Uzbek IPs from real homes and SIM cards
Uzbek proxies on real home broadband and the Ucell, Beeline, Mobiuz and Uzmobile mobile networks. Our Uzbekistan proxies reach Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara and 14 cities across 10 of the 12 regions, Karakalpakstan and Tashkent city, with rotating or sticky sessions and targeting down to the ISP.
Uzbekistan proxy servers priced per GB, not per IP. Unused bandwidth rolls over.
Choose your Uzbekistan proxy type
Three ways to get an Uzbek IP
Rotating residential
Uzbekistan proxy servers on real home broadband, from Tashkent and Samarkand to Nukus, Khiva and the Fergana Valley. Best for scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking on Google.co.uz.
- Region, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
Rotating mobile
Uzbek mobile proxies on Ucell, Beeline, Mobiuz and Uzmobile, all four national networks. Best for social media, app testing and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- Carrier and ASN targeting
- City targeting in Tashkent and Andijan
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Rotating datacenter
Fast, low-cost Uzbek datacenter IPs. Best for high-volume jobs on sites with light bot protection.
- Uzbekistan country-level targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- Lowest cost per GB for bulk traffic
- Plans from 40 GB for $25
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Uzbekistan. Use sticky sessions to hold the same Uzbek IP on any of the three proxy types above.
Uzbekistan at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Uzbekistan is Central Asia’s most populous country, and its web is split across scripts and languages. Uzbek is officially written in Latin letters, Cyrillic Uzbek is still common, and many shops, classifieds and news sites also run Russian versions. What a visitor sees, in which language and at what price, often depends on where the request comes from.
Location inside the country matters too. Marketplaces such as Uzum Market and Olcha.uz show delivery times and stock by city, so the same product page can look different from Tashkent, Samarkand or Nukus.
Uzbek sites also check the kind of network a visitor is on. On well-protected sites, data-centre traffic is flagged as a bot straight away, while an Uztelecom or Sarkor Telecom home connection, or a phone on Ucell or Beeline, looks like an ordinary Uzbek customer.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | 39.0 million (preliminary results of the 2026 census, counted on 15 January 2026) | A large market spread across many cities, so city and network targeting matter more than raw pool size. |
| Regions & cities | 12 regions, the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the capital, Tashkent, a separate unit of about 3.2 million people | Tashkent city and Tashkent Region are different targets; geo tools that merge them give muddled results. |
| Currency | Uzbek som (so’m, UZS), issued by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan | Prices, delivery fees and instalment offers are shown in so’m to local visitors. |
| Language & script | Uzbek is the state language, officially written in Latin script; Cyrillic Uzbek and Russian are also widely used online | Check keywords, ads and landing pages in every version locals actually get. |
| Time zone | UTC+5 all year, with no clock changes | Schedule daily price checks and “today only” offers on Tashkent time. |
| Mobile networks | Ucell, Beeline, Mobiuz and Uzmobile (Uztelecom) | All four national networks are on ours, so mobile traffic looks like an ordinary Uzbek subscriber. |

What our Uzbekistan proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Many providers list Uzbekistan as a single country checkbox. Here you can run a proxy Uzbekistan-wide or pin a session to the region, city and network your target cares about, using the same API our dashboard uses.
10 of 12 regions, plus Karakalpakstan and Tashkent city
Uzbekistan has 12 regions (viloyat), the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the city of Tashkent. The API returns 12 of these 14 units: 10 regions, Karakalpakstan and Tashkent city. Surkhandarya and Syrdarya regions are not available today.
All 14 targetable cities
Every city in the API is listed below, from the capital and the Silk Road cities to the Fergana Valley and the far west. Each can be targeted on its own:
Each covered region has at least one targetable city: Nukus in Karakalpakstan, Khiva in Khorezm, Qarshi and Shahrisabz in Kashkadarya, Navoiy and Zarafshan in Navoiy Region, and Chirchiq just outside the capital. Some names have other spellings in tools and databases, such as Karshi for Qarshi or Chirchik for Chirchiq.
Mobile carriers
These are all four of Uzbekistan’s national mobile networks, so no major network is missing. Humans, a virtual operator, runs on Uztelecom’s network and is not a separate option. In our network data the carriers appear under their company names: Coscom (Ucell), Unitel (Beeline), Universal Mobile Systems (Mobiuz) and Uztelecom (Uzmobile). Mobile IPs can be targeted by carrier across the country, and by city in Tashkent and Andijan.
Fixed-line ISPs
The national operator Uztelecom is covered, along with established Tashkent broadband providers Sarkor Telecom, Sharq Telekom, Turon Telecom and IST Telekom. Smaller networks such as iPlus, Asia Wireless Group, CityNet, Gals Telecom, Spectr-IT, Optikom and Free Link bring the total to more than 15 separate Uzbek ISPs you can target by name.
Honest counts, real addresses. Fourteen cities and 15+ ISPs will not suit a job that needs thousands of distinct Uzbek locations. They do suit most teams: seeing what visitors in Tashkent, Samarkand or the Fergana Valley see, and testing apps and ads on each mobile network.
What teams use Uzbek proxies for
Common workloads on our Uzbek network
E-commerce price monitoring
Track prices, stock, instalment offers and delivery times on Uzum Market, Olcha.uz and Texnomart in so’m, exactly as shoppers in Tashkent or Samarkand see them.
Local SEO & SERP tracking
Check Google.co.uz and Yandex rankings, map packs and ads from the city you care about, for Uzbek (Latin and Cyrillic) and Russian queries.
Classifieds & property data
Collect listings from OLX.uz, Avtoelon.uz and Uybor.uz to follow rents, flat prices and used-car values city by city.
Ad verification
Confirm that campaigns aimed at Uzbekistan appear in the right language and script on the placements you paid for, from news sites such as Kun.uz to apps.
Social media & app testing
Run Uzbek accounts and test apps from mobile IPs on Ucell, Beeline, Mobiuz or Uzmobile, so sessions look like a local phone rather than a server.
Jobs & cross-border data
Gather vacancy and salary data from hh.uz, and compare how services that sell in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan price the same offer in each market.

Uzbekistan proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is an Uzbekistan proxy (UZ proxy)?
An Uzbekistan proxy server gives you an Uzbek IP address, so websites treat you as a local visitor. An Uzbekistan residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real household’s connection on a network such as Uztelecom or Sarkor Telecom, instead of a data centre.
Is there a free Uzbekistan proxy from ProxyEmpire?
No. ProxyEmpire is a paid, authenticated proxy service, not a free web proxy site or proxy list. The lowest-cost way to try it is the $1.97 trial, which gives you real Uzbek residential and mobile IPs to test before you buy a plan.
Can I target specific Uzbek regions, cities or ISPs?
Yes. Residential proxies cover 10 of Uzbekistan’s 12 regions plus Karakalpakstan and Tashkent city, 14 cities including Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara, and more than 15 local ISPs, including Uztelecom, Sarkor Telecom and Sharq Telekom. You can also target by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint. Datacenter proxies are targeted at country level.
Do you offer Uzbek mobile proxies?
Yes. Rotating mobile proxies run on all four Uzbek networks: Ucell, Beeline, Mobiuz and Uzmobile. You can pick the carrier, and target by city in Tashkent and Andijan. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block.
Do you have Uzbekistan datacenter proxies?
Yes. Rotating datacenter proxies with Uzbek IPs start at $25 for 40 GB and go down to $0.35/GB on larger plans. They are targeted at country level and suit high-volume work on lightly protected sites.
How much do Uzbekistan proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans, rotating mobile at $2.00/GB and rotating datacenter at $0.35/GB. Uzbek targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I keep the same Uzbekistan IP address?
Yes. Residential, mobile and datacenter proxies all support sticky sessions that hold the same Uzbekistan IP across requests instead of switching on every request. Static residential IPs are not offered in Uzbekistan.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
Every Uzbek proxy server endpoint supports HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any scraper, rank tracker, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Is a free Uzbekistan proxy list good enough?
For a one-off look at a page, sometimes. For regular work, no. Free entries are slow, often blocked, may not be in Uzbekistan at all and are run by operators who may log your traffic, with no way to choose the city or network.
Is using a proxy legal?
Proxies are a standard networking tool. What matters is how you use them: respect each website’s terms of service and follow the rules that apply to you and to any personal data you collect.
