaba, Mafraq, Jerash and Ajloun) and to Orange, Zain, Umniah, Damamax or JCS. ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint targeting are also included. Karak and Tafilah are not available at the moment.
Do you offer Jordan mobile proxies?
Yes, on the Orange Jordan network, with governorate and city targeting in Amman. Zain Jordan and Umniah mobile IPs are not available at the moment; both are available on residential home broadband.
Do you have Jordan datacenter or static IPs?
Not at the moment. Datacenter and static residential proxies are not offered with Jordanian IPs. For a long-lived Jordanian IP, use a sticky session on residential or mobile.
How much do Jordan proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans and rotating mobile at $2.00/GB. Jordanian targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I keep the same Jordan IP?
Yes. Rotating residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions, which keep the same Jordanian IP across requests instead of switching on every request.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any browser, scraper, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Why not use a free Jordan proxy?
Free proxies are slow, flagged on most major sites, often not in Jordan at all, and run by operators who may log your traffic. ProxyEmpire has no free plan; the $1.97 trial is the low-cost way to test real Jordanian IPs.
Is using a proxy legal?
Proxies are a standard networking tool for market research, price monitoring, SEO and ad verification. What matters is how you use them: respect each site’s terms of service and follow the rules that apply to you and to any personal data you collect.
