Cambodia IPs from real homes and SIM cards
Cambodian proxies on real home broadband and the Smart, Cellcard and Metfone mobile networks. Our Cambodia proxies reach 9 of the country’s 25 provinces and more than 20 local networks, from Phnom Penh and Siem Reap to Sihanoukville. Start with a $1.97 trial, then pay as you go from 1 GB.
Priced per GB, not per IP: residential from $1.50/GB, mobile from $2.00/GB. Unused bandwidth rolls over.

Two ways to get a Cambodia IP address
Rotating residential
Our Cambodia residential proxy pool: home and business broadband IPs on Ezecom, SINET, MekongNet and other local networks, from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap and the coast. Best for classifieds scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking.
- Province, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
- Pay as you go from 1 GB
Rotating mobile
Cambodia mobile proxy IPs on Smart, Cellcard and Metfone. Best for social media, app testing and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- Province, city, ZIP, carrier and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Cambodia. The nearest static locations are Singapore and Hong Kong, or use sticky sessions to hold the same Cambodia IP address on either proxy type above.
Cambodia at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Search results on Google.com.kh, listings on Khmer24 and the ads shown to Cambodian users all depend on where a request comes from. A visitor in Phnom Penh and one in Siem Reap can see different results, delivery options and prices on the same page, and many sites switch between Khmer and English depending on who is asking.
Prices are another reason to look from inside the country. Cambodia runs on two currencies: the riel is the national currency, while the US dollar is widely used for everyday prices, so the same product can appear in dollars, in riel or in both.
Sites also check the network. Data-centre traffic is flagged as a bot straight away, while an Ezecom or SINET home connection, or a phone on Smart or Metfone, looks like an ordinary Cambodian visitor.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | 15.55 million (2019 General Population Census) | Local sites see mostly home and mobile visitors, so a data-centre IP stands out. |
| Capital | Phnom Penh, 2.28 million people (about 15% of the total) | The biggest single target in our pool, by province and by city. |
| Provinces | 24 provinces plus the capital, Phnom Penh | We cover 9 of the 25, listed below. |
| Currency | Cambodian riel (KHR, แ), issued by the National Bank of Cambodia; the US dollar is widely used | Prices can show in dollars, riel or both, so check what a local visitor actually sees. |
| Payments | Bakong, the National Bank’s real-time payment system (since 2020), and KHQR codes: 608 million Bakong transactions in 2024, 49% of them in riel | Checkout pages offer KHQR codes, so payment flows are best checked from a Cambodian session. |
| Language | Khmer, written in Khmer script (แแถแแถแแแแแ) | Google.com.kh and many local sites serve Khmer first, and English results often differ. |
| Mobile networks | Smart Axiata, Cellcard, Metfone and Seatel (sold as yes) | We reach Smart, Cellcard and Metfone. Seatel is not in our mobile pool. |

What our Cambodia coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Most providers treat Cambodia as one country checkbox. Here you can run a proxy Cambodia-wide or pin a session to a province, city or network, exactly as listed by the API our dashboard uses. Our Cambodian pool is smaller than those of its larger neighbours, so this is precisely what it includes today.
9 of Cambodia’s 25 provinces
The API returns Phnom Penh and 8 of the 24 provinces: Kandal, which surrounds the capital; Siem Reap, Banteay Meanchey and Preah Vihear in the north and north-west; Kampot and Preah Sihanouk on the coast; Svay Rieng in the south-east; and Ratanakiri in the far north-east. The other 16, including Battambang, Kampong Cham and Takeo, are not separate targets yet.
5 cities you can target
Five cities and towns can be targeted directly: the capital, Phnom Penh; Siem Reap, the gateway to Angkor; the port city of Sihanoukville; Poipet in Banteay Meanchey, on the main road west to Thailand; and Bavet in Svay Rieng, on the main road east to Ho Chi Minh City. The API also returns one village-level entry, which we do not count as a city. For anywhere else, target the province or the ISP that serves it.
Cambodia mobile proxy carriers
Cambodia’s main mobile networks are Smart Axiata, Cellcard, Metfone and Seatel, which sells its service under the yes brand. Three of them are in our mobile pool: Smart, Cellcard and Metfone. Seatel is not a mobile target yet, although some Seatel IPs appear in the residential pool. One further entry our API lists for Cambodian mobile belongs to a network registered outside the country, so we leave it out.
Fixed-line ISPs
Home and business broadband in our pool comes from Ezecom, SINET, MekongNet, Cogetel Online, Telecom Cambodia, Today Communication, Turbo Tech and WiCAM, plus smaller networks such as Camintel, NeocomISP and Angkor Data Communication. Add the Smart, Cellcard, Metfone and Seatel networks that also appear in the residential pool, and you can choose from more than 20 local networks by ISP or ASN.
Why ISP targeting matters in Cambodia. City targeting covers five places, but ISP and ASN targeting reach further. Choosing the network your real customers use, such as a fibre line from a Phnom Penh ISP or a Smart or Metfone mobile connection, is often what makes a session look ordinary to a local site.
What teams use Cambodian proxies for
Common workloads on our Cambodian network
Classifieds & marketplace data
Collect listings from Khmer24, the long-running Cambodian buy-and-sell site, to follow prices for cars, motorbikes, phones and electronics as local buyers see them, in dollars or riel.
Google.com.kh SERP tracking
Check Google.com.kh rankings, map packs and ads from Phnom Penh, Siem Reap or Sihanoukville, in Khmer or English, instead of one generic “Cambodia” location.
Social media & app testing
Run Cambodian accounts, check Khmer-language content and test apps from mobile IPs on Smart, Cellcard or Metfone, so sessions look like a local phone rather than a server.
Property data
Track condo prices, rents and new developments on Realestate.com.kh across Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanoukville, exactly as buyers and tenants in Cambodia see them.
Jobs & salary research
Follow vacancies, job titles and salary ranges on local job boards such as CamHR and BongThom to benchmark hiring in Cambodia.
Travel pricing & checkout checks
See the hotel, tour and transport prices shown to people browsing from Siem Reap or Kampot, and check how your own checkout, KHQR options and promo banners appear to Cambodian visitors.

Datacenter proxies are not offered in Cambodia. If a job only needs a nearby IP rather than a Cambodian one, rotating datacenter IPs are available in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore; for anything that has to look local, residential or mobile is the right choice anyway.
Free Cambodia proxy lists vs paid Cambodian proxies
Why free lists rarely work on Cambodian sites
Free Cambodia proxy lists are easy to find, but most entries are open servers already abused by thousands of users. They go offline within hours and are blacklisted by the Cambodian sites and apps you want to reach. As the old saying goes, if something is free, you are the product: an unknown operator can watch everything you send.
| Free Cambodia proxy lists | ProxyEmpire Cambodian proxies | |
|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres | Real Cambodian homes and Smart, Cellcard and Metfone SIM cards |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP disappears | Always-on pool, with rotating or sticky sessions |
| Blocks | Usually blacklisted on major Cambodian sites | Looks like an ordinary local visitor |
| Targeting | Country at best | Province, city, ZIP, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint |
| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |
| Cost | Free | From $1.50/GB, with a $1.97 trial |

Cambodia proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Cambodian proxy, or Cambodia proxy server (KH proxy)?
A Cambodian proxy server is simply a proxy located in Cambodia: your requests leave from a Cambodia IP address, so websites treat you as a visitor from Cambodia. A Cambodia residential proxy goes one step further and routes your traffic through a real household’s connection, on a network like Ezecom, SINET or MekongNet, instead of a data centre. That makes it far less likely to be blocked.
Can I target specific Cambodian provinces, cities or ISPs?
Yes. You can target 9 of the 25 provinces, including Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Preah Sihanouk; 5 cities (Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, Poipet and Bavet); and more than 20 local networks, such as Ezecom, SINET and MekongNet. Residential and mobile proxies can also be targeted by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint.
Do you offer Cambodia mobile proxies?
Yes. Rotating mobile proxies are available on Smart, Cellcard and Metfone. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest IPs for websites to block. Seatel’s mobile network is not in our pool yet.
Do you offer Cambodian datacenter proxies?
Not at the moment: datacenter and static residential IPs are not offered in Cambodia. Rotating datacenter IPs are available in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore, and the nearest static residential locations are Singapore and Hong Kong. To hold one Cambodian IP for longer, use a sticky session on residential or mobile.
How much do Cambodia proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans and rotating mobile at $2.00/GB. Pay As You Go lets you buy a single GB of residential traffic for $3.50 with no subscription, Cambodian targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial. All plans are billed in US dollars.
Can I keep the same Cambodia IP address?
Yes. Rotating residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions, which keep the same Cambodian IP across requests instead of switching on every request.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. Each endpoint works as a Cambodia proxy server for any scraper, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Will I see Khmer-language pages through a Cambodian proxy?
Usually, yes. A Cambodian IP shows you what local visitors see, and sites that pick the language from the visitor’s location will often serve Khmer first. You can still ask for English by setting the language header in your browser or scraper.
Why not use a free Cambodia proxy?
Free proxies are slow, blocked on most major sites, and often run by operators who log or resell your traffic. For anything work-related, a paid residential proxy is safer and far more reliable.
Is using a proxy legal in Cambodia?
Proxies are a standard tool for price monitoring, SEO and ad verification. What matters is how you use them: respect websites’ terms of service and follow local law, including the rules on personal data whenever you collect it.
