Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Aruba. They are sold in the Netherlands, with IPs located in the Netherlands rather than on Aruba; or use sticky sessions to hold the same Aruban IP on residential or mobile. Datacenter IPs are not available in Aruba either.

Why a local IP changes what you see
Aruba is a small island in the southern Caribbean, about 15 miles north of the Venezuelan coast, with Oranjestad as its capital. It is home to just over 100,000 people and welcomes a large number of visitors, so much of its web serves two audiences at once: residents and travellers planning a trip.
That makes the view from abroad misleading. Search results, hotel and flight prices, store offers and ads can all change with the visitor’s location, and Aruban sites switch between Papiamento, Dutch, English and Spanish. In our dashboard Aruba has its own location code, AW. Choose the Netherlands and you get IPs in Europe; choose Aruba to see what a visitor on the island sees.

Aruba coverage is set at island level. The API lists Aruba as its own location, AW, for both residential and mobile, with no region or city entries. Every session targets Aruba as a whole, and you narrow it down by network. Everything below is what the API returned when we checked.
One target for the whole island
Oranjestad, Noord, Santa Cruz, Paradera, Savaneta and San Nicolas are not targets of their own at the moment, so your IP comes from wherever our Aruba pool has devices online. On an island this size that is rarely a problem: local sites, search results and prices are set for Aruba as a whole. For Aruban IPs, always choose Aruba rather than the Netherlands or Curaçao.
Aruba home ISP you can target
The API lists one home broadband network for Aruba: Setar, the island’s full-service telecom provider, listed as Setar Aruba. Target it by name or by ASN. It is the only home network in our Aruba pool at the moment, and we do not add resellers to make the list look longer.
Aruba mobile proxy carrier
Mobile IPs in Aruba come from one network, Digicel, listed in the API under its local company name, New Millennium Telecom Services N.V. Aruba has two mobile networks; the other one, Setar, is not in our mobile pool at the moment. For Setar traffic, use its home broadband IPs on residential.
Why the network mix matters. Anti-bot systems look at which network a request comes from. Combining Setar home connections with Digicel SIM cards makes your traffic look like ordinary Aruban households and phones instead of one easy-to-spot source.

What is an Aruba proxy server (AW proxy)?
An Aruba proxy server, or Aruban proxy server, gives you an Aruba IP address, so websites and apps treat you as a visitor on the island. An Aruba residential proxy routes your traffic through a real household connection on Setar instead of a data centre, which makes it far less likely to be flagged.

Is an Aruba IP address the same as a Dutch IP?
No. Aruba has its own location code, AW, and an Aruba IP address is located on the island, not in the Netherlands. Sites that adjust prices, language or content by location can tell the difference. Choose Aruba in the dashboard to get one; for IPs in the Netherlands, use our Netherlands location.
Can I target specific Aruban districts or ISPs?
You can target the home broadband network the API lists, Setar, plus ASN and OS fingerprint. Districts and towns such as Oranjestad or San Nicolas are not individual targets at the moment: sessions cover Aruba as a whole.
Do you offer Aruba mobile proxies?
Yes, on Digicel SIM cards. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, so they are among the hardest IPs to block. Setar mobile IPs are not in the pool at the moment.
Do you have Aruba datacenter or static IPs?
Not at the moment. Datacenter and static residential proxies are not offered with Aruban IPs. For a long-lived Aruban IP, use a sticky session on residential or mobile. Static residential IPs are sold in the Netherlands, but they are located in the Netherlands, not on Aruba.
How much do Aruba proxies cost?

Can I keep the same Aruba IP?
Yes. Rotating residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions, which keep the same Aruban IP across requests instead of switching on every request.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any browser, scraper, rank tracker, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Is using a proxy legal?
Proxies are a standard networking tool for price monitoring, SEO and ad verification. What matters is how you use them: respect each site’s terms of service, and if you collect personal data about people in Aruba, follow the privacy rules that apply there.
