Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Iran, so use sticky sessions to hold the same Iranian IP on residential or mobile. Datacenter IPs are not available in Iran either.

Why a local IP changes what you see
Sites and apps built for people in Iran often behave differently for visitors from abroad. Prices, the language and layout a page is served in, which products appear and how fast a page loads can all depend on where a request comes from, and on the network it arrives on.
Iranian users reach the web through home lines from TCI and other ISPs and through mobile networks such as MCI and Irancell. A request from one of those networks in Tehran or Shiraz is what an Iran-facing service expects to see. A request from a foreign data centre is not, so the most reliable way to check what Iranian users get is to use an Iranian IP.

19 of Iran’s 31 provinces
The residential pool runs from Tehran and Alborz, along the Caspian coast in Gilan, Mazandaran and Golestan, to Fars, Bushehr and Hormozgan in the south and Razavi Khorasan in the north-east. Mobile IPs cover 15 provinces, including Ardabil, Markazi and West Azerbaijan, which the residential pool does not reach, so 22 of the 31 are covered in total. Provinces in neither pool at the moment include Kerman, Zanjan and Lorestan.
18 targetable cities, including Tehran
That is 15 provincial capitals plus Babol, Khoy and Tiran. Hormozgan and Semnan can be targeted at province level only. On mobile, city targeting is available in Tehran, Karaj, Isfahan and Shiraz, and the other mobile provinces can be targeted as a whole.
Mobile carrier
MCI, the Mobile Communication Company of Iran, trades as Hamrah-e Avval and was the country’s first mobile network. It is the only mobile carrier in our Iranian pool. Irancell and RighTel, the other two national networks, are not mobile options at the moment, and neither are MVNOs such as Shatel Mobile. Irancell addresses do appear in the residential pool.
Fixed-line ISPs
Residential IPs run on three networks: TCI, the Telecommunication Company of Iran and the national fixed-line operator; Irancell; and the Telecommunication Infrastructure Company (TIC), which runs the national backbone. Other home ISPs, such as Shatel and Asiatech, are not separate targeting options at the moment.
Honest counts, real addresses. Eighteen cities and three networks will not suit a job that needs thousands of different Iranian locations. They do suit the work most teams do with Iranian IPs: checking what a local visitor sees in the big cities, testing an app on a national mobile network and verifying ads from a real Iranian address.

An Iranian proxy, or proxy for Iran, routes your traffic through an Iranian IP address so websites and apps treat you as a visitor in Iran. An Iran residential proxy uses a real home connection on a network such as TCI or Irancell rather than a data centre, and a mobile proxy uses an MCI connection.
Is ProxyEmpire a free Iran web proxy?
No. ProxyEmpire is a paid, authenticated proxy service, not a type-a-URL web proxy site, and it is not affiliated with any free web-proxy site. Can I target specific Iranian provinces, cities or ISPs?
Yes. Residential proxies cover 19 of the 31 provinces and 18 cities, including Tehran, Mashhad, Isfahan, Karaj, Shiraz and Tabriz, on TCI, Irancell and TIC. You can also target by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint.
Do you offer Iranian mobile proxies?
Yes, on MCI (Hamrah-e Avval) in 15 provinces, with city targeting in Tehran, Karaj, Isfahan and Shiraz. Irancell and RighTel are not mobile options at the moment. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them among the hardest traffic for websites to flag.
Do you have Iranian datacenter or static IPs?
Not at the moment. Datacenter and static residential proxies are not offered with Iranian IPs. For a long-lived Iranian IP, use a sticky session on residential or mobile.
How much do Iranian proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans and rotating mobile at $2.00/GB. Iranian targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I keep the same Iranian IP?
Yes. Rotating residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions, which hold the same Iranian IP across requests instead of switching on every request.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any browser, scraper, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Is a free Iran proxy list good enough?
For a one-off look at a page, sometimes. For regular work, no. Free entries are slow, often flagged, may not be in Iran at all and are run by operators who may log your traffic, with no way to choose the city or network.
