Serbian IPs from real homes and SIM cards
Serbian proxies on real home connections and the A1 and Yettel mobile networks. Target Belgrade, Novi Sad, Niš, Kragujevac or any of 79 cities, with rotating or sticky sessions.
Pay per GB, not per IP. Unused bandwidth rolls over.

Three ways to get a Serbian IP
Rotating residential
Home broadband IPs across Serbia. Best for scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking.
- Region, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
Rotating mobile
Mobile IPs on A1 and Yettel. Best for social media and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- Region, city, ZIP, carrier and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Rotating datacenter
Fast, low-cost Serbian datacenter IPs. Best for high-volume jobs on sites with light bot protection.
- Serbia country-level targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- Lowest cost per GB for bulk traffic
- Plans from 40 GB for $25
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Serbia. The nearest static location is Romania, or use sticky sessions to hold the same Serbian IP on any of the three proxy types above.
Serbia at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Serbia is a mid-sized market with its own currency, its own marketplaces and two alphabets. Search results on Google.rs, prices on Gigatron and KupujemProdajem, and ads served to Serbian users all depend on where the request comes from. A Hungarian or Croatian IP gives you a different page, often priced in euros instead of dinars.
Serbian sites also check what kind of network a visitor is on. On well-protected sites, traffic from a data centre gets flagged as a bot straight away. Traffic from an mts or SBB home connection looks like an ordinary Serbian customer, because that is what it is.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | 6.55 million (2025 estimate) | A compact pool, so precise city and ISP targeting matters more than raw volume. |
| Currency | Serbian dinar (RSD) | Local shops price in dinars, so you only see the real shelf price and delivery costs from a Serbian IP. |
| Language & script | Serbian, Cyrillic and Latin | Cyrillic is the official script, but most websites and ads use Latin. Local SERPs mix both, and only show up properly for Serbian IPs and locale settings. |
| Mobile networks | mts, Yettel, A1 | A1 and Yettel are on our network, so mobile traffic looks like an ordinary local subscriber. |
| EU status | Candidate since 2012, not a member | Serbia sits outside the EU single market, so EU-only offers and geo-restricted content often treat Serbian visitors differently from their neighbours in Hungary or Croatia. |

What our Serbia coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Most providers list Serbia as a single country checkbox. Here you can pin a session to the region, city and network your target cares about. This is the targeting available on the ProxyEmpire network today, pulled from the same API our dashboard uses.
All 19 regions
79 targetable cities and towns
Coverage goes well beyond Belgrade, Novi Sad and Niš. Spa towns, Vojvodina villages and small municipal centres can each be targeted on their own:
Outlying Belgrade municipalities like Obrenovac, Lazarevac and Mladenovac, and spa and holiday towns like Vrnjačka Banja and Kladovo, can each be targeted separately. That matters for local services and travel price checks, where a visitor outside the capital often sees different offers from someone in central Belgrade.
Mobile carriers
CETIN operates the mobile network behind Yettel, so IPs registered to either name are Yettel subscribers. Together with A1 that covers two of Serbia’s three mobile networks.
Fixed-line ISPs
Serbia’s best-known home broadband brands, mts and SBB, are both covered, together with Orion Telekom, Yettel and CETIN and more than a dozen regional cable and fibre networks, including Astra Telekom, Yunet International, Ninet (Niš), KladovoNet (Kladovo), Neg-Net Telekom, Sat-Trakt, Bau Networks, Baulink, Jotel, Next Fiber, Victory Media and Tel Communications.
Why the long tail matters. Anti-bot systems look at which network a request comes from. A pool of IPs from just two or three big providers is easy to spot. Having IPs on small networks too — a cable company in Tornjoš, a local ISP in Kladovo, a national operator like mts — is what makes your traffic look like ordinary Serbian households.
What teams use Serbian proxies for
Common workloads on our Serbian network
E-commerce price monitoring
Track prices, stock and delivery fees on Gigatron and other Serbian web shops exactly as local shoppers see them, in dinars and with local promotions.
Local SEO & SERP tracking
Check Google.rs rankings, map packs and ads from Belgrade, Novi Sad or Niš, in both Latin and Cyrillic queries, instead of a generic European location.
Classifieds & marketplace data
Collect listings and asking prices from KupujemProdajem, Halo Oglasi and Polovni Automobili for used-car, property and resale market analysis.
Ad verification
Confirm that campaigns targeted at Serbia actually render, in Serbian, on the placements you paid for, and catch fraudulent placements before they burn budget.
Social media management
Run Serbian accounts from mobile IPs on A1 or Yettel, so logins look like a local phone rather than a server.
Travel & hospitality pricing
Compare hotel and flight prices shown to visitors in Belgrade, Novi Sad or Vrnjačka Banja against those shown abroad, where rates are often quoted in euros.

Free Serbia proxy lists vs paid Serbian proxies
Why free lists rarely work on Serbian sites
Free Serbia proxy lists are easy to find, but most entries are open servers that have been scanned and abused by thousands of other users. They go offline within hours and are already blacklisted by the Serbian sites you want to reach.
| Free Serbia proxy lists | ProxyEmpire Serbian proxies | |
|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres | Real Serbian homes and A1 and Yettel SIM cards |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP disappears | Always-on pool, with rotating or sticky sessions |
| Blocks | Usually blacklisted on major Serbian sites | Looks like an ordinary local visitor |
| Targeting | Country at best | Region, city, ZIP, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint |
| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |
| Cost | Free | From $1.50/GB, with a $1.97 trial |

Serbia proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Serbian proxy (RS proxy)?
A Serbian proxy, or RS proxy, gives you a Serbian IP address so websites treat you as a local visitor. A Serbia residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real Serbian household’s internet connection, so websites see a genuine local visitor on a network like mts or SBB instead of a data centre. That makes it far less likely to be blocked or shown non-local content.
Can I target specific Serbian cities or ISPs?
Yes. You can target 19 Serbian regions, including Belgrade and Vojvodina, 79 cities and towns, and 20 local ISPs, including mts, SBB and Orion Telekom as well as regional cable and fibre networks. Residential and mobile proxies can also be targeted by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint. Datacenter proxies are targeted at country level.
Do you offer Serbian mobile proxies?
Yes. Rotating mobile proxies are available on A1 Srbija and Yettel (including IPs registered to CETIN, which runs Yettel’s network). Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block.
How much do Serbia proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans, rotating mobile at $2.00/GB and rotating datacenter at $0.35/GB. Serbian targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Do you have Serbian datacenter proxies?
Yes. Rotating datacenter proxies with Serbian IPs start at $25 for 40 GB and go down to $0.35/GB on larger plans. They are targeted at country level and suit high-volume work on sites with light bot protection. For well-protected sites, use residential or mobile IPs instead.
Can I keep the same Serbian IP?
Yes. Rotating residential, mobile and datacenter proxies all support sticky sessions, which keep the same Serbian IP across requests instead of switching to a new IP on every request. Static residential IPs are not offered in Serbia; if you need a permanently fixed IP in the region, our nearest static location is Romania.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any scraper, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Why not use a free Serbia proxy?
Free proxies are slow, blocked on most major sites, and often run by operators who log or resell your traffic. If you are not paying for the product, your data usually is the product. For anything work-related, a paid residential proxy is safer and far more reliable.
Is using a proxy legal in Serbia?
Proxies themselves are legal in Serbia. What matters is how you use them: respect websites’ terms of service and Serbia’s personal data protection law, which is modelled on the EU’s GDPR, when collecting personal data.
