Three ways to get a Slovakia IP address
Rotating residential
A Slovakia proxy server on real home broadband, from Bratislava and Trnava to Prešov and Košice. Best for scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking on Google.sk.
- Region, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
Rotating mobile
A Slovak mobile proxy on Slovak Telekom, Orange, O2 or 4ka SIM cards, all four of the country’s mobile networks. Best for social media and the strictest anti-bot systems.
- Region, city, ZIP, carrier and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Rotating datacenter
A Slovak proxy on fast, low-cost datacenter IPs. Best for high-volume jobs on sites with light bot protection.
- Slovakia country-level targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- Lowest cost per GB for bulk traffic
- Plans from 40 GB for $25
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Slovakia. The nearest static locations are three neighbours, the Czech Republic, Poland and Austria, or use sticky sessions to hold the same Slovak IP on residential, mobile or datacenter.
Slovakia at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Search results on Google.sk, prices at Alza.sk and Nay.sk, offers on Heureka.sk, listings on Bazoš.sk and Nehnuteľnosti.sk, and the ads shown to Slovak users all depend on where a request comes from. A Czech, Austrian or Hungarian IP often gets a different storefront, language, delivery options or VAT.
Slovak sites also check the network. Several of the largest refuse plain scripted requests outright. A Slovak Telekom, Orange, O2 or 4ka connection looks like an ordinary Slovak customer, because it is one.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | 5.40 million (30 June 2026) | A compact market: town and ISP targeting separates results in Bratislava, the capital, from Košice or a small town in Orava. |
| Regions | 8 self-governing regions (kraje), 79 districts, 2,890 municipalities | Our region level for Slovakia is the kraj, and all 8 can be targeted on their own. |
| Currency | Euro (EUR) since 1 January 2009 | Prices are in euros, but VAT, delivery fees and promotions are set per country, not per currency. |
| VAT | 23% standard rate since 1 January 2025; reduced rates of 19% and 5% | Gross prices shown to Slovak visitors differ from those shown in Czechia, Austria, Poland or Hungary. |
| Language & script | Slovak, Latin alphabet with ľ, š, č, ť, ž, ý, á, í, é and ô | Slovak SERPs and ads show up properly only from Slovak IPs, and diacritics change what a search matches. |
| Online life | 94% of people aged 16–74 used the internet (2025 survey) | Nearly every Slovak adult is online, so marketplace and SERP data is worth tracking. |
| Mobile networks | Orange, Slovak Telekom, O2 and 4ka (SWAN); shares of active SIM cards in the first half of 2024: 32%, 29%, 29% and about 10% | All four networks are in our mobile pool, so mobile traffic looks like an ordinary Slovak subscriber. |
| EU & Schengen | EU member since 1 May 2004; Schengen since 21 December 2007 | GDPR applies, and EU geo-restricted content treats Slovak IPs as fully European. |

What our Slovakia coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Most providers list Slovakia as a single country checkbox. Here you can run a proxy for Slovakia as a whole, or pin a session to a region, town or network.
All 8 regions
Coverage is complete at regional level: every one of Slovakia’s 8 self-governing regions (kraje) can be targeted on its own.
94 targetable cities, towns and villages
Regional capitals, district towns, spa towns and villages can each be targeted on their own. Here are 70 of them, region by region:
Bratislava and Trnava regions
Trenčín and Nitra regions
Žilina and Banská Bystrica regions
Prešov and Košice regions
The other 24 are smaller towns such as Leopoldov, Trstená, Hnúšťa and Sobrance, and villages such as Bernolákovo and Ivanka pri Dunaji near Bratislava, and Rabča and Zákamenné in Orava.
Mobile carriers
These are all four of Slovakia’s mobile network operators. 4ka is run by SWAN, a.s., the name it carries in our targeting list. Smaller brands such as Tesco Mobile (on O2) resell service on these same networks.
Fixed-line ISPs
More than 45 Slovak networks can be targeted by name. All four national operators are covered: Slovak Telekom, Orange Slovensko, O2 Slovakia and SWAN (4ka), along with the UPC cable network (bought by O2 Slovakia in 2026), Slovanet and Towercom. Behind them come regional providers such as ANTIK Telecom in Košice, Kinet around Prievidza, OravaNet in Orava and Gemernet from Rimavská Seč, plus Starlink satellite connections.
Why the long tail matters. Anti-bot systems look at which network a request comes from, and a pool drawn from two or three big providers is easy to spot. Many small Slovak cable, fibre and wireless providers serve single towns and valleys, so a pool that mixes a Slovak Telekom line in Bratislava with a local provider in Orava looks like ordinary Slovak households.
What teams use Slovak proxies for
Common workloads on our Slovak network
E-commerce price monitoring
Track prices, stock and delivery fees at Alza.sk and Nay.sk exactly as Slovak shoppers see them, with 23% Slovak VAT included.
Price comparison data
Collect offers and price histories from Heureka.sk and Pricemania.sk as a local visitor, then set them against Czech, Austrian and Hungarian storefronts.
Local SEO & SERP tracking
Point a Slovak proxy at Google.sk to check rankings, map packs and ads from Bratislava, Košice or Žilina, not a generic EU location.
Property, cars & classifieds
Collect listings from Nehnuteľnosti.sk, Autobazar.eu and Bazoš.sk to follow rents, house prices and used-car values town by town.
Ad verification
Confirm that campaigns aimed at Slovakia render in Slovak on portals such as Aktuality.sk and Topky.sk, and catch fraud early.
Social media management
Run Slovak accounts from mobile IPs on Slovak Telekom, Orange, O2 or 4ka, so logins look like a local phone rather than a server.

Free Slovakia proxy lists vs paid Slovak proxies
Why free lists rarely work on Slovak sites
Search for a free Slovakia proxy server or a Slovakia proxy list and you will find a handful of open servers already abused by thousands of users. They go offline within hours and are blacklisted by major Slovak sites.
| Free Slovakia proxy lists | ProxyEmpire Slovak proxies | |
|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres | Real Slovak homes and Slovak Telekom, Orange, O2 and 4ka SIM cards |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP disappears | Always-on pool, with rotating or sticky sessions |
| Blocks | Usually blacklisted on major Slovak sites | Looks like an ordinary local visitor |
| Targeting | Country at best | Region, city, ZIP, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint |
| Security | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |
| Cost | Free | From $1.50/GB, with a $1.97 trial |

Slovakia proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Slovak proxy (SK proxy)?
A Slovak proxy, also called a Slovakia proxy server or SK proxy, gives you a Slovakia IP address so websites treat you as a local visitor. A Slovakia residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real Slovak household’s connection, on a network like Slovak Telekom, Orange or ANTIK instead of a data centre, so it is far less likely to be blocked.
Can I target specific Slovak regions, cities or ISPs?
Yes. You can target all 8 regions, 94 cities, towns and villages from Bratislava and Trnava to Poprad and Košice, and more than 45 local ISPs, including Slovak Telekom, Orange, O2, SWAN (4ka) and Slovanet. Residential and mobile proxies can also be targeted by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint. Datacenter proxies are targeted at country level.
Do you offer Slovakia mobile proxies?
Yes. Rotating mobile proxies are available on all four Slovak networks: Slovak Telekom, Orange Slovensko, O2 Slovakia and 4ka. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, so they are among the hardest to block.
Do you have Slovakia datacenter proxies?
Yes. Rotating datacenter proxies with Slovak IPs start at $25 for 40 GB and go down to $0.35/GB on larger plans. They are targeted at country level and suit high-volume work on lightly protected sites. Static residential IPs are not offered in Slovakia; they are sold next door in the Czech Republic, Poland and Austria.
How much do Slovakia proxies cost?
Rotating residential starts at $1.50/GB on larger plans, rotating mobile at $2.00/GB and rotating datacenter at $0.35/GB. Slovak targeting is included at no extra charge, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I keep the same Slovak proxy IP?
Yes. Rotating residential, mobile and datacenter proxies all support sticky sessions, which hold the same Slovak proxy IP across requests instead of switching on every request.
Which protocols and tools are supported?
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. The proxies work with any scraper, rank tracker, headless browser, anti-detect browser or HTTP library, and there is no limit on concurrent sessions.
Is there a free Slovakia proxy server that works?
Free Slovakia proxy lists are short, and many entries are not in Slovakia at all or stop working within hours. The rest are open servers shared with strangers and run by operators who can log your traffic. For real work, a paid Slovak proxy is far more reliable.
Is using a proxy in Slovakia legal?
Proxies themselves are legal in Slovakia and across the EU. What matters is how you use them: respect each site’s terms of service, and follow the GDPR and Slovakia’s Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection when you collect personal data.
